九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種樹脂袋製造設備,其製造用作以點滴 液等液體為代表之流體容器的樹脂袋。 【先前技術】 作為點滴液等液體用之容器’ 一直使用的是樹脂袋。此 類樹脂袋由袋狀袋本體與筒狀輸液管形成,該袋狀袋本體 由軟質樹脂膜等形成,且一側開口’而該筒狀輸液管安裝 於袋本體之開口部’用作使液體出入内部之口部且包含硬 質樹脂。 先前,此類樹脂袋係以2片帶狀膜之間設置有輸液管之 狀‘4將該等2片膜熔著’同時,於開口部之部分以2片膜間 夾入輸液管之狀態將膜與輸液管熔著(例如,參照專利文 獻1)。 [專利文獻1] 國際公開2006/042710(圖7) 【發明内容】 [發明所欲解決之問題] ’存在如下問題,在獏

的膜彼此間之熔著、以 ,由於同時進行沿著容器之外形形狀 以及膜與輸液管之熔著,故捲繞於圓 135824.doc 型輸液管之整個周緣 兩者之熔著之最佳溫 口口質穩定0 之4分中膜長度不足,以及難以設定 '、件’其結果為難以使兩者之炫著 外又’專利文獻1中所記載之技術係除了進行沿著容器之 夕形形狀的膜彼此間之炫著、以及膜與輸液管之炫著以 外:亦進行沿著容器之外形形狀的膜之切斷因此,用以 進订熔著及切斷之模具變得複雜,不僅難以設定最佳之炫 著條件,而且亦難以設定最佳之切斷條件。 从匕卜I因在於’沿著容器之外形形狀的膜彼此間之溶 著:平面性熔著’與此相對’膜與輸液管之熔著係立體性 炫著因此’自然於㈣著用模具㈣於平面性炼著部分 與立體性溶著部分之邊界附近時,旗會延伸變薄,或者易 於使膜上起皺。 本發明係基於如上所述之技術課題研製而成者,其目的 在於提供-種能夠確實且高品f地進行樹脂袋之製造的樹 脂袋製造設備。 [解決問題之技術手段] 基於上述目的,本發明之樹脂袋製造設備之特徵在於, 其係於内部填充有流體之樹脂袋之製造設備,且,該樹脂 袋製造設備具備:袋本體熔著裝置,其對於自滾筒釋出之 兩片一對膜,僅於其中一側上形成開口部,並將其餘周圍 整個周緣熔著而形成袋本體;切斷裝置,其沿著袋本體之 外周形狀,切斷膜;開口裝置,其將袋本體之開口部打 開;輸液管熔著裝置,其於由開口裝置開口之開口部插入 135824.doc 筒狀輸液管,且將開口部與輸液管熔著β 如此’於袋本體熔著裝置_,由於僅於其中一側上 且將其餘周圍整個周緣炫著而形成袋本體,故炼 =平面性熔著,使得臈上難以起敏,並 狀態下熔著。 个、评之 入2於輸好料裝置巾,僅進行於袋本體之開口部插 入有輸:管之狀態下的立體性炫著即可,進而,由 2輸液管之軸線正交之方向會使膜進行橫移,因此即便立 ㈣著’ I亦難以㈣,膜之厚度亦不 成熔著。 寸I J π 另外對於利用袋本體炫著裝置所形成的袋本體之開口 部’由於在輸液管炼著裝置中,對開口裝置開口之開口部 中插入輸液因此可使樹脂袋之製造步驟整體自動化。 此處,開口裝置具備:兩個一對之板構件,其按壓於開 口部之兩側,且於開口部之兩側自袋本體之兩面夹持袋本 體;橫移機構’其使開口部兩側之板構件,以按壓於袋本 體之狀態向開口部之中心部移動而形成開口部。藉此可 藉由使開口部自兩側橫移,來形成開口部。 又’開口裝置亦可具備:吸盤,其於兩個一對之板構件 的中間部吸附袋本體;吸盤驅動機構,其向離開袋本體表 面之方向提拉吸盤。藉由於兩個一對之板構件按壓於袋本 體之狀態下,提拉於其中間部吸附袋本體之吸盤,而能夠 更確實地形成開口部。 本發明之樹脂袋製造設備可進而具備袋本體搬運裝置, 135824.doc 1354623 該袋本體搬運裝置係將袋本體自袋本體熔著裝置搬運至開 口裝置。袋本體搬運裝置具備插入至開口部之平板狀板、 自兩面夹持袋本體之夾具構件,袋本體熔著裝置係於將板 夹持於兩片一對之膜間的狀態下進行熔著。 因於板夾持於膜間之狀態下進行熔著,故熔著後會直接 形成板插入至開口部中之狀態。並且,可藉由以夾具構件 夾持袋本體來保持袋本體。形成袋本體之後,於板插入至
開口部時,必須打開開口部,故容易推斷出機構會變得複 雜,或開口部無法確實打開。利用上述構成,可避免上述 問題,而利用袋本體搬運裝置來快速搬運袋本體。 進而’藉由形成板至插入開口部之狀態,可防止兩面之 膜在步驟中途相互緊貼’使得後續步驟之開口裝置中易於 將開口部打開。 、 此外’夾具構件若具備自插入至開口部中之板的兩面夹 持袋本體,且伸入於袋本體中之突起,則於開口

如圖2所示,熔著.切斷裝置3〇具備位於膜F之上下的一 對模具31A' 31B ’以及使該等模具31八、31B上下移動的 未圖示之模具驅動機構。 模具31A、31B具備:熔著部32,其將袋本體丨⑼中除用 以將輸液管200熔著之開口部1〇1以外之周圍三側進行熔 著;切斷部33,其於熔著部32之外周側,沿著袋本體ι〇〇 之外形形狀來切斷臈F。於本實施形態中,於一組模具 31A、31B上設有與6個袋本體1〇〇相對應之熔著部32、^刀 斷部33。
