【解決手段】先行するフィルム3aの後端部と後行するフィルム3bの先端部とを重ね合わせる。重ね合わせ部分に対し、フィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側に溶着ヘッド53,54を設ける。重ね合わせ部分を溶着ヘッド53,54により挟持して押圧した後に、溶着ヘッドのフィルム接触温度を前記TACフィルム3a,3bの分解温度以下に保った状態で溶着する。フィルム3a,3bが重ねられた部分の両面から加熱することで、フィルム表面からフィルム接合面までの伝熱距離を短縮することができる。両面からの伝熱のため迅速な溶着が可能になる。

Claims (2)
- 先行するセルロースエステルフィルムの後端部と後行するセルロースエステルフィルムの先端部とを重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせ部分に溶着ヘッドを押し付けて、前記後端部と前記先端部とを接合するセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法において、
前記重ね合わせ部分に対し、フィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側に前記溶着ヘッドを設け、前記重ね合わせ部分を前記溶着ヘッドにより挟持して押圧した後に、溶着ヘッドのフィルム接触部温度を前記セルロースエステルフィルムの分解温度以下に保った状態で溶着することを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの接合方法。 - 先行するセルロースエステルフィルムの後端部と後行するセルロースエステルフィルムの先端部とを重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせ部分に溶着ヘッドを押し付けて、前記後端部と前記先端部とを接合するセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置において、
前記重ね合わせ部分に対向する位置でフィルム重ね合わせ方向の両側に設けられる溶着ヘッドと、
前記溶着ヘッドを重ね合わせ方向に移動させて、前記溶着ヘッドにより前記重ね合わせ部分を挟持して押圧する押圧位置と、この押圧位置から退避する退避位置との間で前記溶着ヘッドを変位させる変位部と、
前記変位部により溶着ヘッドが押圧位置にあるときに、前記溶着ヘッドのフィルム接触部温度を前記セルロースエステルフィルムの分解温度以下に保った状態で加熱する加熱制御部とを有することを特徴とするセルロースエステルフィルムの接合装置。
