Abstract
【解決手段】シート接合装置1は、他の加熱板と共にシートを間に挟んで加熱及び加圧する加熱板22と、加熱板22の対向方向に直交するX方向における加熱板22の端部22bと中央部22cとにそれぞれ配置され、加熱板22を加熱するヒータ24,26と、加熱板22の端部22bの温度を計測する温度センサ28と、加熱板22の中央部22cの温度を計測する温度センサ30と、温度センサ28から入力された計測値に基づいて、加熱板22の端部22bに位置するヒータ24の出力を制御すると共に、温度センサ30から入力された計測値に基づいて、加熱板22の中央部22cに位置するヒータの出力を制御する制御部100とを備える。加熱板22の端部22bは、X方向における加熱板22の端部22bから加熱板22の中央部22cに向けて100mm以内の範囲の部分である。

Description
実施例1では、上述した図4に示される加熱板22において、両端部22bにヒータ24がそれぞれ6本ずつ配置され、中央部22cにヒータ26が24本配置されている構成とした。すなわち、加熱板22には36本のヒータが設けられていた。加熱板22の主面22aの表面上であって、36本の各ヒータ24,26に対応する位置で且つY方向における中間位置にそれぞれ、接触式の温度計を配置した。そして、端部22bの目標温度を190℃に設定すると共に、中央部22cの目標温度を200℃に設定して、制御部100により各ヒータ24,26を制御した。その後、接触式の温度計により、加熱板22の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。加熱板18も実施例1に係る加熱板22と同様に構成し、接触式の温度計により、加熱板18の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。
実施例2では、上述した図5に示される加熱板22において、両端部22bにヒータ24がそれぞれ6本ずつ配置され、中央部22cにヒータ26が24本配置されている構成とした。すなわち、加熱板22には36本のヒータが設けられていた。加熱板22の主面22aの表面上であって、36本の各ヒータ24,26に対応する位置で且つY方向における中間位置にそれぞれ、接触式の温度計を配置した。そして、端部22bの目標温度を190℃に設定すると共に、中央部22cの目標温度を200℃に設定して、制御部100により各ヒータ24,26を制御した。その後、接触式の温度計により、加熱板22の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。加熱板18も実施例2に係る加熱板22と同様に構成し、接触式の温度計により、加熱板18の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。
実施例3では、上述した図2に示される加熱板22を用意した。すなわち、加熱板22には32本のヒータが設けられていた。加熱板22の主面22aの表面上に10個の接触式の温度計を配置した。これらの接触式の温度計の位置は、加熱板22の一の頂点を原点としたときに「(X方向における原点からの距離,Y方向における原点からの距離)」との表記方法を用いた場合、(30,30)、(415,30)、(800,30)、(1185,30)、(1570,30)、(30,170)、(415,170)、(800,170)、(1185,170)、(1570,170)であった。そして、端部22b及び中央部22cの目標温度をそれぞれ200℃に設定して、制御部100によりヒータ24,26を制御した。その後、接触式の温度計により、加熱板22の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。加熱板18も実施例3に係る加熱板22と同様に構成し、接触式の温度計により、加熱板18の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。
温度センサ30で計測された温度に基づいて目標温度を200℃として全てのヒータ24,26を制御部100で制御した他は、比較例に係る加熱板22の構成を実施例1に係る加熱板22と同じとした。そして、接触式の温度計により、加熱板22の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。加熱板18も比較例に係る加熱板22と同様に構成し、接触式の温度計により、加熱板18の各位置での温度をそれぞれ測定した。
実施例1の結果を図6の(b)に示す。図6の(b)において、黒四角印で示される点が加熱板22における温度であり、黒菱形印で示される点が加熱板18における温度である。実施例1に係る加熱板18,22において、最高温度と最低温度との差は、約15℃であった。

Claims (5)
- 互いに対向し、シートを間に挟んで加熱及び加圧する一対の加熱板と、
前記一対の加熱板の対向方向に直交する第1の方向における前記加熱板の端部と中央部とにそれぞれ配置され、前記加熱板を加熱する複数のヒータと、
前記加熱板の前記端部の温度を計測する第1の温度センサと、
前記加熱板の前記中央部の温度を計測する第2の温度センサと、
前記第1の温度センサから入力された計測値に基づいて、前記複数のヒータのうち前記加熱板の前記端部に位置するヒータの出力を制御すると共に、前記第2の温度センサから入力された計測値に基づいて、前記複数のヒータのうち前記加熱板の前記中央部に位置するヒータの出力を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記加熱板の前記端部は、前記第1の方向における前記加熱板の端縁から前記加熱板の中央部に向けて300mm以内の範囲の部分である、シート接合装置。 - 前記加熱板の前記端部は、前記第1の方向における前記加熱板の端縁から前記加熱板の中央部に向けて100mm以内の範囲の部分である、請求項1に記載のシート接合装置。
- 互いに対向し、シートを間に挟んで加熱及び加圧する一対の加熱板と、
前記一対の加熱板の対向方向に直交する第1の方向における前記加熱板の端部と中央部とにそれぞれ配置され、前記加熱板を加熱する複数のヒータと、
前記加熱板の前記端部の温度を計測する第1の温度センサと、
前記加熱板の前記中央部の温度を計測する第2の温度センサと、
前記第1の温度センサから入力された計測値に基づいて、前記複数のヒータのうち前記加熱板の前記端部に位置するヒータの出力を制御すると共に、前記第2の温度センサから入力された計測値に基づいて、前記複数のヒータのうち前記加熱板の前記中央部に位置するヒータの出力を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記加熱板の前記端部は、前記第1の方向における前記加熱板の端縁から前記加熱板の前記第1の方向における全長の19%の長さ以内の範囲の部分である、シート接合装置。 - 前記加熱板の前記端部は、前記第1の方向における前記加熱板の端縁から前記加熱板の前記第1の方向における全長の6%の長さ以内の範囲の部分である、請求項3に記載のシート接合装置。
- 前記加熱板の端部には断熱材が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシート接合装置。
