1302958 五、發明説明(】) 技術領域 本發明係關於適用作運動用衣類和雨衣等穿著舒適之防 水加工布匹’以及防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,還有使用此 物之防水布料。 背景技術 防水加工布匹有例如USP4,429,000或DE0294 8 8 92所揭 示’把聚胺甲酸酯樹脂溶於水溶性溶劑所得聚胺甲酸酯溶 液,塗佈於布匹,加以濕式凝膠化之方法。於此,揭示一 種所謂透濕防水加工布,即把溶劑改用水時,在布匹上形 成的多孔質聚胺甲酸酯膜,不透雨水和其他水,而能透過 濕氣(水蒸氣)。此透濕防水加工布,可用於防水衣料用途。 可是USP4,429,0 00或DE02948 8 92所載多孔質聚胺甲酸 酯膜的問題是,在膜表面和多孔膜內一旦發生結露,會產 生發黏感覺,非常不舒適。 另外有藉用親水性樹脂吸收汗水滴的方法,但一旦吸收 水份,不容易放出水份,樹脂表面爲發黏,爲其缺點。 爲了預防發黏感或黏性引起穿用不適,已知可在膜面黏 著針織布等,成爲所謂3層,用作內襯之方法,但會增加 成本。 另外,向來防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,已知是在防水樹 脂層直接積層熱熔層,惟肌膚觸感不佳。爲改善肌膚觸感 ,另知在熱熔層之另一面積層布匹,但爲了積層布匹,製 造步驟複雜,增加成本。 發明槪述 1302958 五、發明説明(2 ) 本發明之目的在於解決上述習知問題,提供在防水性之 外,兼具舒適性的新穎防水加工布匹,以及防水加工布匹 用密封膠帶,還有因使用此物,即使不用內襯,或不用3 層,也可用2層,而得廉價且舒適之防水衣料。 本發明人等經潛心硏究結果,發現在防水層上積層具有 球粒的樹脂,可得表面光滑,摩擦阻力低,且具有感覺良 好的肌膚觸感之防水加工布匹,以及防水加工布匹用密封 膠帶。另外發現使用本發明防水加工布匹,以及防水加工 布匹用密封膠帶之本發明防水衣料,即使不用3層加工品 或內襯,使用2層,可得發黏和黏感少之乾爽肌膚觸感。 即,本發明防水加工布匹之特徵爲,在布匹單面設有防 水層,在該防水層上積層以相對於樹脂100重量份,分散 有平均粒徑5// m至200 // m之球粒20〜2 00重量份所得 樹脂組成物。 較佳具體例之詳細說明 本發明防水加工布匹用的布匹,可視使用目的等適當選 用。例如聚酯纖維或尼龍纖維等合成纖維,乙酸酯纖維等 半合成纖維,編、麻、羊毛等天然纖維,可單獨或二種以 上混合使用。其中布匹形態並無特別限制,例如可用織物 或編物、不織布等。 形成防水層之成份,可用樹脂,例如聚酯共聚物系,聚 醚共聚物系,或聚碳酸酯共聚物系之聚胺甲酸酯樹脂、聚 矽氧、氟、胺基酸等共聚合之聚胺甲酸酯樹脂,丙烯酸系 樹脂,合成橡膠,聚氯乙烯等乙烯系樹脂等。以聚胺甲酸 -4- 1302958 五、發明説明(3 ) 酯樹脂爲佳。 爲使本發明防水加工布匹賦有透濕性,該樹脂以使用具 有透濕性的聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲佳。 另外,防水層較佳形態是,在聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成的微 多孔質膜,聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成的無孔質膜,或聚胺甲酸 酯樹脂製成的微多孔質膜上,積層聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成之 無孔質膜。其中微多孔質膜和無孔質膜之聚胺甲酸酯,可 具有相同組成份,亦可爲不同組成份。 防水層更佳具體例有下列(1)〜(2)。 (1) 聚胺甲酸酯樹脂,或以聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲主成份之 微多孔質膜。 (2) 具有透濕性的聚胺甲酸酯樹脂,或以具有透濕性的 聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲主成份之無孔質膜。 上述(1)之微多孔質膜上再積層具有透濕性的聚胺甲酸 酯樹脂製成之無孔質膜,亦爲較佳具體例。 本發明防水加工布匹,係在前述防水層上,積層以相對 於樹脂1 0 0重量份分散有平均粒徑5 // m〜2 0 0 μπι的球粒 2〇〜200重量份所得樹脂組成物。 分散球粒之樹脂無特別限制,可用例如聚胺甲酸酯樹脂 ,丙烯酸系樹脂,乙烯系樹脂等,尤以聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲 佳。 分散粒子必須爲球形。球狀係指並無針狀或破片狀等具 有銳角之粒子。具體言之,粒子內具有突部大於最大球徑 之比例在5重量%以下。使用具有銳角之粒子時,會有滯 一 一4 1302958 五、發明説明(4 ) 礙感,得不到滑溜之乾爽感。 粒子的平均粒徑爲5 μ m至2 0 0 // m,相對於分散的樹脂 100重量份之比率必須在20〜200重量份。平均粒徑在5 // m以下時,粒子太小,得不到乾爽的觸感,而超過2 0 0 // m時,粒子太大,有明顯粗糙感,故不宜。另外,混配 量在20重量份以下時,粒子太少,得不到滑溜性,而超 過2 0 0重量份時,不但添加效果已達盡頭,在洗淨等時會 明顯脫落,故不佳。 另外,球粒之重量分佈以具有二個以上高峰爲佳。更好 是在規則分佈附近(重量分佈高峰1個)球狀粒徑至少二種 以上混配。使用重量分佈具有二個以上高峰之球粒,可促 進更加均勻分散於樹脂組成物。另外,粒徑大的球粒,可 以呈現更爲乾爽之觸感,粒徑小的球粒可發揮更爲降低摩 擦係數之效果。因此,消除布匹之粗糙感,可得更爲舒適 之防水布匹。 球粒之組成無特別限制,惟以防水層所用樹脂調成液狀 加以塗佈之步驟,或乾洗所用之溶劑或水不溶性且膨潤少 者爲佳。在水中容易溶解或膨潤時,會因汗或洗濯而發生 脫落,又該樹脂組成物調成液狀之際,在一般所用二甲基 甲醯胺或丁酮等溶劑溶解或膨潤時,於樹脂混配球粒之時 ,球粒即溶解或膨潤,而達不到本發明之目的。另外,球 粒溶於乾洗所用石油系溶劑或全氯乙烯等溶劑時,洗濯耐 久性會降低。 用作球粒之較佳具體化合物,有丙烯酸樹脂,以丙烯酸 -6- 1302958 五、發明説明(5 ) 爲主成份之樹脂,聚乙烯樹脂,聚丙烯樹脂,聚酯樹脂, 尼龍樹脂等。其中以丙燃酸樹脂,以丙燒酸爲主成份之樹 脂爲佳,因具有分散性優,無空洞故破損危險性少,透明 性高,發色性高等特徵。 球粒分散於樹脂中之方法無特別限制,以使用可溶解樹 脂’且不會使球粒膨潤之溶劑加以混合之方法爲佳。所用 溶劑無特別限制,以二甲基甲醯胺或丁酮爲佳。 把球粒分散之樹脂組成物,係全面或部份積層於防水層 上。全面積層時,由於球粒的存在,得以更有效改善接觸 感。 視用途採取部份積層樹脂組成物之方法更好。即部份積 層樹脂組成物時,若防水層具有透濕性,則會因透濕性而 得到穿著舒適,在成本方面亦有利。部份積層時,由上述 看來,以點狀、格狀、線狀爲佳,又以點狀和/或線狀更 好。 積層之樹脂組成物表面由KES法求得平均摩擦係數 (MIU),以縱向和橫向均在〇·8以下爲佳。〇.8以下時,可 以減少因穿著摩擦阻力引起的不快。此外還可預防摩擦引 起防水層表面受損而降低防水性。平均摩擦係數(MIU)以 洗濯後維持0.8以下爲佳。 本發明防水加工布匹,就實用上的防水性觀點言,耐水 壓在10kPa以上爲佳。 另外,本發明防水加工布匹之透濕度,以2,5〇〇g/m、hr 以上爲佳。若符合此條件,穿用時不易感受到悶熱。此處 1302958 五、發明説明(6 ) 所謂透濕度是按照JIS規格L- 1 099之A-1法測得。以JIS 規格L-1 099之B-1法測量透濕度時,以4,000g/m2·hr以 上爲佳。 其次,說明本發明防水加工布匹之製法較佳具體例。 防水層對布匹之積層方法無特別限定,例如可把溶於溶 劑內之樹脂組成物塗佈於布匹,另外在離型紙上以塗佈等 方法形成之防水層,使用黏著劑之點狀或全面黏著於布匹 後,把離型紙剝離之方法等。 尤其是前述具有透濕性的防水層之形成,以使用下列(3) 〜(4)方法爲佳。 (3) 把聚胺甲酸酯樹脂或以聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲主成份之樹 脂,溶於水溶性溶劑所得聚胺甲酸酯溶液,塗佈於布匹, 經濕式凝膠化,而形成兼具透濕性和防水性之微多孔質膜。 (4) 把具有透濕性的聚胺甲酸酯,或以具有透濕性的聚胺 甲酸酯爲主成份之樹脂,塗佈於布匹,經乾燥而形成兼具 透濕性和防水性之無孔質膜。 又,把防水層積層之塗佈方式,適用刀塗法,刀越輕塗 法,逆輥塗法等各種塗法。 把球粒分散之樹脂組成物積層法,有例如塗佈法、塗佈 方式可用凹版塗佈法、刀塗法、刀越輥塗法、逆輥塗法等 各種塗佈法。其中以使用凹版塗佈方式之塗佈方法爲丨圭, 可均勻分散球粒。 另外,重視設計性時,可在樹脂組成物中混配顏料等自 不待言,亦可把樹脂組成物以柄狀塗佈,或多色、多段塗 1302958 五、發明説明(7 ) 佈。 其次,說明本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶。 本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,係在布匹單面具有防 水層,在該防水層上,積層有相對於樹脂100重量份分散 平均粒徑5 // m至200 // m之球粒20〜200重量份的樹脂 組成物,於該布匹另一面積積層熱熔層。 另外,更佳具體例是防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,係具有 防水層之密封膠帶,其特徵爲,在該防水層單面積層有相 對於樹脂1⑼重量份分散平均粒徑5 // m至200 // m之球 粒20〜200重量份之樹脂組成物,在該防水層的另一面積 層熱熔層。 本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,必要時可用布匹爲基 材以改善強度等。使用布匹以補強基材時,可用例如聚酯 纖維或尼龍纖維等合成纖維,乙酸酯纖維等半合成纖維, 綿、麻、羊毛等天然纖維,可單獨或二種以上混合。其中 布匹形態無特別限制,例如織物、編物、不織布等均可用。 使用布匹爲基材,雖可改進強度,惟感覺太硬,故基材 以選用柔軟布匹爲佳,具體而言,以使用纖度在5.5dtex 以下纖維之布匹爲佳,而以纖度在4.4dtex以下纖維之布 匹更好。 更好是不用布匹,把分散球粒的樹脂積層於防水層,且 在另一面積層熱熔樹脂之防水加工布匹用密封膠帶最好。 其中防水層是以樹脂形成。 形成防水層的樹脂,可用例如聚酯共聚物系,聚醚共聚 1302958 五、發明説明(8 ) 物系,或聚碳酸酯共聚物系之聚胺甲酸酯樹脂,聚矽氧、 氟、胺基酸等共聚合所得聚胺甲酸酯樹脂,丙烯酸系樹脂 ’合成橡膠,聚氯乙烯等乙烯系樹脂等。以聚胺甲酸酯樹 脂爲佳。 爲賦予本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶以透濕性,該樹 脂宜使用具有透濕性之聚胺甲酸酯樹脂。 另外,防水層較佳具體例是積層聚胺甲酸酯樹脂微多孔 質膜,聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製無孔質膜,或聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製 微多孔質膜上的聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成之無孔質膜。其中微 多孔質膜和無孔質膜之聚胺甲酸酯,可具有同樣組成,亦 可有不同組成。 防水層更佳之具體例有下歹0 (5)〜(6)。 (5) 聚胺甲酸酯樹脂或以聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲主成份之微多孔 質膜。 (6) 具透濕性的聚胺甲酸酯樹脂或以具有透濕性的聚胺甲 酸酯樹脂爲主成份之無孔質膜。 上述(5)微多孔質膜之較佳具體例,以再積層具有透濕性 的聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製無孔質膜爲佳。 本發明密封膠帶係單面具有熱熔層,另一面積層有分散 球粒之樹脂。 分散球粒的樹脂之積層方法無特別限制,可例如和上述 防水加工布匹情形同樣,在防水層上塗佈分散粒子之樹脂 組成物而得。 得防水層之方法無特別限定,不用布匹時,例如可在離 -10- 1302958 五、發明説明(9 ) 型紙上或離型布上,塗佈含有構成防水層的樹脂之溶液。 另外,使用布匹時,可將含有構成防水層的樹脂之溶液 ,塗佈於布匹,或塗佈於離型紙上等方法所形成防水層, 使用黏膠以點狀或全面黏著於布匹後,再把離型紙剝離之 方法等。 尤其是欲形成具有前述透濕性之防水層,係與上述防水 加工布匹時同樣,以使用下列(7)〜(8)方法爲佳。 (7) 將聚胺甲酸酯樹脂或以聚胺甲酸酯樹脂爲主成份之樹 脂,溶於水溶性溶劑所得聚胺甲酸酯溶液,塗佈於布匹, 經濕式凝膠化,形成兼具透濕性和防水性之微多孔質膜。 (8) 將具有透濕性的聚胺甲酸酯或以具有透濕性的聚胺甲 酸酯爲主成份的樹脂,塗佈於布匹,經乾燥而形成兼具透 濕性和防水性之無孔質膜。 將防水層積層所用塗佈方式,適用刀塗法,刀越輥塗法 ,逆輥塗法等各種塗佈法。 分散球粒的樹脂組成物之積層方法,有例如塗佈方法。 就塗佈方式而言,可用凹版塗佈法、刀塗法、刀越輥塗法 、逆輥塗法等各種塗佈法。其中以使用凹版塗佈方式之塗 法爲佳,可均勻分散球粒。 重視設計性時,在樹脂組成物中可混配顏料等自不待言 ,亦可以柄狀塗佈樹脂組成物,或多色、多段塗佈。 另外,本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,在上述分散球 粒的樹脂組成物積層面之反對面具有熱熔層。 本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,係貼在防水加工布匹 -11- 1302958 五、發明説明(1G) 之縫孔,使用熱熔層加熱熱熔接。使用本發明密封膠帶, 即可確保上述縫孔之防水性。 熱熔層之形成方法並無特別限制,例如可把熱熔樹脂 (例如聚酯系聚胺甲酸酯,流動起點1 00°C )預先加溫到流 動起點以上,將流動化聚胺甲酸酯熱熔溶液以刀越輥法塗 佈於離型紙EV13 0TPD(里特克公司製品),製成厚度100 # m的熱熔膜。 另外,本發明防水加工布匹用密封膠帶使用布匹時,可 將布匹面和熱熔膜重疊,以熱積層器,於溫度120°C,線 壓力30N/m,速度20N/min的條件進行積層,冷卻後剝下 離型紙,得防水加工布匹用密封膠帶所用片材,接著以裁 切機把該片材切成所需寬度,但不限於此方法。 本發明防水衣料可用本發明防水加工布匹和/或本發明 防水加工布匹用密封膠帶。 另外,本發明其他防水衣料係防水衣料縫孔使用本發明 防水加工布匹用密封膠帶加以熔接。 實施例 茲以實施例進一步詳述本發明如下。實施例中各特性係 由下列方法求得。 (A) 耐水壓 按照JIS規格L-1 092測定。 惟測量伸長率大的樣品時,係將JIS規格的各種染色堅 牢度測定用附加尼龍的白布重疊在樣品上進行測定。 (B) 透濕度 -12- 1302958 五、發明説明(η ) 按照JIS規格L-1 099(A-1和B-1)測量。 (C) 按KES法之平均摩擦係數(MIU) C-1 :膜面評估 使用卡特鐵庫公司製品KES-FB4測量。把穿過細絲的 20cmx20cm試料置於平滑的金屬表面;施以19.6CN/cm 的單軸張力,取0.5 m m的鋼琴線按移動軸方向垂直1 0線 並列,令摩擦面尺寸5mmx5mm接觸件以50gf的負荷, 施壓於試料膜面,試料以0.1 cm/sec速度在水平移動2cm ,由摩擦阻力求得平均摩擦係數(MIU)。MIU由下列(C-2 項所載)求得。 C_2 :密封膠體評估 使用在穿過細絲的20cmx2〇Cm胺酯塗佈品之膜面,由 密封膠帶以熨斗在160°C黏著之試料,令接觸件以50gf負 荷施壓於試料密封膠帶表面,按C-1項同樣方法求出MIU。 MIU = (1/X) S 〇x// dx 其中// :摩擦力(對試料施壓力:50gf) X :移動距離(2cm) S 0λ :積分函數(0 :開始位置,λ :結束位置) (D) 肌膚觸感 關於肌膚觸感,是以樣品表面對手掌、手背、上腕部皮 膚之觸感,按4段評鑑。◎和〇合格。 ◎:無黏感,乾爽 〇·杂無黏感’乾爽 △:稍有黏感 -13- 1302958 五、發明説明(12) X :有黏感 (E)洗濯 按照JIS規格L-0217之(號次)103方法測量。 實施例1 以7 · 7 dtex尼龍細絲紗構成的尼龍搭夫綢,浸泡在含有 氟系撥水劑阿沙尹卡特AG710(明成化學公司製品)3重量 %的水分散液,以搾取率40%取出,在加熱定型器實施 13 0°C x30秒乾燥熱處理,進行撥水處理。 其次’將下列處方1所示組成份的聚胺甲酸酯溶液,以 刀越輥塗法按1 3 Og/m2比例塗佈,在使用二甲基甲醯胺1 〇 重量%的水溶液作爲凝固液的浴槽中,在3(TC浸泡3分鐘 ,令聚胺甲酸酯塗佈液經濕式凝固,再以8(TC溫水洗10 分鐘,在140°C熱風乾燥,得微多孔質膜加工品(具有防水 層之布匹)。 燥後,將上述處方3所示組成份的聚胺甲酸酯溶液,使用 刀越輥,以間隙5 // m塗佈,再於8(TC熱風乾燥,得無孔 質膜透濕性防水加工品。 其次,將上述處方2所示組成份的聚胺甲酸酯溶液,以 凹版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%)塗佈於無孔質膜上,再 於80°C熱風乾燥,接著在160°C熱處理3分鐘,獲得本發 明在單面積層含有球粒的樹脂層之防水加工布匹。就所得 布匹測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數(MIU),評估肌 膚觸感(初期,洗濯1 〇次後)。結果如表1所示。 -16- 1302958 五、發明説明(15) 處方4 海目仍Y-265(大日精化公司製品, 1〇〇份 聚醚系聚胺甲酸酯,厚1 2 // m的透濕 度(A-l) : 6,300g/m2.hr) 雷沙米X-100交聯劑(大日精化公司 1份 製品,異氰酸酯系交聯劑) 丁酮 25份 甲苯 25份 實施例4 83 dtex聚酯細絲紗構成之聚酯搭夫綢,使用氟系撥水劑 進行撥水處理。即把上述搭夫綢浸泡在含撥水劑阿沙尹卡 特AG7 10(明成化學公司製品)3重量%的水分散液,以搾 取率40%取出,以加熱定型器實施i3〇°Cx3〇秒的乾燥熱 處理,成爲離型布。 於該離型布上,以刀超輥塗器按130g/m2比例塗佈上述 處方1所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液,在使用含二甲基甲 醯胺1 〇重量%的水溶液作爲凝固液之浴槽中,在30°c浸 泡3分鐘,使聚胺甲酸酯塗佈液經濕式凝固,再以8〇°C溫 水洗1〇分鐘,以l4〇°C熱風乾燥,在離型布上得微多孔質 膜之防水層。 其次,上述處方2所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液使用凹 版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%)塗佈在該微多孔質膜上, 於8(TC熱風乾燥,再於16(TC熱處理3分鐘,得單面積層 含球粒的樹脂層之防水層。 -17- 1302958 五、發明説明(16) 其次,在離型紙EV130TPD(里特克公司製品)上,以刀 越輥塗器,塗佈具有下列處方5所示組成份,預先加溫到 流動起點以上而流動化之聚胺甲酸酯熱熔溶液,得厚度 100// m之熱熔層。 再者,上述防水層從離型布剝離,把剝離面和熱熔層貼 合,使用熱積層器,在溫度12(TC,線壓30N/cm,速度 20m/min的條件進行積層。冷卻後,剝下離型紙,得防水 加工布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 其次,用裁切機切成2.5cm寬,得密封膠帶。對裁切前 的片材,測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數(MIU),評 估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯1 0次後)。結果,如表1所示。 處方5 熱熔樹脂(聚酯系聚胺甲酸酯,流動 1 00份 起點l〇〇°C 實施例5 在和實施例4同樣處方所得離型布上之微多孔質膜防水 層上,使用刀越輥,以間隙50 # m塗佈上述處方4所示組 成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液,再於80°C熱風乾燥,得在微多孔 質膜積層無孔質膜之防水層。 接著,使用凹版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%),把上述 處方2所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液塗在上述無孔質膜上 ,再於80°C熱風乾燥,又在於16(TC熱處理3分鐘,得單 面積層以含球粒的樹脂層之防水層。 其次,和上述實施例4同樣,在防水層的另一面積層熱熔 -18- 1302958 五、發明説明(]7) 層。然後,從離型布剝下防水層,把剝離面和熱熔膜和實 施例4同樣進行積層,得防水加工布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 其次,用裁切器切成2.5cm寬,得防水加工布匹用密封 膠帶。對裁切前之片材,測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦 係數(MIU),評估肌膚觸感。結果如表1所示。 實施例6 於離型紙EV130TPD(里特克公司製品)上,使用刀越輥 塗以間隙200 // m塗佈上述處方4所示組成份之聚胺甲酸 酯溶液塗,其次在80°C熱風乾燥,再使用刀越輥塗佈上述 處方3所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液,厚50 // m熱風乾燥 ,得離型紙上之無孔質膜防水層。 其次,以凹版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%)在該無孔質 防水層上,塗佈上述處方2所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液 ,接著在於80°C熱風乾燥,再於160t熱處理3分鐘,得 單面積層含球粒的樹脂層之防水層。 接著,和上述實施例4同樣積層熱熔層。其次,從離型 布剝下防水層,把剝離面和熱熔層和實施例4同樣進行積 層,得防水加工布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 其次,用裁切器切成2.5cm寬,得防水加工布匹用密封 膠帶。對裁切前的片材,測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦 係數(MIU),評估肌膚觸感。結果如表1所示。 實施例7 對3.3dte>c尼龍細絲紗所構成之尼龍搭夫綢,以氟系撥 水劑進行撥水處理。即將上述搭夫綢浸泡於含撥水劑阿沙 -19- 1302958 五、發明説明(18 ) 尹卡特AG710(明成化學公司製品)3重量%之水分散液, 以搾取率40%取出,在加熱定型器實施130°C x30秒熱處 理。 其次,使用刀越輥以130g/m2比例塗佈上述處方1所示 組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液,在使用含二甲基甲醯胺1 0重 量%的水溶液作爲凝固液之浴槽中,在30°C浸泡3分鐘, 使聚胺甲酸酯塗佈液經濕式凝固,接著以80°C溫水洗10 分鐘,以140t熱風乾燥,得微多孔質膜加工品。 其次,使用凹版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%),在微多 孔質膜上塗佈上述處方2所示組成份之聚胺甲酸酯溶液, 接著在80°C熱風乾燥,再於160°C熱處理3分鐘,得單面 積層含球粒的樹脂層之微多孔質膜加工品。 接著和上述實施例4同樣在微多孔質膜防水加工布匹面, 積層熱熔層。熱積層器之條件爲,溫度120°C,熱壓力 3 0N/cm,速度20m/min。冷卻後,剝下離型紙,得防水加 工布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 其次,以裁切器切成2.5 cm寬,得防水加工布匹用密封 膠帶。 對裁切前片材測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數(M1 u) ,評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯1 〇次後)。結果如表1所示。 實施例8 使用實施例1所得防水加工布匹,縫製不用內襯之防水 衣料。其中縫孔是使用實施例4所得密封膠帶,以包邊摺 邊機熔化密封。 -20» 1302958 五 ' 發明説明(19) 該防水衣料即使不用內襯也有穿著舒適感,未見因膜面 穿用摩耗而降低防水性,另外不因洗濯而降低防水性,雨 天穿用時也不見漏水。 比鮫例1 以上述實施例1同樣處方,在尼龍搭夫綢上製作微多孔 質膜,再於1 60°c熱處理3分鐘,得透濕性防水加工布匹 。對所得布匹測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數(MIU) ,評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯1 〇次後)。結果如表1所示。 在防水層上未積層分散球粒的樹脂組成物之本比較例, MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。 比較例2 於上述實施例1同樣處方所得微多孔膜加工品,使用凹 版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%)把下列處方6所示組成份 的聚胺甲酸酯溶液,塗佈在微多孔膜上,接著在80°C熱風 乾燥,再於1 6(TC熱處理3分鐘,得透濕性防水加工布匹 。對所得布匹測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數(MIU) 水加工布匹。對所得布匹測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦 係數(MIU),評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯10次後)。 結果如表1所示。在防水層上不積層分散球粒的樹脂組 成物之本比較例,MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。 比較例4 於上述實施例1同樣實施過撥水處理的7.7dtex尼龍細 絲紗所構成尼龍搭夫綢,以刀越輥塗器按50g/m2比率, 塗佈含有丙烯酸酯共聚物1 5重量%和三羥甲基丙烷六亞甲 二異氰酸酯加成物(莫耳比1:3)3重量%之三醇溶液,其次 在乾燥(脫溶劑)後,於1 60°C熱處理3分鐘,得防水加工 布匹。對所得布匹測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數 (MIU),評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯10次後)。 結果如表1所示。在防水層上不積層分散球粒的樹脂組 成物之本比較例,MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。且耐水壓和透濕 性低。 比較例5 於上述實施例4同樣製作微多孔質膜,再於1 60°C熱處 理3分鐘,得離型佈所附微多孔防水膜。 其次,和上述實施例4同樣積層熱熔層。即上述離型布 所附微多孔防水膜之防水面和熱熔和實施例4同樣進行積 層,把離型布剝離,得防水加工布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 -22- 1302958 五、發明説明(21 ) 接著’用裁切機切成2.5公分寬,得防水加工布匹用密 封膠帶。 對裁切前的片材測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數 (MIU) ’評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯1〇次後)。 結果如表1所示。防水層單面不積層分散球粒的樹脂組 成物之本比較例,MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。 比較例6 於實施例4同樣所得離型布所附微多孔質膜加工品,使 用凹版塗佈器(32網目,開孔率50%)將上述處方6所示組 成份的聚胺甲酸酯溶液,塗佈在該微多孔膜上,接著在 8〇t熱風乾燥,再於160°C熱處理3分鐘,得防水加工布 TJU 〇 接著,和實施例4同樣積層熱熔層。即把上述防水加工 布匹的布匹面和熱熔膜按實施例4同樣積層,得防水加工 布匹用密封膠帶用片材。 其次,以裁切器切成2.5cm寬,得防水加工布匹用密封 膠帶。對裁切前的片材,測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦 係數(MIU),評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯10次後)。 結果如表1所示。防水層單面只積層不分散球粒的樹脂 之本比較例,MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。 比較例7 封膠帶用片材。 再用裁切器切成2.5cm寬,得防水加工布匹用密封膠帶 。對裁切前的片材測量耐水壓,以及表面平均摩擦係數 (MIU),評估肌膚觸感(初期,洗濯10次後)。 結果如表1所示。在防水層單面不積層分散球粒的樹脂 組成物之本比較例,MIU大,肌膚觸感劣。 比較例9 使用比較例1所得防水加工布匹,縫製防水衣料,縫孔 使用比較例5所得密封膠帶,以包邊摺邊機熔接密封。 Claims (1)

1302958 六、申請專利範圍 第90 1 1 9 1 26號「防水加工布匹及防水衣料」專利案 (92年6月25日修正) 六申請專利範圍: 1. 一種防水加工布匹,其特徵爲:在布匹單面具有防水 層,在該防水層之上,積層以相對於樹脂1 〇〇重量份 而言分散有20〜200重量份平均粒徑5// m至200 μ m 的球粒之樹脂組成物者。 2. 如申請專利範圍第丨項之防水加工布匹,其中樹脂組 成物係以點狀和/或線狀積層者。 3·如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中耐水壓 在10kPa以上者。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中積層的 樹脂組成物表面按KES法之平均摩擦係數(MIU)在縱 向和橫向均以0.8以下者。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中防水層 係由聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成之微多孔質膜,聚胺甲酸酯 樹脂製成之無孔質膜,或在聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成的微 多孔質膜上積層聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成之無孔質膜者。 6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中透濕度 在 2,500g/m2*hr 以上者。 7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中樹脂爲 具有透濕性之聚胺甲酸酯樹脂者。 8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中球粒係 1302958 六、申請專利範圍 由丙烯酸樹脂製成者。 9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之防水加工布匹,其中球粒之 重量分佈具有二個以上高峰者。 10. —種防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,其特徵爲:在布匹單 面具有防水層,在該防水層之上,積層以相對於樹脂 100重量份而言分散有20〜200重量份平均粒徑5// m 至200 // m的球粒之樹脂組成物,及在該布匹之另一 面積層以熱熔層者。 1L 一種防水加工布匹用密封膠帶,係具有防水層之密封 膠帶,其特徵爲:在該防水層之單面,積層以相對於 樹脂100重量份而言分散有20〜200重量份平均粒徑 5 β m至200 // m的球粒之樹脂組成物,及在該防水 層之另一面積層以熱熔層者。 12·如申請專利範圍第丨〇或11項之防水加工布匹用密封 @帶,其中熱熔層係由聚胺甲酸酯樹脂製成者。 13_如申請專利範圍第1〇或丨丨項之防水加工布匹用密封 帶,其中樹脂組成物係以點狀和/或線狀積層者。 14·如申請專利範圍第丨〇或丨丨項之防水加工布匹用密封 0»帶,其中膠帶之耐水壓在l〇kPa以上者。 15·如申請專利範圍第丨〇或丨丨項之防水加工布匹用密封 @帶,其中積層的該樹脂組成物表面按KES法之平 均摩擦係數(MIU),縱向在0.8以下者。 %申請專利範圍第10或u項之防水加工布匹用密封
