防水加工布帛和防水衣料
技术领域
本发明涉及适用于运动服装类和雨衣等使用的具有舒适性的防水加工布帛和防水加工布帛用密封带以及使用它们之防水衣料。
背景技术
防水加工布帛方面,已经公开的有,例如,USP4429000和DE02948892中所提及的把聚氨酯在可溶于水的溶剂中溶解所形成的聚氨酯溶液涂于布帛上并把它湿式凝胶化的方法。这里,已经公开的是所谓透湿防水加工布帛,因溶剂被水所置换而在布帛上形成的多孔聚氨酯皮膜,雨或其它水通不过而湿气(水蒸汽)可以通过。此透湿防水加工布帛可以使用于防水衣料用途方面。
然而,USP4429000和DE02948892所记述的多孔聚氨酯皮膜存在着在膜表面和多孔膜内发生结露而产生发粘的感觉,使得舒适性非常低下的问题。
还有,也有用亲水性树脂吸收汗水的方法,但一旦吸收了汗水之后,水分不再容易排出,结果是,存在有树脂表面发粘的缺点。
因此,为了防止发粘的感觉和褶皱造成穿着时的不快感,已经知道有用在皮膜面上粘合上编织物等布料来制成所谓的3层的使用衬里的方法,但这提高了成本。
还有,已有的防水加工布帛用密封带的防水树脂层是直接层积了热熔层的,这是大家都已经知道的,不过它的皮肤接触感觉差。为了改善皮肤接触感觉,已知的是采用在热熔层的另一面层积上布帛,不过,为了把布帛层积上去,使得制作工艺变得复杂,提高了成本。
发明公开的内容
本发明的目的在于提供解决了上述已有问题的、除了有防水性外还具有舒适性的新型防水加工布帛和防水加工布帛用密封带,进而提供用它们的、不用衬里而且也不用3层而可以使用2层的便宜且舒适的防水衣料。
本发明人等经过深入研究发现,在防水层上层积上有球状粒子的树脂,得到了表面滑动摩擦阻力下降和有好的肌肤触感的防水加工布帛以及防水加工布帛用密封带。还发现了,使用了本发明的防水加工布帛以及防水加工布帛用密封带的防水衣料,即使不用3层加工品和衬里而用2层也得到了的干爽的发粘和褶皱感少的干燥皮肤接触感觉。
也就是说,本发明是以在布帛一面有防水层并在其上层积有分散了相对于100重量份树脂为20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物为特征的防水加工布帛。
实施发明的最佳形态
本发明的防水加工布帛用的布帛可以根据使用目的等来选用合适的材料。例如,可以单独或2种以上混合使用聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维之类合成纤维、醋酸纤维之类半合成纤维、棉、麻和羊毛之类天然纤维。这里,对布帛的形态没有特别的限制,例如,可以用织物、编织物、无纺布等。
形成防水层的成分用的是树脂,例如,聚酯共聚物类、聚醚共聚物类或聚碳酸酯共聚物类的聚氨酯树脂、硅酮、氟化合物、氨基酸等共聚的聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、合成橡胶、聚氯乙烯之类乙烯类树脂等,优选的是聚氨酯树脂。
为了赋予本发明的防水加工布帛以透湿性,此树脂以使用具有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂为优选。
还有,防水层以由聚氨酯树脂所构成的微多孔膜或由聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜、或在由聚氨酯树脂所构成的微多孔膜上层积了由聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜的材料为优选的形态。这里,微多孔膜和无孔膜的聚氨酯树脂无论是相同组成还是不同组成都可以。
下述(1)~(2)是可以被列举的优选的防水层的形态:
(1)聚氨酯树脂或以聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的微多孔膜。
(2)具有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂或以具有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的无孔膜。
在上述(1)那样的微多孔膜上,进一步层积了由具有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂所构成的无孔膜者为优选的形态。
本发明的防水加工布帛是在上述防水层上已层积了相对于100重量份树脂分散了20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物的防水加工用布帛。
对分散球状粒子的树脂并没有特别限制,例如,聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、乙烯类树脂等,特别以聚氨酯树脂为优选。
分散的粒子为球状是必要的。所述球状是指没有针状和碎片状等有锐角的粒子。更具体说,是指具有比在粒子内可能包括的最大的球直径还大的突起的粒子比例不足5重量%。有锐角粒子的使用是引起刮擦的感觉的原因,不能得到光滑和干燥的感觉。
粒子的平均粒径在5μm至200μm、以20~200重量份的比例分散于100重量份树脂是必要的。当粒子的平均粒径不到5μm而过小时,得不到干燥的接触感觉,而当超过200μm、过大时就有明显的粗涩感,因此不选用。再是,当配合量不足20重量份时粒子过少,得不到平滑性,而当超过200重量份时,不仅其添加效果达到了顶点,而且也会因洗涤等而明显脱落,也不选用。
球状粒子的重量分布以有2个峰为优选。至少2种以上的近乎正态分布(重量分布1个峰)的球状粒子的配合是更为优选的形态。使用重量分布有2个以上峰的球状粒子促进了在树脂组合物中的更均匀的分散。还有,发现用粒径大的球状粒子有干燥的触感,粒径小的球状粒子起到了降低摩擦系数的效果。由此,可以得到没有布帛的粗涩感而舒适性更优的防水布帛。
对球状粒子的组成没有特别的限制,但以把使用的树脂用液状涂布在防水层的工序和在干洗用那样的溶剂或水中不溶且溶胀少者为优选。如果在水中容易溶解或溶胀,则因汗和洗涤就会发生脱落,而且,在此树脂组合物呈液状时,一般使用二甲基甲酰胺和甲乙酮等溶剂溶解或溶胀,在树脂中配合进球状粒子时,球状粒子溶解或溶胀,本发明的目的就不能达到。再是,球状粒子溶于干洗用石油类溶剂和四氯乙烯等溶剂的话,其洗涤耐久性就下降了。
球状粒子优选使用的具体化合物可以列举的有,丙烯酸类树脂、以丙烯酸为主要成分的树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚酯树脂、尼龙树脂等,其中以丙烯酸类树脂、以丙烯酸为主要成分的树脂的分散性优异、没有空洞而破损危险性小、透明性高、发色性高等特点而特别优选。
对把球状粒子分散于树脂中的方法没有特别的限制,不过以把树脂溶解、而且与球状粒子不溶胀的溶剂混合的方法为优选。对所用的溶剂没有特别的限制,以二甲基甲酰胺和甲乙酮为优选。
分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物层积在全部或部分的防水层上。在全部层积的场合,由于球状粒子的存在可以得到提高接触感觉的效果。
根据用途,也优选使用把树脂组合物部分层积的方法,即,在树脂组合物部分层积的场合,当防水层有透湿性时因透湿性而得到了舒适性,而且从成本方面讲也是优选的。在部分层积的场合,由上述各点出发,以点状、格子状、线状为优选,特别是点状和/或线状层积为优选。
用表面KES法测得的层积了的树脂组合物的平均摩擦系数(MIU)以竖向和横向均在0.8以下为优选。0.8以下在穿用时可以减少有摩擦阻力造成的不快的感觉。加之,可以防止由摩擦造成的防水层表面的损伤导致的防水性下降。以洗涤后其平均摩擦系数(MIU)仍维持在0.8以下者为优选。
从实用防水性这点出发,本发明的防水加工布帛其耐水压在10kPa以上者为优选。
还有,本发明的防水加工布帛的透湿度以在2500g/m2·hr以上者为优选。由于满足了这一点,在穿用时可以不感到闷湿的感觉。这里所述的透湿度是用JIS标准L-1099的A-1法测定的,其中,在用JIS标准L-1099的B-1法测定透湿度的场合,以在4000g/m2·hr以上者为优选。
下面来说明本发明防水加工布帛的制备方法的优选方案。
对在布帛上层积防水层的方法没有特别的限制,可以采用,例如,把由溶解在溶剂中的树脂组合物涂布在布帛上、涂布在脱模纸上等方法所形成的防水层通过用粘合剂使其与布帛点状或全面粘合然后剥离掉脱模纸的方法等。
特别是前述那样形成有透湿性的防水层的过程中,优选使用下述(3)~(4)的方法。
(3)把聚氨酯树脂或以聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的树脂溶解于可溶于水的溶剂中所形成的聚氨酯溶液涂布在布帛上,把它用湿式凝胶化来形成兼具透湿性和防水性的微多孔膜的方法。
(4)把有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂或有透湿性的以聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的树脂涂布在布帛上,经干燥而形成兼具透湿性和防水性的无孔膜的方法。
其中,为层积防水层,所用的涂布方法可以采用,刮刀涂布、贴滚刮胶涂布、逆辊涂布等各种涂布方法。
层积分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物的方法,可以采用,例如,涂布的方法。作为涂布方式,可以使用的有照相凹版涂布、刮刀涂布、贴滚刮胶涂布、逆辊涂布等各种涂布方法。其中,以采用照相凹版涂布方式的涂布方法使球状粒子均匀分散得更好而优选。
还有,在重视设计性的场合,无论如何,以在树脂组合物中配合颜料等为好,此时,把树脂组合物作花纹状涂布、多色、多段涂布也都好。
下面来说明本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带。
本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带是,在其布帛的一面有防水层、在此防水层上层积了相对于100重量份树脂分散有20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物、而在布帛的另一面则层积上热熔层。
还有,更优选的形态是,它是具有防水层的密封带,并且,在此防水层的一面层积了相对于100重量份树脂分散有20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物、而在布帛的另一面层积上热熔层,为特征的防水加工布帛用密封带。
本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带优选使用与为提高作为基材的强度等要求相应的布帛。在使用作为增强基材的布帛的场合,可以使用例如聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维之类合成纤维、醋酸纤维之类半合成纤维、棉、麻、羊毛之类天然纤维,它们可以单独使用或者2种以上混合使用。这里,对布帛的形态没有特别的限制,例如,可以使用织物和编织物、无纺布等。
用布帛作基材尽管提高了强度,但手感变硬了。所以,优选的是选用柔软的布帛为基材,具体说,以用纤度在55旦(dtex)以下的纤维的布帛为优选,用纤度在44旦以下的纤维的布帛为更优选。
更优选的是不用布帛,在防水层上层积分散了球状粒子的树脂而另一面层积有热熔树脂的防水加工布帛用密封带为最优选。这里,防水层是用树脂形成的。
形成防水层的树脂使用的是,可以列举的有,聚酯共聚物类、聚醚共聚物类、或聚碳酸酯共聚物类的聚氨酯树脂;硅酮、氟、氨基酸等共聚的聚氨酯树脂;聚酯类树脂;丙烯酸类树脂;合成橡胶;聚氯乙烯之类乙烯类树脂等。优选聚氨酯树脂。
为了赋予本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带以透湿性,以使用具有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂作为此树脂为优选。
还有,防水层是聚氨酯树脂构成的微多孔膜或聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜或聚氨酯树脂构成的微多孔膜上层积了聚氨酯构成的无孔膜者也是优选的形态。这里,微多孔膜和无孔膜聚氨酯的组成相同或不同都行。
作为防水层的较优选的形态,可以列举下面的(5)~(6)。
(5)聚氨酯树脂或以聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的微多孔膜。
(6)有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂或以有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的无孔膜。
在上述(5)那样的微多孔膜中,进一步层积上由有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜也是优选的形态。
本发明的密封带为一面有热熔层、另一面层积了分散有球状粒子的树脂。
对层积分散了球状粒子的树脂的方法并没有特别限制,例如,与上述防水加工布帛的场合一样,可以把分散了粒子的树脂组合物涂布在防水层上来得到。
对得到防水层的方法并没有特别的限制,有例如,在不用布帛的场合,在脱模纸上或脱模布上涂布上含构成防水层的树脂的溶液的方法。
还有,在用布帛的场合,可以采用,例如,把含构成防水层的树脂的溶液涂布在布帛上、涂布在脱模纸上等方法形成的防水层用粘合剂与布帛点或全面粘合、然后剥离脱模纸的方法等。
特别是,在形成如前面所述那样的有透湿性的防水层时,与上述防水加工布帛的情况一样,优选使用下述(7)~(8)的方法。
(7)把聚氨酯树脂或以聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的树脂溶解在可溶于水的溶剂中所形成的聚氨酯溶液涂布在布帛上、并把它湿式凝胶化来形成兼具透湿性和防水性的微多孔膜的方法。
(8)把有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂或以有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂为主要成分的树脂涂布在布帛上并把它干燥形成兼具透湿性和防水性的无孔膜的方法。
其中,作为层积防水层的涂布方式,可以采用的有,刮刀涂布、贴滚刮胶涂布、逆辊涂布等各种涂布方法。
作为层积分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物的方法有,例如,涂布的方法。作为涂布的方式,可以用照相凹版涂布、刮刀涂布、贴滚刮胶涂布、逆辊涂布等各种涂布方法。其中,以采用照相凹版涂布方式的涂布方法使球状粒子均匀分散得更好而优选。
还有,在重视设计性的场合,无论如何,以在树脂组合物中配合颜料等为好,此时,把树脂组合物作花纹状涂布、多色、多段涂布也都好。
还有,本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带在其一面层积有上述分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物、另一面则有热熔层。
对形成热熔层的树脂没有特别的限制,不过从柔软性、粘合性、加工性、成本方面考虑以使用聚氨酯树脂为优选。
本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带是用加热熔融热熔层来补上防水加工布帛的针眼。使用本发明的密封带就可以确保上述针眼的防水性。
对形成热熔层的方法没有特别的限制,例如,可以用把脱模纸EV130TPD(リンテック株式会社生产)上的热熔树脂(例如,聚酯类聚氨酯,开始流动温度为100℃)加温到预流动开始点以上,把已流动化了的聚氨酯热熔液用贴滚刮胶涂布进行涂布,来制作100μm厚的热熔膜的方法等。
再,把本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带用到布帛的场合,可以把布帛与热融膜重合,在温度120℃、线压力30N/cm、速度20m/min的条件下用热压机进行层压,冷却后剥离脱模纸,得到了防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片,接着把此薄片用剪刀剪成所希望宽度的方法等,不过,并不特别限制于此法。
本发明的防水衣料是用本发明的防水加工布帛和/或本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带的衣料。
还有,本发明的其它防水衣料是其针眼用本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带熔融粘合了的防水衣料。
实施例
下面用实施例来更详细地说明本发明。其中,实施例中的各特性按下面的方法求得。
(A)耐水压
按照JIS标准L-1092测定。
但是,在测定拉伸大的样品的场合,是把用于JIS标准的各种染色坚牢度测定的添加了尼龙的白布重合在样品上来进行测定的。
(B)透湿度
按照JIS标准L-1099(A-1和B-1)测定。
(C)KES法的平均摩擦系数(MIU)
C-1.膜面的评价
用カ-トテック株式会社制造的KES-FB4测定。把细丝相通的20cm×20cm的样品置于平滑的金属表面上,加上19.6cN/cm的单轴应力,在沿垂直于移动方向上并排放10根0.5mm的提琴线,摩擦面尺寸为5mm×5mm的接触子以50gf的负载压在样品的膜面上,从样品以0.1cm/s的速度水平移动2cm时的摩擦阻力求出平均摩擦系数(MIU)。MIU是由下述(C-2.项记述)公式求出。
C-2.密封带的评价
在细丝相通的20cm×20cm的聚氨酯涂布制品的膜面上,采用在160℃以熨斗粘合的密封带样品,以50gf的负载用接触子压在样品密封带的表面,与C-1.项同样的方法求出MIU。

按照JIS标准L-0217的编号103的方法测定。
实施例1
把由77旦(dtex)的尼龙细丝构成的尼龙塔夫绸浸渍于含3重量%的氟类防水剂“アサヒガ-ド AG710”(明成化学株式会社制)的水分散液中,以40%拉深(contraction)率接取,由在热定形器中进行130℃×30s干燥热处理进行防水处理。
接着,把下述配方1所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机按130g/m2的比例涂布,在含10重量%二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液作为凝固液的浴槽中30℃浸渍30min,使聚氨酯涂布液湿式凝固,接着用80℃的温水作10min的水洗,用140℃热风干燥,得到了微多孔膜加工品(有防水层的布帛)。

实施例2
在按实施例1同样配方得到的微多孔膜上,把下述配方3所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机以50μm间隙涂布,接着用80℃的热风干燥,得到了在微多孔膜上层积了无孔膜的防水膜加工品(有防水层的布帛)。
接下来,把按上述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在该无孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的本发明防水加工布帛。测定所得布帛的耐水压、透湿度和膜面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。

实施例3
用与上述实施例1同样配方对尼龙塔夫绸的基布作防水处理。接着,把下述配方4所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机以200μm间隙涂布,接着用80℃的热风干燥,然后,把上述配方3所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机以5μm间隙涂布,接着用80℃的热风干燥,得到了无孔膜透湿性防水加工品。
接下来,把按上述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在无孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了本发明的一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的本发明防水加工布帛。测定所得布帛的耐水压、透湿度和膜面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。

实施例4
把由83旦的聚酯细丝构成的聚酯塔夫绸用氟类防水剂进行防水处理。即,把上述塔夫绸浸渍于含3重量%的防水剂“アサヒガ-ドAG710”(明成化学株式会社制)的水分散液中,以40%绞合率接取,由在热定形器中进行130℃×30s干燥热处理进行防水处理来作为脱模布。
接着,把上述配方1所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机按130g/m2的比例涂布在所述脱模布上,在含10重量%二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液作为凝固液的浴槽中30℃浸渍30min,使聚氨酯涂布液湿式凝固,接着用80℃的温水作10min的水洗,用140℃热风干燥,在脱模布上得到了微多孔膜防水层。
接下来,把按下述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在所述微多孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的防水层。
接着,用下述配方5所示组成的、在预流动起始点以上加温的流动化的聚氨酯热熔溶液由贴滚刮胶涂布机涂布在脱模纸“EV130TPD”(リンテック株式会社制)上,得到100μm厚的热熔层。
进而,把上述防水层从脱模布上剥离,把剥离面与热熔层重合,使用热压机在120℃温度、30N/cm线压力、20m/min速度条件下进行层压。冷却后,剥掉脱模纸,得到了防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其触感,结果列于表1中。
(配方5)
热熔树脂(聚酯类聚氨酯,起始流动点100℃)100份
实施例5
在按实施例4同样配方得到的脱模布上的微多孔膜防水层上,把上述配方4所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机以50μm间隙涂布,接着用80℃的热风干燥,得到了在微多孔膜上层积了无孔膜的防水层。
接下来,把按上述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在上述无孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的防水层。
接着,按上述实施例4一样,在防水层的另一面层积热熔层。然后,把防水层从脱模布上剥离下来,把剥离面与热熔膜按实施例4一样进行层压,得到了防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其触感,结果列于表1中。
实施例6
在脱模纸“EV130TPD”(リンテツク株式会社)上,把上述配方4所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机以200μm间隙涂布,接着用80℃的热风干燥,进而把上述配方3所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机涂布50μm厚,80℃的热风干燥,在脱模纸上得到了无孔防水层。
接下来,把按上述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在上述无孔防水层上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的防水层。
接着,按上述实施例4一样层积热熔层。然后,把防水层从脱模布上剥离下来,把剥离面与热熔膜按实施例4一样进行层压,得到了防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片。接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其触感,结果列于表1中。
实施例7
把由33旦的尼龙细丝构成的尼龙塔夫绸用氟类防水剂进行防水处理。即,把上述波纹绸浸渍于含3重量%的防水剂“アサヒガ-ドAG710”(明成化学株式会社制)的水分散液中,以40%绞合率接取,由在热定形器中进行130℃×30s干燥热处理进行防水处理。
接着,把上述配方1所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用贴滚刮胶涂布机按130g/m2的比例涂布,在含10重量%二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液作为凝固液的浴槽中30℃浸渍30min,使聚氨酯涂布液湿式凝固,接着用80℃的温水作10min的水洗,用140℃热风干燥,得到了微多孔膜加工品。
接下来,把按下述配方2所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在所述微多孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了一面层积有含球状粒子的树脂层的微多孔膜加工品。
接着,与上述实施例4一样在微多孔膜加工品的布帛面层积热熔层。热层压机的条件为120℃温度、30N/cm线压力、20m/min速度。冷却后,剥掉脱模纸,得到了防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦下述(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。
实施例8
用按实施例1得到的防水加工布帛缝制不用衬里的防水衣料。这里,针眼用实施例4所得到的密封带由捆带机(taping machine)熔融封合。
此防水衣料由于没有使用衬里,在穿着中有舒适感,也看不到因膜面受穿着的摩耗而使防水性下降,而且洗涤也不使防水性下降,在雨天穿用时也没发现漏水。
比较例1
按上述实施例1同样的配方,在尼龙波纹绸基布上制作微多孔膜,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了透湿防水加工布帛。测定布的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层上没有层积分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物的本比较例其MIU大,肌肤触感差。
比较例2
与上述实施例1同样配方所得到的微多孔膜加工品中,把按下述配方6所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在其微多孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了透湿防水加工布帛。测定得到的布帛的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层上仅层积上没有分散有球状粒子的树脂之本比较例,其MIU大,肌肤触感差。

比较例3

比较例4
在作了与实施例1同样防水处理的77旦尼龙细丝所构成的尼龙塔夫绸上,用贴滚刮胶涂布机以50g/m2的比例涂布上由15重量%丙烯酸酯共聚物和含3重量%三羟甲基丙烷-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯加成物(摩尔比1∶3)的三元醇溶液,在接下来的干燥(脱溶剂)之后,160℃热处理3min,得到了防水加工布帛。测定得到的布帛的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层上没有层积分散有球状粒子的树脂组合物之本比较例,其MIU大,肌肤触感差,而且耐水压和透湿性低。
比较例5
如上述实施例4一样制作微多孔膜,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了带有脱模布的微多孔防水膜。
接着,按上述实施例4一样层积热熔层。即,与实施例4一样在上述带有脱模布的微多孔防水膜的防水面与热熔膜层压,得到剥离了脱模布的防水加工布帛用密封带薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的防水加工用布帛用密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层一面没有层积分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物之本比较例其MIU大,肌肤触感差。
比较例6
在与实施例4一样得到的带有脱模布的为多孔膜加工品上,把按上述配方6所示组成的聚氨酯溶液用照相凹版印刷机(32目,开孔率50%)涂布在其微多孔膜上,用80℃热风干燥,进而在160℃热处理3min,得到了防水加工布帛。
接着,按实施例4一样层积热熔层,即,把上述防水加工布帛的布帛面与热熔膜与实施例4一样层压,得到防水加工布帛用密封带使用的薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的防水加工布帛用密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数述(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层一面仅层积没有分散了球状粒子的树脂之本比较例其MIU大,肌肤触感差。
比较例7

用贴滚刮胶涂布机以200g/m2的比例在脱模纸上涂布上由15重量%丙烯酸酯共聚物和含3重量%三羟甲基丙烷-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯加成物(摩尔比1∶3)的三元醇溶液,在接下来的干燥(脱溶剂)之后,得到了无孔防水膜加工品。
接着,把脱模纸从无孔防水膜加工品上剥离,在剥离面上与实施例4一样层积热熔层,得到防水加工布帛用密封带用薄片。
接下来,用剪切机得到了2.5cm宽的防水加工布帛用密封带。测定剪切前的薄片的的耐水压、和表面的平均摩擦系数(MIU),用肌肤触感评价其(起初和洗涤10次后的)触感,结果列于表1中。在防水层一面没有层积含球状粒子的树脂组合物之本比较例其MIU大,肌肤触感差。
比较例9
用比较例1得到的防水加工布帛,防水缝制,针眼用比较例5所得到的密封带由捆带机熔融封合。
在防水层上没有层积分散了球状粒子的树脂组合物的本比较例的此防水衣料,没有使用衬里,有发涩和褶皱感,穿着感不好。还有,因穿着的摩擦损耗,其防水性下降,雨天穿着时发现漏水。

产业化的应用可能性
根据本发明,得到了树脂面的滑动摩擦系数下降和表面感觉愉快的肌肤触感和发涩少的干防水加工布帛与防水加工布帛用密封带,进而用它们可以得到不需要衬里的防水衣料。
由本发明的防水衣料得到了没有褶皱感的穿着感觉优异而且在皮膜面没有必要用粘合剂粘合上3层编织物的、便宜而轻、可折叠包装的舒适的防水衣料。
还有,使用本发明的防水加工布帛用密封带可以提高包括针眼在内的整个衣料的防水性。
还有,由于基底与密封带的防水层面的花纹相合,可以提供设计性优异的防水衣料。

Claims (23)

1、防水加工布帛,其特征在于,布帛的一面有树脂防水层,在此防水层上层积有分散了相对于100重量份树脂为20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物。
2、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,以点状和/或线状层积了树脂组合物。
3、权利要求1或2所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,其耐水压在10kPa以上。
4、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,层积的树脂组合物的表面的KES法平均摩擦系数MIU竖向和横向均在0.8以下。
5、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,以由聚氨酯树脂构成的微多孔膜或由聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜或在聚氨酯树脂构成的微多孔膜上层积了由聚氨酯树脂构成的无孔膜为防水层。
6、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,其透湿度在2500g/m2·hr以上。
7、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,树脂是有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂。
8、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,球状粒子由丙烯酸树脂构成。
9、权利要求1所述的防水加工布帛,其特征在于,球状粒子的重量分布有2个以上的峰。
10、防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,布帛的一面有防水层,在此防水层上层积有分散了相对于100重量份树脂为20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物,在此布帛的另一面层积有热熔层。
11、防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,它是有防水层的密封带,在此防水层的一面层积有分散了相对于100重量份树脂为20~200重量份的平均粒径5μm至200μm的球状粒子的树脂组合物,在此防水层的另一面层积有热熔层。
12、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,热熔层由聚氨酯树脂构成。
13、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,以点状和/或线状层积了树脂组合物。
14、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,带的耐水压在10kPa以上。

18、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,所述树脂是有透湿性的聚氨酯树脂。
19、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,所述球状粒子由丙烯酸树脂构成。
20、权利要求10或11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带,其特征在于,所述球状粒子的重量分布有2个以上的峰。
21、防水衣料,其特征在于,使用了权利要求1的防水加工布帛和/或权利要求10的防水加工布帛用密封带。
22、防水衣料,其特征在于,使用了权利要求1的防水加工布帛和权利要求11的防水加工布帛用密封带。
23、防水衣料,其特征在于,防水衣料的针眼使用权利要求10和/或权利要求11所述的防水加工布帛用密封带进行熔合。
