經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 591074 Λ7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 發明之領域 本發明係關於特別適用於同步驅動帶件之高承載高模數 彈性組合物。 背景 過去已建議氫化丙烯腈-丁二烯(HNBR)橡膠在帶件之使 用,特別是用於汽車。例如,參見Trevor A. Brown之文章·· ’’在HNBR帶件之最大抗熱性與承載力之複合”,橡膠世界雜 誌,1993年十月,第53頁,及’•使用HNBR以改良帶件複合 物”,橡膠與塑膠新聞,1993年6月7日,第45頁。亦參見 美國專利5,405,690。然而,並無組合物應爲何之建議。 發明之概要 依照本發明之實務,提供一種彈性組合物,其包含: a) 每100份橡膠(phr)爲50至95重量份之HNBR,其以甲基 丙烯酸鋅或氧化鋅與甲基丙烯酸之組合改性; b) 5至50 phr之未改性HNBR ; c ) 0.5至10 phr之過氧化物共硬化劑; d) 0·25至20 phr之有機過氧化物;及 e) 1至20 phr之驗系樹脂。 以氧化鋅與甲基丙烯酸改性之HNBR之典型實例爲商業得 自曰本Zeon公司之Zetpol ZSC2295。未改性HNBR爲亦得自 日本Zeon公司之Zetpol 2020。 過氧化物共硬化劑之典型爲三羥甲基丙烷三曱基丙烯酸 酯、三官能基有機矽氧烷、三烯丙基氰酸酯與三烯丙基異 氰酸醋。雖然可使用0.5至10 phr之共試劑,3至6 phr較佳。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項本頁) II裝· 馬太 、-口 591074 A7 _______B7 五、發明説明(2 ) ~' 可用於本發明之有機過氧化物之典型爲I%雙(第三丁基 過氧基-1-丙基)苯、二異丙苯基過氧化物與^心雙(第三 丁基過氧基)戊酸酯。雖然可使用0.25至20 phr之過氧化物 ’ 1.5 至 4.5 phr 較佳。 可使用之盼系樹脂之典型爲酴甲酸樹脂。較佳爲油改性 熱固性酴曱酸樹脂。雖然可使用1至2〇 phr之酚樹脂,6至12 phr較佳。據信驗樹脂在硬化帶件中提供強化之高程度黏附 ,及使帶件建立於習知彈性體處理裝置而無溶劑之使用。 除了上列之成份,組合物可含習慣上用於橡膠複合之其 他物質’如填料、抗氧化劑、抗臭氧劑、處理助劑等。特 佳爲5至50 phr之N330碳黑。 本發明之組合物已發現提供同步驅動帶件具有足夠硬度 之齒而無需纖維強化之使用。至於此性質之測量,較佳爲 在10%伸長之模數爲5.2至7.25 MPa。 雖然爲了描述本發明之目的已顯示特定之代表性具體實 施例與細節,其中可進行對於熟悉此技藝者爲明顯的之各 種變化與修改而不背離本發明之精神與範 裝-- (請先閲讀背面之注意事•項本頁) |齡· 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製
Claims (1)
- 591074 第87 1 027 1 9號專利申請案 中文申請專利範圍修正本(91年2月) i專利‘歐、 1 · 一種高模數彈性組合物,其特徵為: a) 50至95重量份之HNBR,其以甲基丙烯酸鋅或氧化辞 與甲基丙婦酸之組合改性; b) 5至50重量份之未改性HNBR ; c) 0.5至10重量份之過氧化物共硬化劑; d) 0.25至20重量份之有機過氧化物; e) 1至20 phr之酚系樹脂;及f) 5至50重量份之碳黑, 其中彈性組合物具有在10%伸長為5.2至7.25 MPa之模數。 2 ·根據申請專利範圍第1項之組合物,其中過氧化物硬化 裝 劑為三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯。 3 ·根據申請專利範圍第1項之組合物,其中過氧化物為 α,α-雙(第三丁基過氧基)戊酸酯。 訂 4 ·根據申請專利範圍第1項之組合物,其係用於製造動力 傳輸帶件。本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) Α4規格(210 X 297公釐)
