摩耗試験方法による耐摩耗性の評価
新東科学株式会社製表面性測定機を用い、0.4mmφのSUS鋼球の摩擦子、荷重450g、移動速度400mm/分、移動距離30mmの条件下で、400回往復移動させた後、JIS B0601に準じ、表面粗さ形状測定機(東洋精密製)を用いて、十点平均粗さRZを測定し、試験後の摩耗深さにて耐摩耗性を以下の基準で評価した。
◎:摩耗深さ30μm以下
○:30〜40μm
△:40〜50μm
×:50μm以上
ヒートプレスにより170℃20分の条件下でテストピース加硫後の金型離型性を以下の基準で評価した。
◎:最良
○:良い
△:普通
×:悪い
○以上で機能を満足できる。
Claims (1)
- アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)90重量%〜10重量%に対して、水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)にポリメタクリル酸亜鉛を混合・分散してなるポリマーアロイを10重量%〜90重量%の割合で混合してなり、シール用材料として用いられることを特徴とするブレンドゴム組成物。
