摩耗試験方法による耐摩耗性の評価
新東科学株式会社製表面性測定機を用い、0.4mmφのSUS鋼球の摩擦子、荷重450g、移動速度400mm/分、移動距離30mmの条件下で、400回往復移動させた後、JIS B0601に準じ、表面粗さ形状測定機(東洋精密製)を用いて、十点平均粗さRZを測定し、試験後の摩耗深さにて耐摩耗性を以下の基準で評価した。
◎:摩耗深さ30μm以下
○:30〜40μm
△:40〜50μm
×:50μm以上
ヒートプレスにより170℃20分の条件下でテストピース加硫後の金型離型性を以下の基準で評価した。
◎:最良
○:良い
△:普通
×:悪い
○以上で機能を満足できる。
Claims (5)
- アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)90重量%〜10重量%に対して、水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)にメタクリル酸(MMA)を混合・分散してなるポリマーアロイを10重量%〜90重量%の割合で混合してなるブレンドゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリマーアロイが、水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)に、金属亜鉛若しくは亜鉛化合物とメタクリル酸(MMA)、又はポリメタクリル酸亜鉛の何れかから選択される成分を分散させて得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレンドゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリマーアロイが、CN含量18〜44重量%、ヨウ素価7〜56mg/100mgであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のブレンドゴム組成物。
- シール用材料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のブレンドゴム組成物。
- 耐圧用、摺動用又は運動用の何れか一つ以上のシール用材料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項4記載のブレンドゴム組成物。
