’在二階段内將強化帶片接合於拉鏈串之間隔部份,而在 使用熱塑性合成樹脂作強化帶片時,接合(炼接)可夢由使 用一加熱器加熱與料而實施H面,在jpl63_40085 專利中’在第—階段使用超音波溶接構件,而在第二階段 中則使用一利用晋通加熱器之加熱與熔接構件。

接著,超音波振盪頭丨2被向下帶至熔接位置而一對第二 加壓砧塊13b被昇高至熔接位置,且強化帶片丨與2被夾持於 超音波振盪頭12與第二加壓砧塊丨补間,與間隔部份5内之 主帶部份6b與7b成密閉式接觸。在操作完成後,操作超音 波振盪益1 1以振盪超音波振盪頭丨2,而在強化帶片丨與2熔 接之表面側具有低k點的一合成樹脂層即炫化,使強化帶 片1與2與主帶部份6 b與7 b,丨容融而形成一體(圖4 β)。 當此狀,¾在經過一預設時間後第二加壓砧塊丨3 b被帶向 下,而用於加壓強化帶片1與2、中心部份以與7&及其鄰近 之主帶部份的第一加壓砧塊1 3 a同時被昇高(圖4C)。此時超 音波振盪頭1 2仍持續振盪而第一加壓砧塊1 3 &被昇高至加 壓位置,以致強化帶片1與2、中心部份以與7a及其鄰近之 -17 - (13)587983
