发明的背景技术
发明领域
本发明涉及一种方法和装置,用于通过超声波加热而将由合成树脂形成的加强带焊接到这样的部分上,即在该部分,拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装到拉链带的芯部和主体带部分上。
相关技术的说明
用于安装上部止动器和可分离的底部止动器的空隙部分(没有齿的部分)间断形成于具有可分离的底部止动器的拉链的拉链链条中。该可分离的底部止动器安装在该空隙部分上。在安装该可分离的底部止动器之前,由合成树脂形成的加强带片通常粘接在拉链链条的可分离止动器安装部分上,从而进行增强。
加强带片粘接成能够保持拉链链条的空隙部分的相对带侧边缘的结构,且芯绳织入拉链链条的各相对侧边缘,因此它们较厚。当整个加强带片通过压力同时粘接到较厚部分和扁平部分上时,仍然残留有能够导致分离的褶皱和气泡。而且,该加强带片的粘接结构易于破裂。为了解决该问题,加强带片分两阶段进行粘接和接合,例如如JP-B-62-54001和JP-B-63-40085中所述。
例如,在JP-B-62-54001中,在各拉链链条的每次传送停止期间,加强带片布置成垂直于拉链链条的空隙部分,该加强带片的上下边缘弯曲,加强片从空隙部分的内侧和外侧进行保持。由加强带片保持的芯绳部分及其周围的带部分再从内侧和外侧进行加压和加热,以便将加强带片的一部分粘接在芯绳部分上,随后,靠近带部分的粘接区域和非粘接区域的加强带片再从内侧和外界进行加压和加热,以便使它们完全粘接和接合。
而且,在JP-B-63-40085中,使得具有恒定尺寸且由热塑性合成树脂形成的加强带片从拉链链条的空隙部分中的加强带安装部分的上侧和底侧横跨抵靠左右拉链带的相对边缘。该加强带片通过超声波角(horn)和砧台之间的压力而插入。该超声波角包括:直的凹槽,该直凹槽在与左右拉链带的芯绳相对应的部分中;以及切割刀片,该切割刀片在该芯绳的外侧端部。同样,砧台包括:直的凹槽,该直凹槽在与芯绳相对应的部分中;以及切割刀片,该切割刀片以相同方式位于该芯绳的外侧端部。然后进行超声波处理,将加强带片焊接到左右拉链带的芯绳及其周围的带部分的外周上,同时,切除在相对芯绳之间的加强带片,随后通过加压和加热而将加强带片的区域部分焊接到左右拉链带的两面上。
另一方面,例如JP-B-2-35661和JP-A-63-315223公开了用于焊接的控制方法,该方法利用超声波振动,其中,对角的温度进行检测,以便控制角的超声波振动的幅值。在该控制方法中这样进行控制,即温度检测单元例如热敏电阻安装在压机工具或接收部分上,以便检测温度,当温度较低时增加超声波振动的幅值,而当温度较高时降低幅值。而且,例如如JP-A-62-140823和JP-A-5-299480中所述,检测包括加热装置例如加热器的超声波角的温度,并将该加热装置控制成使该角的温度保持恒定。
根据JP-B-62-54001和JP-B-63-40085中所述的加强带片粘接(焊接)方法,在第一阶段中,拉链带的芯绳部分及其周围的带部分通过加强带片焊接和保持,并在第二阶段中将加强带片的剩余未焊接区域焊接到拉链带上,这样,接合通过两个阶段进行。在JP-B-52-54001中,在假定加强带片通过粘接剂分两个阶段粘接到拉链链条的空隙部分上的情况下进行了开发,当热塑性合成树脂材料用于加强带片时,能够通过利用加热器加热和焊接来进行粘接(焊接)。另一方面,在JP-B-63-40085中,在第一阶段采用超声波焊接装置,而在第二阶段采用利用普通加热器的焊接装置。
如上所述,需要严格控制利用加热器进行焊接的加热温度和处理时间。当它们中的任意一个减小时,将引起粘接失效。当它们中的任意一个过大时,加强带片将以熔融状态进入拉链带中。因此,拉链带将变脆和变得非常硬,这样,它可能易于弯曲和损坏。此外,与普通超声波焊接相比,利用加热器加热而进行的焊接将花费更长的处理时间。例如,如JP-B-63-40085中所述,当在超声波焊接之后进行采用加热器加热的焊接步骤时,产生在处理时间上的差异。当加热器的加热温度升高至与超声波焊接时间的处理时间的差异相配,以便防止由于粘接失效引起的分离时,过度加热通常易于使焊接部分变硬和变脆。而且,在通过加热器进行加热的情况下,很容易在芯绳部分和主体带部分之间产生气泡。
另一方面,当加强带片粘接到该类型的拉链带的空隙部分上时,加强带片的保持结构通常通过模制以及焊接而均匀布置,以便确定芯绳部分的结构。另一方面,只要能保持粘接强度,在不改变表面结构的条件下简单地将加强带片粘接到拉链带的主体带部分上就足够了。在合适条件下通过超声波加热而进行焊接时,只有焊接表面通过内部加热而熔化和粘接,因此,处理表面能够在没有变形的情况下进行精细的精加工。
当拉链带的芯绳部分和主体带部分通过使用单个超声波角和单个砧台而同时焊接时,如JP-A-5-299480所述,在焊接过程中,拉链带的芯绳部分和主体带部分都在相同时间内以相同幅值进行超声波振动。另一方面,在进行超声波振动时,希望用于拉链带的芯绳部分的超声波角和砧台的模制表面的挤压力小于用于拉链带的主体带部分的超声波角和砧台的模制表面的挤压力,因为如上所述,挤压和模制同时进行。
不过,通常,超声波角和砧台的挤压表面设置成对拉链带进行较轻的夹持,而对芯绳部分进行较强的挤压,以便获得预定的剖面结构。当以相同幅值和相同时间对这样结构的挤压表面进行超声波焊接时,对挤压较大挤压力的芯绳部分施加了过大的能量。因此,在很多情况下,芯绳部分的加强带片部分将大量熔化,从而使该芯绳部分变硬和变脆。
发明简介
本发明将解决该常规问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种焊接方法,其中,芯绳部分和主体带部分分别在合适条件下通过超声波进行焊接,以便将加强带片焊接到拉链链条的空隙部分上,本发明还提供了一种用于该方法的焊接装置。
根据本发明的第一方面,该目的可以通过一种用于将加强带焊接到具有主体结构的拉链带上的超声波焊接方法。
一种方法,用于通过超声波加热而将由合成树脂形成的加强带片焊接到拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装部分上,并覆盖拉链带中的芯部和主体带部分,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:设定适于将加强带片焊接到芯部及该芯部周围的焊接时间和/或幅值以及适于将该加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的焊接时间和/或幅值,且根据所设定的焊接时间或幅值来将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围以及将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上。
而且,对于第五和第九方面,本发明涉及用于实现本发明的方法的合适焊接装置,该焊接装置的特征在于:超声波角和砧台,该超声波角和砧台有用于在拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装部分中的拉链带的芯部和主体带部分的外部结构;以及控制部分,该控制部分与超声波振动器连接,该超声波振动器与超声波角连接,该控制部分有时间和/或幅值设定部分,该时间和/或幅值设定部分能够分别设定用于将加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的合适焊接时间和/或幅值以及用于将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的合适的焊接时间和/或幅值。因此,在本发明中,通过仅设置焊接时间和幅值中的一个就能达到所希望的目的,该焊接时间和幅值也可以同时都进行设置。
通过该结构,加强带片与在拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装部分中的拉链带的芯部和主体带部分分别在合适条件下进行超声波焊接。因此,能够防止该芯部变硬和变脆并能够防止该主体带部分焊接不充分,而且,能够防止该加强带片在使用过程中与主体带部分分离。而且,超声波焊接在合适条件下进行。因此,在焊接表面上产生的气泡将通过超声波振动而有效除去。因此,能够防止气泡残留在焊接表面上,因此能够非常简明地进行精加工。
对于本发明的第二方面,优选是,适于将加强带片焊接到芯部以及该芯部周围的焊接时间或幅值应当设定为小于适于将该加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的焊接时间或幅值。该超声波焊接进行得是否适当依赖于焊接时间、挤压力以及幅值。如上所述,芯部模制成具有合适的剖面,同时焊接该加强带片。因此施加在芯部上的挤压力大于施加在主体带部分上的挤压力。例如,当芯部和主体带部分的焊接时间设定为彼此相等时,芯部的幅值设定为较小,对应于更大的挤压力。当幅值设定为彼此相等时,芯部的焊接时间设定为比主体带部分的焊接时间更短。
本发明的第三和第四方面涉及焊接方法,其中,将加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上以及将该加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的操作将独立和分开进行,或者将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上,接着再将该主体带部分和加强带片同时焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上。
因此,对于本发明的第六方面,例如超声波角由单个角形成,而砧台提供有用于支承在拉链链条中的一对芯部和该芯部周围的一对主体带部分的第一砧台以及一对用于支承主体带部分第二砧台,以便能彼此独立地进行操作。
这时,对于本发明的第七方面,例如优选是该控制部分还应当包括顺序控制部分,用于使第二砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片和主体带部分,并操作超声波振动器预定时间,以便加热和焊接加强带片,然后使第二砧台运动到待用位置,并使第一砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片、一对芯部和在该芯部周围的主体带部分,并操作超声波振动器预定时间,以便加热和焊接加强带片,然后使第一砧台运动到待用位置。
对于本发明的第八方面,例如该控制部分还可以包括顺序控制部分,用于使第二砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片和主体带部分,并操作超声波振动器预定时间,并且在加热和焊接加强带片的过程中使第一砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片、一对芯部和在该芯部周围的主体带部分,从而在剩余的操作时间内加热加强带片和主体带部分,并使它们焊接在一起,然后使第一和第二砧台运动到待用位置。
尤其是,根据本发明的第七方面,将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上以及将加强带片焊接到芯部和芯部周围的主体带部分上的操作将根据各个设定时间而分别进行。根据本发明的第八方面,将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上以及将加强带片焊接到芯部和芯部周围的主体带部分上的操作将利用设定时间之间的差异而连续进行。
对于本发明的第十方面,当控制部分包括幅值设定部分时,超声波角由单个角形成,而砧台提供有用于支承在拉链链条中的一对芯部和该芯部周围的一对主体带部分的第一砧台以及一对用于支承主体带部分第二砧台,以便能彼此独立地进行操作。该控制部分还包括操作指示部分,用于在通过超声波角和第一砧台夹持加强带片、一对芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分时根据设定的幅值来操作超声波角,并在加强带片和主体带部分夹持在超声波角和第二砧台之间时根据设定的幅值来操作超声波角。这时,单个角通过变成各预定幅值来进行操作,第一或第二砧台根据角的操作幅值而在焊接位置进行操作,从而顺序进行将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上以及将加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上的操作。
而且,对于本发明的第十一方面,超声波角包括:第一角,用于激励在拉链链条中的芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分;以及第二角,用于激励主体带部分。该砧台提供有与第一角相对的第一砧台以及与第二角相对的第二砧台,以便能彼此独立的进行操作,控制部分还包括操作指示部分,用于在通过第一角和第一砧台夹持加强带片、一对芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分时根据设定的幅值来操作超声波角,并在加强带片和主体带部分夹持在第二角和第二砧台之间时根据设定的幅值来操作超声波角。
特别是,根据本发明的第十方面,单个角根据两个预定的幅值来进行操作,第一或第二砧台根据各设定幅值而运动,且将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上和将加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上的操作将根据各设定时间而分别进行。根据本发明的第十一方面,加强带片、芯部以及该芯部周围的主体带部分在以设定幅值操作的第一角和第一砧台之间以设定幅值彼此焊接,而加强带片和主体带部分在以不同设定幅值操作的第二角和第二砧台之间彼此焊接。

优选实施例的详细说明
下面将参考附图特别介绍本发明的典型实施例。
图1表示了拉链链条3,加强带片1和2通过本发明的焊接方法而粘接在该拉链链条3上。去掉了齿4的空隙部分5沿拉链链条3的长度方向形成于拉链单元内,如图1所示。加强带片1和2封闭了芯部分6a和7a的周边,该芯部分6a和7a沿暴露于该空隙部分5中的、拉链带6和7的相对带侧边缘形成,且该加强带片1和2在整个表面上与各个主体带部分6b和7b的背面焊接和接合。
在该实施例中,加强带片1和2为层叠结构,其中,相对较低熔点的合成树脂层提供或涂覆在编织带或合成树脂膜带的焊接表面侧,该合成树脂膜带由与用作拉链带6和7的材料相同的材料形成。该加强带片1和2的焊接区域是将安装可分离的底部止动器8的部分,如后面的图2中所示。当加强带片1和2具有通过焊接到芯部6a和7a上而获得的非均匀截面形状时,或者当该加强带片1和2并没有正确垂直地焊接到拉链带的长度方向时,将不可能坚固正确地安装该可分离的底部止动器8。
当加强带片1和2焊接到拉链链条3上时,在可分离的底部止动器8中的插入销8a和匣销(box pin)8b首先通过模制或卷边(crimping)而安装到加强带片1和2的焊接区域上,再插入滑动器9,并安装可分离的底部止动器8的匣部件8c和上部止动器10(10a、10b),然后在空隙部分进行切割。从而制成如图2所示的拉链。
图3表示了沿拉链链条传送方向看时根据本发明第一实施例的超声波焊接装置的示意结构。如图3中所示,提供有:超声波振动器11;超声波角12,该超声波角12成一体安装在该超声波振动器11上;砧台13,该砧台13与超声波角12的挤压表面相对;以及控制部分14,该控制部分14与各部件连接。而且,在本实施例中,在超声波角12中还提供有温度传感器15,该温度传感器15通过温度检测器16与控制部分14连接。
本实施例的砧台13分成两个部分,这两部分包括:第一挤压砧13a(第一砧),第一挤压砧13a具有芯部和沿垂直于拉链链条的传送方向的横向靠近该芯部的主体带部分;以及第二挤压砧13b(第二砧),该第二挤压砧13b具有剩余的主体带部分。超声波角12和第一挤压砧13a的相对表面提供有两对槽12a-1和12a-2以及13a-1和13a-2,这两对槽12a-1和12a-2以及13a-1和13a-2包括上半部分和下半部分,并在将加强带片焊接到拉链链条(未示出)的空隙部分中之后沿与拉链链条传送方向平行的方向获得芯部模制结构,且这两对槽12a-1和12a-2以及13a-1和13a-2彼此相对。
尽管在本实施例中,第一挤压砧13a和第二挤压砧13b分别沿垂直方向独立运动,但是第二挤压砧13b也可以同步运动。超声波角12也可以从待用位置垂直运动到焊接位置。这些运动根据从控制部分14的顺序控制部分14a发出的指令而执行。该控制部分14还提供有时间设定部分14b,用于设定与第一挤压砧13a一起进行焊接所需的时间和用于设定与第二挤压砧13b一起进行焊接所需的时间。在本实施例中,前一焊接时间设定成比后一焊接时间更短。
在本实施例中,温度传感器15安装在上述超声波角12上,根据温度传感器15发出的温度信号,超声波角12的温度波动通过温度检测器16连续传递给控制部分14。当接收到超声波角12的温度波动后,控制部分14通过运算部分而算出与变化的温度相对应的焊接时间,并控制成将时间设定部分设定的初始时间改变成算出的时间。在本实施例中,以预定幅值恒定驱动超声波角12,且超声波角12和砧台13的运动的冲程总是保持恒定,这样,施加在拉链带的芯部上的挤压力和施加在主体带部分上的夹持力都不会改变。
下面将参考图4A至4D介绍具有上述结构的实施例的焊接步骤。首先,当将焊接拉链链条3中的加强带片1和2的空隙部分5到达在布置成彼此分离并处于待用位置的超声波角12和砧台13之间的间隙处时,停止拉链链条3的传送,同时传送一对具有预定长度的上下加强带片1和2(图4A)。
然后,超声波角12向下运动到焊接位置,一对第二挤压砧13b升高到焊接位置,加强带片1和2以与空隙部分5中的主体带部分6b和7b紧密接触的状态夹持在超声波角12和第二挤压砧13b之间。完成该操作后,操作超声波振动器11,以便使超声波角12振动,并使在加强带片1和2的焊接表面侧上的低熔点合成树脂层熔化,这样,该加强带片1和2与主体带部分6b和7b熔合在一起(图4B)。
当这样经过预定时间时,第二挤压砧13b向下运动,同时,用于挤压该加强带片1和2、芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分的第一挤压砧13a升高(图4C)。这时,超声波角12仍然持续振动,第一挤压砧13a升高至挤压位置,这样,加强带片1和2、芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分受到在第一挤压砧13a和超声波角12之间的预定挤压力的挤压。然后,第二挤压砧13b在经过预定时间后向下运动到位于下方的待用位置。在挤压过程中,在加强带片1和2的焊接表面侧上与该芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分紧密接触的低熔点合成树脂层熔化,这样,加强带片1和2与芯部6a和7a及其周围熔合在一起,从而完成所有焊接操作(图4D)。
重复上述操作,从而连续使加强带片1和2与沿长拉链链条3的长度方向间断形成的多个空隙部分5顺序焊接在一起。当重复该焊接操作时,经过一定操作时间后,超声波角12和砧台13自身的温度将由于加强带片1和2的内部发热以及由该发热引起的传热而升高。特别是,当如上述持续预定焊接时间而其它条件不变时,芯部6a和7a以及主体带部分6b和7b将由于超声波角12的温度升高而变成过热状态。因此,加强带片1和2整个熔化,并将变脆,而且,在拉链链条3的可分离底部止动器安装部分中的芯部6a和7a将变硬,这样,将易于在该部分进行切割。
在本实施例中,超声波角12另外提供有温度传感器15,该温度传感器15将通过温度检测器16与控制部分14连接,如上所述。当重复进行焊接操作,从而使超声波角12的温度升高时,温度传感器15检测该温度,这样检测的温度信号通过温度检测器16连续传递给控制部分14。在该控制部分14中,根据预先储存在储存部分中的温度/时间曲线并根据由温度检测器16发出的温度信号而在操作部分中连续计算最佳焊接时间,且将在开始工作时设定的焊接时间重新设置成在时间设定部分14b中连续计算出的最佳焊接时间。这样,加强带片1和2总是能够在最佳焊接时间内焊接到空隙部分5中的拉链带6和7上。因此,可以有效防止焊接部分如上述变脆和变硬。
在第一实施例中,用于将加强带片1和2焊接到芯部6a和7a以及主体带部分6b和7b上的其它条件或参数都设定为恒量,只有在焊接状态中的焊接时间预定有增加值或减小值。还可以固定焊接时间和设定为使超声波角12的幅值增加或减小,从而控制该幅值。
而且,在具有上述结构的加强带片的焊接装置中,例如还可以根据将加强带片1和2焊接到芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分上的焊接时间及将加强带片1和2焊接到主体带部分6b和7b上的焊接时间的差值而改变控制部分14中的顺序控制部分14a的顺序,并可以在超声波角12和第二挤压砧13b之间将加强带片1和2焊接到主体带部分6b和7b上的过程中,进行首先使第一挤压砧13a从待用位置运动到焊接位置的第一运动,从而可以在预定的剩余时间内一起进行将加强带片1和2焊接到芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分上和焊接到主体带部分6b和7b上的总体焊接连接。
图5表示了当沿拉链链条的传送方向看时本发明第二实施例的超声波焊接装置的示意结构。在该实施例中,也提供了:超声波振动器111;超声波角112,该超声波角112成一体安装在该超声波振动器111上;砧台13,该砧台13与超声波角112的挤压表面相对,并有与第一实施例相同的结构;以及控制部分114,该控制部分14与各部件连接。而且,在本实施例中,在超声波角112中还提供有温度传感器15,该温度传感器15以与上述实施例相同的方式通过温度检测器16与控制部分114连接。
本实施例的超声波角112以与砧台13相同的方式分成两个部分,这两部分包括:第一挤压角112a(第一角),第一挤压角112a用于挤压芯部和沿垂直于拉链链条(未示出)的传送方向(与纸垂直的方向)的横向靠近该芯部的主体带部分(未示出);以及第二挤压角112b(第二角),该第二挤压角112b用于剩余的主体带部分。专门的超声波振动器111a和111b分别成一体安装在挤压角112a和112b上。第一挤压角112a和第一挤压砧13a(第一砧)的相对表面以与前述实施例相同的方式提供有两对槽112a-1和112a-2以及13a-1和13a-2,这两对槽112a-1和112a-2以及13a-1和13a-2包括上半部分和下半部分,并在将加强带片焊接到拉链链条(未示出)的空隙部分中之后沿与拉链链条传送方向平行的方向获得芯部模制结构,且这两对槽12a-1和12a-2以及13a-1和13a-2彼此相对。
还有,在本实施例中,第一挤压砧13a和第二挤压砧13b(第二砧)分别沿垂直方向在待用位置和焊接位置之间独立进行运动,且第一和第二挤压角112a和112b也根据第一和第二挤压砧12a和13b的运动而沿垂直方向在待用位置和焊接位置之间进行运动。这些运动根据控制部分114的顺序控制部分114a发送的指令来进行。在本实施例中,控制部分114还提供有幅值设定部分114b,用于分别设定第一挤压角112a和第二挤压角112b的合适幅值。
在本实施例中,温度传感器15安装在上述超声波角112上,根据温度传感器15发出的温度信号,超声波角112的温度波动通过温度检测器连续传递给控制部分14。当接收到超声波角112的温度波动后,控制部分114通过运算部分而算出与变化的温度相对应的最佳幅值,并控制成将幅值设定部分114b设定的初始幅值改变成算出的幅值。在本实施例中,第一和第二挤压角112a和112b的焊接时间设定成使它们分别以预定的焊接时间恒定驱动,且超声波角112和砧台13的运动的冲程总是保持恒定,这样,施加在拉链带的芯部上的挤压力和施加在主体带部分上的夹持力都不会改变。
下面将参考图6A至6D介绍具有上述结构的实施例的焊接步骤。首先,当将焊接加强带片1和2的拉链链条3的空隙部分5到达在布置成彼此分离并处于待用位置的超声波角112和砧台13之间的间隙处时,停止拉链链条3的传送,这样,一对具有预定长度的上下加强带片1和2与拉链链条3同时传送成布置在上面和下面(图6A)。
首先,第二超声波角112b向下运动到焊接位置,第二挤压砧13b升高到焊接位置,加强带片1和2以与空隙部分5中的主体带部分6b和7b紧密接触的状态夹持在第二超声波角112b和第二挤压砧13b之间。然后再操作第二超声波振动器111b,以便使该超声波角112b振动预定时间,并使在加强带片1和2的焊接表面侧上的低熔点合成树脂层熔化,这样,该加强带片1和2与主体带部分6b和7b熔合在一起,随后使第二挤压角112b的振动停止(图6B)。
当第二挤压角112b的振动停止时,第二挤压角112b和第二挤压砧13b沿彼此分离分方向从焊接位置运动到待用位置,同时,用于挤压芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分的第一挤压角112a和第一挤压砧13a沿彼此接近的方向从第一位置运动到焊接位置,从而通过加强带片1和2挤压和夹持芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分(图4C)。
第一超声波振动器111a开始工作,以便使第一挤压角112a以预定幅值振动,从而使在加强带片1和2的焊接表面侧上并通过第一挤压角112a和第一挤压砧13a之间的预定挤压力而挤压该芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分的低熔点合成树脂层熔化,从而使加强带片1和2与芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分焊接在一起,同时将该芯部6a和7a部分模制成具有所需形状。同时,第二挤压角112b和第二挤压砧13b处于待用位置,以便进行下一次焊接操作。
当完成将加强带片1和2焊接到芯部6a和7a及其周围的主体带部分上的操作时,第一超声波振动器111a的促动停止,同时,第一挤压角112a和第一挤压砧13a从焊接位置运动到待用位置(图6D)。然后,未示出的传送装置例如供给辊工作,以便传送拉链链条3,直到下一空隙部分5到达加强带片1和2的焊接部分。
重复上述操作,从而连续使加强带片1和2与沿长拉链链条3的长度方向间断形成的多个空隙部分5顺序焊接在一起。
还有,在本实施例中,当重复该焊接操作,从而使超声波角112的温度升高时,温度传感器15检测该温度,这样检测的温度信号通过温度检测器16连续传递给控制部分114。在该控制部分114中,根据预先储存在储存部分中的温度/幅值曲线并根据由温度检测器16发出的温度信号而在运算部分中连续计算最佳焊接时间,且将在开始工作时设定的、第一和第二挤压角112a和112b的各幅值重新设置成在幅值设定部分中连续计算出的最佳幅值。这样,加强带片1和2总是能够通过最佳幅值而焊接到空隙部分5中的拉链带6和7上。
还有,在第二实施例中,当然也可以代替幅值,而是以与第一实施例相同的方式来对焊接时间和焊接状态的其它参数进行预设。

Claims (15)

1.一种焊接方法,用于通过超声波加热而将由合成树脂形成的加强带片焊接到拉链链条的拉链带上,并覆盖拉链带中的芯部和主体带部分,该方法包括以下步骤:
设定第一焊接条件,该第一焊接条件包括适于将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围的焊接时间和幅值中的至少一个;
设定第二焊接条件,该第二焊接条件包括适于将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的焊接时间和幅值中的至少一个;
根据第一焊接条件来将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围;以及
根据第二焊接条件来将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上;
其中,该第一焊接条件与第二焊接条件不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接方法,其中:该第一焊接条件的参数设定成小于第二焊接条件的参数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的焊接方法,其中:将加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上以及将该加强带片焊接到除了该芯部周围部分的主体带部分上的操作将独立和分别地进行。
4.根据权利要求3所述的焊接方法,其中:将加强带片焊接到除了芯部周围部分的主体带部分上,接着将该加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的焊接方法,其中:在将加强带片焊接到除了芯部周围部分的主体带部分上的过程中,将该加强带片焊接到芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的焊接方法,其中:该加强带片焊接到拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装部分上。
7.一种焊接装置,用于通过超声波加热而将由合成树脂形成的加强带片焊接到拉链链条的拉链带上,并覆盖拉链带中的芯部和主体带部分,该装置包括:
超声波角,该超声波角包括具有芯部和主体带部分的第一外部结构;
砧台,该砧台包括具有芯部和主体带部分的第二外部结构;
超声波振动器,该超声波振动器与超声波角相连;以及
控制部分,该控制部分与超声波振动器连接,并包括用于设定第一焊接条件和设定第二焊接条件的设定部分,该第一焊接条件包括适于将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围的焊接时间和幅值中的至少一个,该第二焊接条件包括适于将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的焊接时间和幅值中的至少一个。
8.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中:
第一焊接条件只包括适于将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围的焊接时间,而第二焊接条件只包括适于将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的焊接时间。
9.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中:
该超声波角由单个角形成,以及
该砧台包括:
第一砧台,该第一砧台支承一对芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分;以及
一对第二砧台,该对第二砧台支承除了芯部周围的主体带部分;
其中,该第一砧台和第二砧台可彼此独立地操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的焊接装置,其中:
该控制部分还包括顺序控制部分,该顺序控制部分控制:
使第二砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片和主体带部分;
在第二焊接条件下操作该超声波振动器,以便加热和焊接加强带片;
在第二焊接条件下加热和焊接加强带片之后,使第二砧台运动到待用位置;
使第一砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片、一对芯部和在该芯部周围的主体带部分;
在第一焊接条件下操作超声波振动器,以便加热和焊接加强带片;以及
在第一焊接条件下加热和焊接加强带片之后,使第一砧台运动到待用位置。
11.根据权利要求9所述的焊接装置,其中:
该控制部分还包括顺序控制部分,该顺序控制部分控制:
使第二砧台运动到焊接位置,以便与超声波角一起夹持加强带片和主体带部分;
在第二条件下操作该超声波振动器,以便加热和焊接加强带片;
在第二条件下加热和焊接加强带片的过程中使第一砧台运动到焊接位置;
在第一砧台和超声波角之间夹持加强带片、芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分以及主体带部分,从而在第二条件的剩余时间内加热和焊接加强带片;以及
在剩余操作时间过后,使第一砧台和第二砧台运动到待用位置。
12.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中:
第一焊接条件只包括适于将加强带片焊接到芯部上及该芯部周围的幅值,以及
第二焊接条件只包括适于将加强带片焊接到主体带部分上的幅值。
13.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中:
该超声波角由单个角形成,以及
该砧台包括:
第一砧台,该第一砧台支承一对芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分;以及
一对第二砧台,该对第二砧台支承除了芯部周围的主体带部分;
其中,该第一砧台和第二砧台可彼此独立地操作。
该控制部分还包括操作指示部分,该操作指示部分根据第一焊接条件的幅值来操作超声波角,以便通过超声波角和第一砧台来夹持加强带片、芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分,且该操作指示部分根据第二焊接条件的幅值来操作超声波角,以便在超声波角和第二砧台之间夹持加强带片和主体带部分。
14.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中:
该超声波角包括:
第一角,用于激励芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分;以及
第二角,用于激励主体带部分;
该砧台包括:
与第一角相对的第一砧台;以及
与第二角相对的第二砧台;
其中,第一角、第二角、第一砧台和第二砧台能够彼此独立地进行操作;以及
该控制部分还包括操作指示部分,该操作指示部分根据第一焊接条件的幅值来操作超声波角,以便通过第一角和第一砧台夹持加强带片、芯部和该芯部周围的主体带部分,且该操作指示部分根据第二焊接条件的幅值来操作超声波角,以便在第二角和第二砧台之间夹持加强带片和主体带部分。
15.根据权利要求7所述的焊接装置,其中,加强带片焊接到拉链链条的可分离底部止动器安装部分上。
