Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于超声焊接机的配对工具,该配对工具具有两个旨在与待处理材料接触的密封表面,其特征在于,配对工具具有两个部分,配对工具的这两个部分可相对于彼此运动,并且两个部分中的每一个都具有密封表面中的一个。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于超声焊接机的配对工具,一种具有这种配对工具的超声焊接机,以及一种超声焊接机所使用的用于产生密封焊缝和装饰焊缝的方法。
封装技术在不断变化。最近,更频繁地使用可回收的自立袋,例如由聚丙烯单体材料制成的袋子。例如,这些袋子用于包装湿动物饲料。在这种情况下,将两层大致呈矩形切割的材料焊接在一起以形成包装。
为了连结材料层,产生所谓的密封焊缝,其旨在确保包装紧密密封。在背对产品侧的密封焊缝的一侧上,则存在不属于密封焊缝的一部分的材料层端部区段。由于美观和其它原因,这些非焊接材料层端部是不受欢迎的,因此这些包装密封不需要的部件也焊接在一起。因此,所谓的装饰焊缝直接紧挨着密封焊缝施加,并且基本上用于改善包装的外观并防止碎屑例如产品残留物积聚在包装的尚未打开的部分中。
这种材料通常包括支承层和密封层。具体地,在用于自立袋的现代可回收单体材料中,支承层和密封层之间的熔化温差很低,因此在焊接材料层时需要非常高的工艺可靠性。因此选择尽可能低的焊接温度以避免对支承层的热损坏。这样做可以防止因过多的热量输入而导致的袋子的上边缘的不必要的收缩。然而,焊缝将重新打开的风险显著增加。
通常,使用热封钳口将焊缝引入材料中。或者,也可以在超声焊接机中进行焊接。为此目的,在将超声焊接工具置于超声振动状态下并压抵材料层之前,将材料层定位在超声焊接工具和配对工具之间。超声加工的优点是热量只在焊接工艺实际需要的地方产生。
通常,密封焊缝和装饰焊缝在不同的焊接工位中通过两个工作步骤引入到材料中。最初尝试使用超声焊接机在单个焊接工位中将密封焊缝和装饰焊缝引入到包装中,但是失败了,因为在这种情况下无法执行可靠的工艺控制。如果在焊接过程中用力过小将超声焊接工具和配对工具压在一起,则存在焊接后装饰焊缝重新打开的风险。为了防止这种情况,必须增加在材料层的焊接工艺期间将超声焊接工具和配对工具压在一起的力,这可能导致密封焊缝损坏。在某些情况下,为了最佳的密封焊缝,必须减小力,而为了最佳的装饰焊缝,则必须增加力,反之亦然。然而,这两个要求不能同时满足。
因此,从所描述的现有技术出发,本发明的目的是提供一种超声焊接机、一种配对工具以及一种允许可靠且简单地产生密封焊缝和装饰焊缝的方法。
该目的通过用于超声焊接机的配对工具来实现,该配对工具具有两个单独的密封表面,这些密封表面设置成用于接触待加工材料。一个密封表面设置成用于产生密封焊缝,而另一个密封表面设置成用于产生装饰焊缝。根据本发明,配对工具形成为两个部分,配对工具的这两个部分可相对于彼此运动,并且两个部分中的每一个包括两个密封表面中的一个。
由于这两个部分的相对运动性,由配对工具施加至待加工材料的力随后可以针对两个单独的密封表面独立地增加或减少,这显著提高了所述方法的工艺可靠性。此外,用于密封焊缝和装饰焊缝的焊接工艺可以及时分开,这确保了可靠的工艺控制,因为用于验证焊缝质量的工艺参数随后可以在两个单独的焊接工艺期间进行评估。
在一优选实施例中,两个部分中的至少一个包括驱动器,借助于该驱动器,所述部分可以相对于另一部分运动。在一特别优选的实施例中,两个部分中只有一个包括驱动器,借助该驱动器,所述部分可以相对于另一部分运动,其中,所述部分最好附连于另一部分。
在一优选实施例中,配对工具的两个部分可相对于彼此运动,使得在第一位置,第一密封表面突出超过第二密封表面,并且在第二位置,第二密封表面突出超过第一密封表面。
该措施可以确保仅经由第一密封表面或仅经由第二密封表面进行焊接是可能的。
此外,配对工具可包括偏转元件,该偏转元件将包装推入超声焊接工具(sonotrode)中为此目的设置的狭槽中,从而防止包装在焊接工艺期间滑动。包装的这种固定可能是必要的,以确保用于密封焊缝的可靠紧密且可重复的超声焊接工艺。偏转元件可以布置在两个密封表面之间。可选地,包装的夹紧也可以借助附加的夹紧装置直接在密封工具上方执行,因此无需在超声焊接工具(sonotrode)中使用偏转元件和狭槽。由于装饰焊缝没有密封性要求,因此可以在不固定包装的情况下进行装饰焊缝的焊接。
此外,配对工具的第一部分可以包括具有突出区段的前表面,该前表面包括第一密封表面,其中,配对工具的第二部分定位在配对工具的第一部分的前表面上,而不是突出区段上,并且相对于前表面是可运动的。
在另一优选的实施例中,配对工具的第一密封表面是具有非结构化表面的细长密封轮廓,而配对工具的设置成用于产生装饰焊缝的第二密封表面具有带结构化表面的密封轮廓。术语“非结构化表面”被理解为是指表面是平滑的。“结构化表面”被理解为是指该表面包括多个分离的或互连的结构元件,这些结构元件从表面突出或嵌入表面以形成凹陷。第一密封表面可以是平坦的。然而,它也可以是凸起地弯曲的。例如,第一密封表面可以是具有在1和5mm之间的半径的珠缘的形式。
关于超声焊接机,上述目的通过具有超声焊接工具的超声焊接机实现,该超声焊接工具可以被激发成超声振动状态并且包括所描述的配对工具。
在一优选的实施例中,超声焊接工具具有平坦的、可选地不连续的密封表面,该密封表面包含两个密封表面区段,每个密封表面区段布置成与配对工具的密封表面相对。在这方面,密封表面区段设置成用于与配对工具的第一密封表面共同作用以产生密封焊缝,而另一个密封表面区段设置成用于与配对工具的第二密封表面共同作用以产生装饰焊缝。
在另一优选实施例中,可以省略超声焊接工具中密封表面区段的分离。
关于该方法,所述目的通过以下步骤产生密封焊缝和装饰焊缝来实现:
A)提供根据权利要求6-7中任一项所述的超声焊接机,
B)在超声焊接工具和配对工具之间布置待焊接的多层材料,
C)布置配对工具的两个部分,使得配对工具的第一密封表面比配对工具的第二密封表面更靠近超声焊接工具,
D)使超声焊接工具和配对工具朝向彼此运动,使得待焊接的多层材料与超声焊接工具的密封表面和配对工具的第一密封表面两者接触,其中,在步骤D)期间和/或之后,超声焊接工具置于超声振动状态,
E)使配对工具的第二部分相对于配对工具的第一部分运动,使得待焊接的多层材料与超声焊接工具的密封表面和配对工具的第二密封表面两者接触,其中,在步骤E)期间和/或之后,超声焊接工具置于超声振动状态。
在步骤E)中,可以进行运动,使得配对工具的第一密封表面不与待焊接的多层材料接触。
超声焊接工具的激励可能在运动步骤D)或E)期间已经发生。然而,还可能的是,仅当运动步骤D)或E)已经结束并且多层材料与超声焊接工具和配对工具的第一部分或第二部分接触时才发生超声焊接工具的超声激励。此外,在运动步骤D)或E)之后,例如可以在超声焊接工具被超声振动激励之前提供20ms的静止阶段。
此外,可能有利的是,待焊接的多层材料在步骤D)和/或E)期间借助保持装置保持,使得防止多层材料的各个层的相对运动。
通过分开焊接工艺,还可以选择超声焊接工具在步骤D)之后在激发状态下振动的振幅不同,以使其与在步骤E)之后的振幅不同。尽管根据本发明,密封焊缝和装饰焊缝两者可以在仅一个焊接工位中产生,但这两个焊缝是按时间顺序产生的,这取决于配对工具的第二部分的位置。在根据本发明的实施例中,经由配对工具的第一部分施加至多层材料以产生密封焊缝的力对的装饰焊缝没有影响,因为此时配对工具的第二部分不与多层材料接触。同样地,经由配对工具的第二部分施加至多层材料以产生装饰焊缝的力对的密封焊缝没有影响,因为此时配对工具的第一部分不与多层材料接触。

图1示出了本实用新型的第一实施例的示意图。超声焊接工具1包括位于共同密封表面上的两个密封表面区段8、9。两个密封表面区段8、9通过凹部12彼此分开。超声焊接工具1布置在材料5的一侧上,材料5由至少两层待焊接在一起的材料组成。根据本发明的配对工具2布置在材料5的对面。配对工具同样包括两个密封表面,具体是密封表面6和密封表面7。偏转元件10布置在两个密封表面之间,当超声焊接工具和配对工具一起运动时,该偏转元件10进入超声焊接工具的凹部12并将材料5固定在其中,使得多层材料的各个层不能相对于彼此滑动。
配对工具2由两个部分组成,具体是第一部分3和第二部分4。第一部分3包括第一密封表面6。第二部分4包括第二密封表面7,第二密封表面在所示示例中在其表面处被结构化。为了执行根据本发明的方法,配对工具首先被带到图2所示的位置,即配对工具2的第二部分4借助机构11相对于配对工具2的第一部分3运动,具体地使得与第二密封表面7相比,第一密封表面6朝向超声焊接工具1突出。在配对工具的这个位置,超声焊接工具和配对工具然后朝向彼此运动,使得材料5被夹持在超声焊接工具的密封表面8和配对工具2的第一部分3的密封表面6之间,从而将材料层焊接在一起。由此产生密封焊缝。
在下一步骤中,致动配对工具的机构11,以便将配对工具带到图3中所示的位置。在该位置,与配对工具2的第一部分3相比,配对工具2的第二部分4朝向超声焊接工具1突出。如图2和3所示,密封表面6和7的最高高度之间的距离分别为b和a。在根据本发明的实施例中,a和b各自测量大约为1mm。
在图3所示的位置,给定配对工具2的第二部分4的前进位置,然后在配对工具2的密封表面7和超声焊接工具1的密封表面9之间进行焊接工艺。
也可以首先使用配对工具2的第二部分4产生装饰焊缝,然后使用配对工具2的第一部分3产生密封焊缝。
配对工具还可以具有不同的结构,如图4和5所示。在这种情况下,配对工具也由两个部分形成,两个部分由第一部分3'组成,第一部分具有朝向超声焊接工具1的台阶表面,其中在图4所示的位置将材料5推动到超声焊接工具1上的密封表面6在台阶的突出部分上。在图4中所示的位置,配对工具2的第二部分4'不与材料接触。第二部分4'布置在配对工具的第一部分的台阶表面上,使得它不突出超过台阶部分。
然而,如图5中可见,配对工具的第二部分4'可以朝向超声焊接工具1运动,使得第二部分4'从第一部分3'的台阶部分突出,并且仅第二部分4'或其设有结构元件的密封表面与材料5接触并将其压靠超声焊接工具1。比较图4和5所示的位置,很明显的是,在图5中,配对工具的第一部分3'已经远离超声焊接工具1运动,而第二部分4'已经朝向超声焊接工具运动。
在所示的实施例中,第二部分4'借助于气缸相对于配对工具4的第一部分3'前后运动。为了确定图5所示的用于装饰焊缝的焊接位置,可以设置与第二部分4'或气缸相互作用的止挡件,以便防止第二部分4'朝向超声焊接工具1运动超过图5中所示的位置。
借助于本发明,可以随后在一个焊接工位处产生密封焊缝和装饰焊缝。在这种情况下,配对工具的两个部分能够以期望的焊接力压到材料上。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于超声焊接机的配对工具,其中,所述配对工具包括两个单独的密封表面,所述密封表面旨在与待加工材料接触,其特征在于,所述配对工具具有两个部分,其中,所述配对工具的所述两个部分能够相对于彼此运动,并且所述两个部分中的每一个包括两个密封表面中的一个。
2.如权利要求1所述的配对工具,其特征在于,所述配对工具的所述两个部分能够相对于彼此运动,使得在第一位置,第一密封表面突出超过第二密封表面,并且在第二位置,所述第二密封表面突出超过所述第一密封表面。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的配对工具,其特征在于,所述配对工具包括偏转元件,所述偏转元件优选地布置在所述两个密封表面之间。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的配对工具,其特征在于,所述配对工具的第一部分包括前表面,所述前表面具有突出区段并且包括第一密封表面,其中,所述配对工具的第二部分定位在所述配对工具的所述第一部分的所述前表面上,而不是所述突出区段上,并且能够相对于所述前表面运动。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的配对工具,其特征在于,所述配对工具的两个密封表面中的一个密封表面,优选地所述第一密封表面具有带非结构化表面的细长密封轮廓,而所述配对工具的所述两个密封表面中的另一个密封表面,优选地所述第二密封表面具有带结构化表面的密封轮廓。
6.一种超声焊接机,所述超声焊接机具有能够被激发成超声振动状态的超声焊接工具和如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的配对工具。
7.如权利要求6所述的超声焊接机,其特征在于,所述超声焊接工具包括平坦的、可选地不连续的密封表面,所述密封表面包含两个密封表面区段,每个密封表面区段布置成与所述配对工具的密封表面相对。
8.一种用于产生密封焊缝和装饰焊缝的方法,包括以下步骤:
A)提供如权利要求6-7中任一项所述的超声焊接机,
B)在超声焊接工具和配对工具之间布置待焊接的多层材料,
C)布置所述配对工具的两个部分,使得所述配对工具的第一密封表面比所述配对工具的第二密封表面更靠近所述超声焊接工具,
D)使所述超声焊接工具和所述配对工具朝向彼此运动,使得所述待焊接的多层材料与所述超声焊接工具的密封表面和所述配对工具的所述第一密封表面两者接触,其中,在步骤D)期间和/或之后,所述超声焊接工具置于超声振动状态,
E)使所述配对工具的第二部分相对于所述配对工具的第一部分运动,使得所述待焊接的多层材料与所述超声焊接工具的所述密封表面和所述配对工具的所述第二密封表面两者接触,其中,在步骤E)期间和/或之后,所述超声焊接工具置于超声振动状态。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤E)中执行所述运动,使得所述配对工具的所述第一密封表面不与所述待焊接的多层材料接触。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待焊接的多层材料在所述步骤D)和/或E)期间借助保持装置保持,使得防止多层材料的各个层的相对运动。
