O:\56\56i53.ptc 第6頁 410266 _案號87121584_年月曰 修正_ 五、發明說明(2) 新穎及改良液體冷卻二相熱交換器。 發明之總結 本發明之主要目的為提供新穎及改良之液體冷卻二相熱 交換器。 具體言之,本發明之一目的為提供包括成間隔並列關係 之多條板狀扁平管之液體冷卻二相熱交換器。管集箱板位 於板狀扁平管端部,及以密合關係接納扁平管。箱固定於 每一管集箱板,及設有至一箱之一液體入口。每一箱亦設 有一液體出口。和包括成並列關係之多條扁平蛇管,及每 一蛇管與有各端部及位於蛇管端部間之多個平行直形段。 設有一對管集相,每一箱接納並密合於平行關於之各蛇管 之對應端部。每一管狀扁平管成熱交換關係套管於蛇管之 二相鄰直形段之間。每一蛇管位於管集箱板之間。 一種較佳具體實例中,板狀管與蛇管構成一壓縮式疊合 件。 一種較佳具體實例中,每一蛇管具有以串連方式連接相 鄰直形段之一圓形部份,及圓形部份壓縮成疊合件時具有 球形狀。 一種具體實例中,每一板狀管具有界定多條流動通路之 多個内部片。較佳者,直形段與流動通路成直交。 一種具體實例中,成對管集箱為管狀。 參照附圖閱讀下文說明,將明暸其他目的及優點。 圖式之簡單說明 圖1為根據本發明之液體冷卻二相熱交換器之側視圖。 圖2為熱交換器之平面圖》

O:\56\56153.ptc 第8頁 410266 _案號 87121584_年月日_ί±^_ 五、發明說明(4) 體實例示於圖式中。熱交換器係視需要用作液體冷卻冷凝 器或蒸發器,但亦可用作其他目的之有效熱交換器。 參閱圖1及2,熱交換器包括間隔分開之相對管集箱板 1 0、1 2。每一管集箱板1 0及1 2接納一相關箱1 4,1 6。箱1 4 包括液體入口 18,及箱16包括液體出口20。然而,應明 瞭,某些例中,入口 1 8及出口 2 0可藉一内部擋板(未示)阻 止二者間之直接液體流通而連接於同一箱。換言之,雖然 所示具體實例為液體側之單相熱交換器,但若需要時可為 多相。 圖3清晰顯示之多條扁平板狀管2 2延伸於管集箱板1 0與 1 2之間。如圖2所示,管2 2之端部2 4穿過管集箱板1 0及1 2 中各槽溝(未示),及例如藉硬焊密合於其上。結果,每一 箱1 4及1 6之内部與管2 2成流體連通。 亦如圖2及3所示,各板狀管2 2互相平行及成間隔關係。 根據本發明,在板狀管2 2之一側,一對圓形管集箱3 0、 3 2成間隔分開關係延伸及互相平行。管集箱3 0、3 2包括接 納多條蛇管4 0之相反端部3 6、3 8之槽溝3 4。蛇管4 0係典型 擠製多口管,各具有較小液壓直徑之多條内部流動通路, 亦即約0 . 0 7吋之液壓直徑。各端部3 6、3 8以習用方式例如 硬焊密合相關管集箱3 0、3 2。 每一蛇管4 0之端部3 6、3 8之間有多條直形段4 2 □相鄰直 形段42由延伸至扁平板狀管2 2之側邊外之圓形部份44連 接。 參閱圖5,圓形部份4 4提供直形段4 2間蛇管4 0之1 8 0 °逆 轉而界定一串連通路。
O:\56\56153.ptc 第9頁 410265 _案號 87121584_年月日_ί±^._ 五、發明說明(5) 如圖1所示,各蛇管4 2成並列關係及位於管集箱板1 0與 12之間。如圖3所示,扁平板狀管22套合於蛇管40之相鄰 直形段4 2之間。 初期,蛇管將具有圖5所示構型。板狀扁平管2 2套合於 直形段42間,及管22加於最外端直形段42後,將邊板46加 於最外端板狀扁平管22,及藉任何適宜夾具,加壓力而壓 縮邊板46、板狀扁平管22與蛇管40之直形段42成一疊合 件,如圖3中概括以5 0所示,及最後硬焊在一起。此疊合 件一般將為長方形構型,及由於壓縮作用,伸至疊合件外 之圓形部份具有如圖3所示之球形構型。 參閱圖6,板狀扁平管22包括延伸於相對邊壁54、56間 之多個内部片52,界定通過每一扁平板狀管22之多個分立 流動通路5 8。流動通路5 8與直形段4 2成直交及反之亦如 此。當然,相似片位於蛇管4 0内,以在壓縮製程中防止壓 扁以及使用熱交換器過程中提供抗壓作用。 操作時,液體冷卻劑可經入口 1 8流入箱1 4。自箱1 4,液 體冷卻劑進入板狀扁平管2 2之端部,經流動通路5 8進入箱 16及自出口 20脫離。因各構件係如前述壓縮成疊合件50及 硬焊在一起,故扁平板狀管22與蛇管40之直形段42之間建 立良好熱交換接觸。冷凍劑可經例如在管集箱3 0 —端之裝 具6 0進入蛇管4 0。自裝具6 0,冷凍劑將流經每一蛇管4 ◦。 冷凍劑流過直形段4 2時,將與扁平板狀管2 2中液體交換 熱。最後,冷凍劑將進入管集箱3 0被導至裝置6 2,自此處 可送回至系統之其餘部份。 如圖中所示,裝具6 0作為至系統冷凍劑侧之入口 ,因其

Claims (1)

  1. 410266 _案號87121584_年月日_^_ 六、申請專利範圍 1· 一種熱交換器,包_括: 多條板狀扁平管,成間隔並列關係及具有相反端部; 管集箱板,位於各端部並成密合關係接納各端部; 多個箱,分別固定於每一管集箱板; 在一箱之一液體入口; 在一箱之一液體出口; 成並列關係之多條扁平蛇管,每一蛇管具有各端部及 位於端部間之多個平行直形段;及 一對管集箱,各接納及密合於蛇管之對應端部並成平 行關係; 每一板狀爲平管套合於蛇管之二直形段之間*及與直 形段成熱交換關係; 每一蛇管位於該等管集箱板之間。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之熱交換器,其中該等板狀扁 平管與蛇管構成一壓縮疊合件。 3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之熱交換器,其中每一蛇管具 有以_連方式連接相鄰直形段之一圓形部份,及圓形部份 在壓縮疊合件中為球形。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之熱交換器,其中每一板狀扁 平管具有界定多條流動通路之多個内部片。 5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之熱交換器,其中該等直形段 與該等流動通路成直交。 6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之熱交換器,其中該等管集箱 為管狀。 7. —種熱交換器,包括:
