Abstract

一種電連接器,其收容一攜載有晶片模組的輔助載件,電連接器包括電連接座、固定座及壓制件。固定座設置有前端及後端,壓制件樞接於固定座的前端,用以壓制晶片模組。固定座的後端設置有旋轉機構,用以供輔助載件的一端插入。固定座設置有一對支撐部,支撐部具有開口向前的收容空間,旋轉機構包括收容件、樞轉軸及扭轉彈簧,收容件設置有供述輔助載件一端插入的收容槽。旋轉機構組裝完成後再置入支撐部,其中樞轉軸的兩端自開口置入並容納於支撐部的收容空間內。與先前技術相比,本發明的旋轉機構組裝後於安裝至支撐部,簡化組裝過程。

Description

電連接器
本發明涉及一種電連接器,其用以安裝晶片模組。
中國大陸實用新型專利公告第CN205452718U號公開了一種電連接器,晶片模組固定於載體後,載體一端插入旋轉件,再旋轉到絕緣本體結構。旋轉件由扭轉彈簧作旋轉,結構複雜且佔用空間大。
是故,有必要提供一種改良的電連接器。
本發明的主要目的在於提供一種電連接器,其旋轉機構結構簡單,組裝簡化。
為實現上述目的,本發明採用以下技術方案:一種電連接器,其用以收容晶片模組,所述晶片模組通過一輔助載件的攜載而安裝入電連接器,所述電連接器包括電連接座、固定座及壓制件;所述電連接座承載有導電端子,用以容納並電性連接所述晶片模組;所述固定座位於所述電連接座的週邊且設置有前端及後端,所述壓制件樞接於所述固定座的前端,用以壓制所述晶片模組;所述固定座的後端設置有旋轉機構,用以供所述輔助載件的一端插入;所述固定座設置有一對支撐部,所述支撐部具有開口向前的收容空間,所述旋轉機構包括收容件以及樞接於所述收容件的樞轉軸及扭轉彈簧,所述收容件設置有供所述輔助載件一端插入的收容槽;所述旋轉機構組裝完成後再置入所述支撐部,其中所述樞轉軸的兩端自所述開口置入並容納於所述支撐部的收容空間內。
與現有技術相比,本發明的旋轉機構組裝後再安裝至支撐部,簡化組裝過程。
為便於更好的理解本發明的目的、結構、特徵以及功效等,現結合附圖和具體實施方式對本發明作進一步說明。
如第一圖至第三圖,本發明電連接器100用於收容晶片模組80,以實現晶片模組80與主機板(未顯示)的電性連接,晶片模組80通過一輔助載件70的攜載而安裝入電連接器100。
所述電連接器100包括電連接座10、固定座20及壓制件30。電連接座10為絕緣本體,其承載有導電端子(未圖示,圖式中簡單畫出電連接座10),用以容納並電性連接晶片模組80。固定座20位於電連接座的週邊且設置有前端201及後端202,本處前、後端概念,係為了方便撰寫而作方向限定,下文所涉及的向外旋轉,以指沿遠離電連接座10方向旋轉。壓制件30樞接於固定座20的前端201,用以壓制晶片模組80。固定座20的後端202設置有旋轉機構40,用以供輔助載件70的一端插入。本發明的主要改善在於旋轉機構40的改進,結合第四圖,所述固定座20設置有一對支撐部22,支撐部22具有開口向前的收容空間221,所述旋轉機構40先組裝完成後,再置入支撐部22之間,僅有其樞轉軸42的兩端容納於收容空間221內,實現簡易組裝的效果。參第五圖和第六圖,所述旋轉機構40位於一對支撐部22之間,減小了旋轉機構40的佔用空間。
下面先介紹旋轉機構40的具體結構,參第四圖至第八圖,所述旋轉機構40包括收容件41以及樞接於收容件41的樞轉軸42及扭轉彈簧43。所述收容件41為絕緣材料製成,其設置有供輔助載件70一端插入的收容槽411,收容槽411向前貫穿收容件41。輔助載件70為框體結構,晶片模組80固定於框體結構內,框體結構的下方設有的複數卡勾72扣持於晶片模組80的底面,框體自其一端(後端)向後延伸出插入部71,插入部插入收容槽411,帶動旋轉機構40旋轉,直至晶片模組80收容於電連接座10上。插入部71為兩插入凸片結構,前端具有鉤狀頭部,可以於插入收容槽時作初步固定,所述收容槽411內設置有限制凸肋4112,導引及定位所述插入部71。其中所述樞轉軸42的兩端自所述開口置入並容納於所述支撐部的收容空間221內。
所述收容件41的後方設置有兩彼此間隔的樞轉孔412。扭轉彈簧43包括兩線圈431、連接兩線圈的扭轉部432及自每一線圈延伸出的固定部433,線圈431分別位於對應樞轉孔412的橫向外側,樞轉軸42依次穿過線圈432、兩樞轉孔412及線圈432,扭轉彈簧43的固定部433固定於收容件,扭轉部432抵接於收容件的底面413。樞轉軸42的一端設有圓環421,位於其中一線圈的橫向外側,用以限制線圈橫向向外移動,樞轉軸42的另一端安裝有環片422,位於另一線圈的橫向外側,用以限制其橫向向外移動。環片422為開口結構,卡於樞轉軸42。組裝過程中,扭轉彈簧43藉助扭轉部432、固定部433先安裝到收容件41,然後將樞轉軸42穿過線圈431及樞轉孔412,最後將環片422固定於樞轉軸的一端。
所述旋轉機構40的收容件41、樞轉軸42、扭轉彈簧43組裝於一起後,然後再自前向後安裝於固定座20,樞轉軸42的兩端容納於支撐部的收容空間221內。可以看出,旋轉機構40的整體除了樞轉軸42穿過支撐部22,其他部分均容納於兩支撐部22之間,如此,減少旋轉機構40佔用空間。
固定座20包括框體金屬板21,支撐部22自金屬板直接彎折而形成,支撐部為倒L型結構,即支撐部的收容空間211為向前開放結構,方便旋轉機構40直接組裝。旋轉機構40於組裝於固定座10後,其於扭轉彈簧43的作用下,具有向金屬板方向貼近的趨勢,收容槽411呈上壁短、下壁長的結構,方便輔助載件70的插入部71可以以傾斜角度插入,同時也帶動旋轉機構向外(或者向後)方向旋轉,直至插入部71完全插入,隨後藉助扭轉彈簧或者使用者的旋轉,所述輔助載件70及旋轉機構40一併旋轉至電連接座10。金屬板21於支撐部22的前方形成向上凸起的止擋部23,止擋部於橫向方向上位於支撐部22之間,參第六圖,止擋部23位於扭轉部432的前方,能夠防止扭轉部432向前移動,從而保證了旋轉機構40向前脫落。金屬板21於支撐部22的後方一體向上彎折出止擋片24,防止旋轉機構40向後過度旋轉。
金屬板21於其前端201焊接有支撐件25,支撐件25一體彎折出一對第二支撐部251,每一第二支撐部251設有樞轉孔,樞轉孔一第二樞轉軸26穿過,壓制件30的一端彎折出U型配合部31,配合部套設於第二樞轉軸26並位於一對第二支撐部251之間,從而將壓制件30樞接於固定座10的前方。於晶片模組80與輔助載件70安裝於電連接座10後,壓制件30旋轉,直至其蓋於所述電連接座10上方,並抵壓於晶片模組80上,從而將晶片模組穩定固定。參第一圖,第二支撐部251於其前緣處彎折有抵擋片252,所述抵擋片設置於U型配合部31的前方,於壓制件30打開向外(或向前)旋轉時,壓制片30被抵擋片252限制,是故抵擋片可以防止壓制片向外旋轉過度。
固定座20於金屬板21的下方還貼覆有絕緣板27,金屬板的厚度超過1.0毫米,本實施例的固定座20由金屬板21與絕緣板27構成,支撐部22之間由金屬板21衝壓形成,於保證金屬板直接形成的支撐部的強度的同時,也簡化固定座本身的結構。 固定座10於其上表面設置複數塑膠條271,螺母272固定於塑膠條內,用以將固定座安裝到主機板。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,其用以收容晶片模組,所述晶片模組可通過一輔助載件的攜載而安裝入電連接器,其包括: 電連接座,係承載有導電端子,用以容納並電性連接所述晶片模組; 固定座,係位於所述電連接座的週邊且設置有前端及後端,所述固定座的後端設置有旋轉機構,用以供所述輔助載件的一端插入;及 壓制件,係樞接於所述固定座的前端,用以壓制所述晶片模組; 其中,所述固定座設置有一對支撐部,所述支撐部具有開口向前的收容空間,所述旋轉機構包括收容件以及樞接於所述收容件的樞轉軸及扭轉彈簧,所述收容件設置有供所述輔助載件一端插入的收容槽;所述樞轉軸的兩端自所述開口置入並容納於所述支撐部的收容空間內。
  2. 如請求項 1所述之電連接器,其中所述旋轉機構位於一對所述支撐部之間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述固定座包括框體金屬板,所述支撐部自所述金屬板直接彎折而形成,所述支撐部為倒L型結構。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬板於支撐部的前方形成向上凸起的止擋部,所述止擋部於橫向方向上位於所述支撐部之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬板於支撐部的後方一體向上彎折出止擋片,防止所述旋轉機構向後過度旋轉。
  6. 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述收容槽向前貫穿收容件,收容件的後方設置有兩彼此間隔的樞轉孔,所述扭轉彈簧包括兩線圈、連接兩線圈的扭轉部及自每一線圈延伸出的固定部,所述線圈分別位於對應樞轉孔的橫向外側,所述樞轉軸依次穿過線圈、兩樞轉孔及線圈,所述固定部固定於所述收容件,所述扭轉部抵接於收容件的底面。
  7. 如請求項6所述之電連接器,其中所述樞轉軸的一端設有圓環,用以限制其中一線圈橫向向外移動,所述樞轉軸的另一端安裝有環片,用以限制另一線圈橫向向外移動。
  8. 如請求項1所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬板於其前端焊接有支撐件,所述支撐件一體彎折出一對第二支撐部,每一第二支撐部設有樞轉孔,所述樞轉孔供一第二樞轉軸穿過,所述壓制件的一端彎折出U型配合部,所述配合部套設於所述第二樞轉軸並位於一對所述第二支撐部之間。
  9. 如請求項8所述之電連接器,其中所述第二支撐部於其前緣處彎折有抵擋片,所述抵擋片設置於配合部的前方,以防止所述壓制片向外旋轉過度。
  10. 如請求項3所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬板的厚度超過1.0毫米,所述固定座於金屬板的下方還貼覆有絕緣板。
