Abstract
一种电连接器,其收容一携载有芯片模块的辅助载体,所述电连接器包括电连接座、固定座及压制件。电连接座承载有导电端子,用来容纳并电性连接芯片模块。固定座位于电连接座的外围且设置有前端及后端,压制件枢接于固定座的前端,用以压制芯片模块。固定座的后端设置有旋转机构,用来供辅助载件的一端插入。固定座设置有一对支撑部,支撑部具有开口向前的收容空间,旋转机构包括收容件以及枢接于收容件的枢转轴及扭转弹簧,收容件设置有供述辅助载件一端插入的收容槽。旋转机构组装完成后再置入支撑部,其中枢转轴的两端自开口置入并容纳在支撑部的收容空间内。与现有技术相比,本发明的旋转机构组装后在安装至支撑部,简化组装过程。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器,其用来安装芯片模块。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第CN205452718U号公开了一种电连接器,芯片模块固定在载体后,载体一端插入旋转件,再旋转到绝缘本体结构。旋转件由扭转弹簧作旋转,结构复杂且占用空间大。
因此,有必要提供一种改良的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电连接器,其旋转机构结构简单,组装简化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器,其用来收容芯片模块,所述芯片模块通过一辅助载件的携载而安装入电连接器,所述电连接器包括电连接座、固定座及压制件;所述电连接座承载有导电端子,用来容纳并电性连接所述芯片模块;所述固定座位于所述电连接座的外围且设置有前端及后端,所述压制件枢接于所述固定座的前端,用以压制所述芯片模块;所述固定座的后端设置有旋转机构,用来供所述辅助载件的一端插入;所述固定座设置有一对支撑部,所述支撑部具有开口向前的收容空间,所述旋转机构包括收容件以及枢接于所述收容件的枢转轴及扭转弹簧,所述收容件设置有供所述辅助载件一端插入的收容槽;所述旋转机构组装完成后再置入所述支撑部,其中所述枢转轴的两端自所述开口置入并容纳在所述支撑部的收容空间内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的旋转机构组装后再安装至支撑部,简化组装过程。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3,本发明电连接器100用于收容芯片模块80,以实现芯片模块80与主机板(未显示)的电性连接,芯片模块80通过一辅助载件70的携载而安装入电连接器100。
所述电连接器100包括电连接座10、固定座20及压制件30。电连接座10为绝缘本体,其承载有导电端子(未图示,图中简单画出电连接座10),用来容纳并电性连接芯片模块80。固定座20位于电连接座的外围且设置有前端201及后端202,本处前、后端概念,系为了方便撰写而作方向限定,下文所涉及的向外旋转,以指沿远离电连接座10方向旋转。压制件30枢接于固定座20的前端201,用以压制芯片模块80。固定座20的后端202设置有旋转机构40,用来供辅助载件70的一端插入。本发明的主要改善在于旋转机构40的改进,结合图4,所述固定座20设置有一对支撑部22,支撑部22具有开口向前的收容空间221,所述旋转机构40先组装完成后,再置入支撑部22之间,仅有其枢转轴42的两端容纳在收容空间221内,实现简易组装的效果。参图5-6,所述旋转机构40位于一对支撑部22之间,减小了旋转机构40的占用空间。
下面先介绍旋转机构40的具体结构,参图4-8,所述旋转机构40包括收容件41以及枢接于收容件41的枢转轴42及扭转弹簧43。所述收容件41为绝缘材料制成,其设置有供辅助载件70一端插入的收容槽411,收容槽411向前贯穿收容件41。辅助载件70为框体结构,芯片模块80固定在框体结构内,框体结构的下方设有的多个卡勾72扣持在芯片模块80的底面,框体自其一端(后端)向后延伸出插入部71,插入部插入收容槽411,带动旋转机构40旋转,直至芯片模块80收容在电连接座10上。插入部71为两个插入凸片结构,前端具有钩状头部,可以在插入收容槽时作初步固定,所述收容槽411内设置有限制凸肋4112,导引及定位所述插入部71。其中所述枢转轴42的两端自所述开口置入并容纳在所述支撑部的收容空间221内。
所述收容件41的后方设置有两个彼此间隔的枢转孔412。扭转弹簧43包括两个线圈431、连接两个线圈的扭转部432及自每一线圈延伸出的固定部433,线圈431分别位于对应枢转孔412的横向外侧,枢转轴42依次穿过线圈432、两个枢转孔412及线圈432,扭转弹簧43的固定部433固定在收容件,扭转部432抵接在收容件的底面413。枢转轴42的一端设有圆环421,位于其中一线圈的横向外侧,用来限制线圈横向向外移动,枢转轴42的另一端安装有环片422,位于另一线圈的横向外侧,用来限制其横向向外移动。环片422为开口结构,卡在枢转轴42。组装过程中,扭转弹簧43藉助扭转部432、固定部433先安装到收容件41,然后将枢转轴42穿过线圈431及枢转孔412,最后将环片422固定在枢转轴的一端。
所述旋转机构40的收容件41、枢转轴42、扭转弹簧43组装在一起后,然后再自前向后安装在固定座20,枢转轴42的两端容纳在支撑部的收容空间221内。可以看出,旋转机构40的整体除了枢转轴42穿过支撑部22,其他部分均容纳在两个支撑部22之间,如此,减少旋转机构40占用空间。
固定座20包括框体金属板21,支撑部22自金属板直接弯折而形成,支撑部为倒L型结构,即支撑部的收容空间211为向前开放结构,方便旋转机构40直接组装。旋转机构40在组装在固定座10后,其在扭转弹簧43的作用下,具有向金属板方向贴近的趋势,收容槽411呈上壁短、下壁长的结构,方便辅助载件70的插入部71可以以倾斜角度插入,同时也带动旋转机构向外(或者向后)方向旋转,直至插入部71完全插入,随后藉助扭转弹簧或者使用者的旋转,所述辅助载件70及旋转机构40一并旋转至电连接座10。金属板21在支撑部22的前方形成向上凸起的止挡部23,止挡部在横向方向上位于支撑部22之间,参图6,止挡部23位于扭转部432的前方,能够防止扭转部432向前移动,从而保证了旋转机构40向前脱落。金属板21在支撑部22的后方一体向上弯折出止挡片24,防止旋转机构40向后过度旋转。
金属板21在其前端201焊接有支撑件25,支撑件25一体弯折出一对第二支撑部251,每一第二支撑部251设有枢转孔,枢转孔一第二枢转轴26穿过,压制件30的一端弯折出U型配合部31,配合部套设在第二枢转轴26并位于一对第二支撑部251之间,从而将压制件30枢接于固定座10的前方。在芯片模块80与辅助载件70安装在电连接座10后,压制件30旋转,直至其盖在所述电连接座10上方,并抵压在芯片模块80上,从而将芯片模块稳定固定。参图1,第二支撑部251在其前缘处弯折有抵挡片252,所述抵挡片设置在U型配合部31的前方,在压制件30打开向外(或向前)旋转时,压制片30被抵挡片252限制,所以抵挡片可以防止压制片向外旋转过度。
固定座20在金属板21的下方还贴覆有绝缘板27,金属板的厚度超过1.0毫米,本实施例的固定座20由金属板21与绝缘板27构成,支撑部22之间由金属板21冲压形成,在保证金属板直接形成的支撑部的强度的同时,也简化固定座本身的结构。固定座10在其上表面设置多个塑胶条271,螺母272固定在塑胶条内,用来将固定座安装到主机板。

Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其用来收容芯片模块,所述芯片模块通过一辅助载件的携载而安装入电连接器,所述电连接器包括电连接座、固定座及压制件;所述电连接座承载有导电端子,用来容纳并电性连接所述芯片模块;所述固定座位于所述电连接座的外围且设置有前端及后端,所述压制件枢接于所述固定座的前端,用以压制所述芯片模块;所述固定座的后端设置有旋转机构,用来供所述辅助载件的一端插入;其特征在于:所述固定座设置有一对支撑部,所述支撑部具有开口向前的收容空间,所述旋转机构包括收容件以及枢接于所述收容件的枢转轴及扭转弹簧,所述收容件设置有供所述辅助载件一端插入的收容槽;所述旋转机构组装完成后再置入所述支撑部,其中所述枢转轴的两端自所述开口置入并容纳在所述支撑部的收容空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述旋转机构位于一对所述支撑部之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定座包括框体金属板,所述支撑部自所述金属板直接弯折而形成,所述支撑部为倒L型结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板在支撑部的前方形成向上凸起的止挡部,所述止挡部在横向方向上位于所述支撑部之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板在支撑部的后方一体向上弯折出止挡片,防止所述旋转机构向后过度旋转。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容槽向前贯穿收容件,收容件的后方设置有两个彼此间隔的枢转孔,所述扭转弹簧包括两个线圈、连接两个线圈的扭转部及自每一线圈延伸出的固定部,所述线圈分别位于对应枢转孔的横向外侧,所述枢转轴依次穿过线圈、两个枢转孔及线圈,所述固定部固定在所述收容件,所述扭转部抵接在收容件的底面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述枢转轴的一端设有圆环,用来限制其中一个线圈横向向外移动,所述枢转轴的另一端安装有环片,用来限制另一线圈横向向外移动。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板在其前端焊接有支撑件,所述支撑件一体弯折出一对第二支撑部,每一第二支撑部设有枢转孔,所述枢转孔供一第二枢转轴穿过,所述压制件的一端弯折出U型配合部,所述配合部套设在所述第二枢转轴并位于一对所述第二支撑部之间。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二支撑部在其前缘处弯折有抵挡片,所述抵挡片设置在配合部的前方,以防止所述压制片向外旋转过度。
10.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板的厚度超过1.0毫米,所述固定座在金属板的下方还贴覆有绝缘板。
