Abstract
一種汽車腳踏墊構造,至少由一位於最上方之頂部板材層、一纖維材料層及一發泡材料層所結合而成。其中該頂部板材層係由10%~90%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、15%~55%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及1%~80%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)原料所調製而成之熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU),具有耐磨、耐曲折、耐油污、靠腐蝕等特性且加工性佳,因此能使所製成之腳踏墊能達到不易刮傷、增加耐用度,且防止油污灰塵殘留、易於清洗等優異的使用功效。
Description
本發明為有關一種汽車腳踏墊構造之設計,主要係利用材質所屬之特性,使所製成之墊體兼具舒適、耐用及防污等優異的使用功效,適於應用在各式車輛地板或類似結構。
按、一般汽車為了增進其內裝之質感以及乘坐的舒適性,所以車內之底盤上皆舖設有地毯,但地毯的舖設固然具有美觀、舒適等優點,但是使用時卻非常容易骯髒,因此使用者往往於地毯上加設一可移式的腳踏墊,讓乘坐者進入車內時可將鞋底的泥沙踩踏於腳踏墊上,以避免污染車內地毯,且該腳踏墊更可隨時拆下清理或更換,於使用上非常方便。
而一般習用之汽車腳踏墊種類繁多,如較早期的毯類材質墊體,這種腳踏墊雖於表面布滿舒適的纖維叢,在刮除鞋底髒污有極佳的效果,但纖維叢抗油污效果極差,且讓污塵易藏納於纖維叢中,很難完全清理乾淨,更易衍生發霉、臭味等缺點,嚴重影響車內的環境衛生,所以此等腳踏墊汰換率極高,不僅產生垃圾環保問題,且更不符合經濟效益。後來有業者開發出採用聚氯乙烯、橡膠及合成橡膠基材,但此材質極其笨重,且經過高溫在密閉車體中容易散發有毒氣體及惡臭味,影響駕駛及乘客健康,若使用一段時間,鞋子的刮痕及油污、雨水、雪水、泥濘水份將會腐蝕,且殘留污垢在腳踏墊表面上,使車體內的美觀性大打折扣。
有鑑於此,為解決上述習用腳踏墊面臨的問題,本發明人潛心研究,藉以開發出獨特的材質比例配方,調配具耐磨、耐曲折、耐油污、抗腐蝕等特性之材質,使其所製成之腳踏墊能達到不易刮傷、增加耐用度,且防止油污灰塵殘留、易於清洗等優異的使用功效,以供消費大眾使用,為本發明所欲研創的發明動機。
本發明的主要目的,在提供一種具有耐磨、耐曲折、耐油污、抗腐蝕等特性,且高加工性優異特性之墊體構造,使其所製成之汽車腳踏墊能達到舒適感、美觀性、耐用度及實用性兼具之效果。
為達上述目的,本發明汽車腳踏墊構造主要包含有一位於最上方之頂部板材層,其由10%~90%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、15%~55%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及1%~80%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)原料所調製而成之熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU),且至少一纖維材料層以及一發泡材料層附著於該頂部板材層下方,又該纖維材料層可為聚乙烯纖維或聚丙烯纖維或聚酯纖維或尼龍纖維或天然纖維如:聚酯棉(polyester cotton)、天然棉(cotton)材料製成之纖維布,而發泡材料層則可為交聯聚乙烯發泡板材(XPE)或聚乙烯發泡板材(PE)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物(EVA)或PU發泡板材等材質,藉以製成舒適、耐用且實用之汽車腳踏墊構造,另該腳踏墊構造更可於發泡材料層底部加設一止滑層,以增進腳踏墊止滑的功效。
再者上述之腳踏墊為包含可製設成為呈一平坦的墊體,亦包含可為製成四周凸高而中央低陷構造之3D立體造型墊體,有利於往後車廂內的清潔動作。
本發明的其他特點及具體實施例可於以下配合附圖的詳細說明中,進一步瞭解。
請參第1~3圖所示,本發明所設計之汽車腳踏墊10,該腳踏墊10至少由一位於最上方之頂部板材層11、中間之一纖維材料層12及最下方之一發泡材料層13結合而成。
而上述所提之頂部板材層11,係由10%~90%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、15%~55%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及1%~80%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)原料所調製而成之熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU)材料,其中更以55%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、35%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及10%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)比例調製為最佳。而該熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU)材料不僅具有優越的耐磨、耐曲折、耐油污、抗腐蝕等特性,及具有加工性佳的優點。
該纖維材料層12,則可為聚乙烯纖維或聚丙烯纖維或聚酯纖維或尼龍纖維或天然纖維如:聚酯棉(polyester cotton)、天然棉(cotton)材料製成之纖維布。
該發泡材料層13,可為交聯聚乙烯發泡板材(XPE)或聚乙烯發泡板材(PE)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物(EVA)或PU發泡板材等材質。
並將上述各層構件予以添加黏劑貼合或擠出機淋膜貼合或藉由火貼融熔模壓技術結合,藉以製設成為一平坦的複合材料,並加工製成四周凸高而中央低陷構造之3D立體造型腳踏墊,並使其所製成之腳踏墊不僅柔軟舒適且不易刮傷,可增加其耐用度,亦可防止油污灰塵殘留方便清洗等優異的使用功效。
請參第4、5圖所示,為本發明另一可行實施例,該實施例所設腳踏墊1A,除具有一最上方之頂部板材層11、一纖維材料層12及一發泡材料層13之外,於發泡材料層13之底部更可以加設一止滑層14,而該止滑層14為一黏扣止滑材料,其設有一編結部14a,及多數延伸凸設於編結部外一特定高度具剛性合成纖維絲14b,該纖維絲14b可為以尼龍塑料製成或採聚酯纖維(Polyester)製成或採聚丙烯(Polypropylene簡稱PP)塑料製成,亦可以聚乙烯(Polyethylene簡稱PE)塑料製成纖維布,並以其編結部14a作為貼合面,且同樣採用添加黏劑貼合或擠出機淋膜貼合或藉由火貼融熔模壓技術,使該止滑層14結合於發泡材料層13底部,使製成之腳踏墊能對毯類、涮毛地毯或圈絨布等材料具備高度止滑效果,更可反覆與車內成型地毯黏結或撕離,不會有損壞地毯材質的缺點。
綜上所述,本發明的汽車腳踏墊構造,雖然構成要素簡單,但其材質特性優異,能達到舒適感、耐用度及實用性兼備的優點,適用於製成各類型汽車腳踏墊供使用,具有實用價值無疑,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的較佳實施例,當不能用以限定本發明可實施的範圍,凡習於本業的人士所明顯可作變化與修飾,皆應視為不悖離本發明的實質內容。

Claims (6)
- 一種汽車腳踏墊構造,至少包含有一位於最上方之頂部板材層、中間之一纖維材料層及最下方之一發泡材料層結合而成,且將各層構件予以利用膠劑貼合或擠出機淋膜或藉由火貼融熔模壓技術結合而製成,其特徵在於:該頂部板材層為一熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU)材料,其由10%~90%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、15%~55%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及1%~80%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)原料所調製而成,具有優越的耐磨、耐曲折、耐油污及抗腐蝕之產品特性。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之汽車腳踏墊構造,其中該頂部板材層之熱可塑性聚氨酯(TPU),更以55%含量之聚酯多元醇(POLYOL)、35%含量之二異氰酸酯(MID)及10%含量之1,4-丁二醇(1,4BG)比例調製為最佳。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之汽車腳踏墊構造,其中該纖維材料層可為聚乙烯纖維或聚丙烯纖維或聚酯纖維或尼龍纖維或天然纖維如:聚酯棉(polyester cotton)、天然棉(cotton)材料製成之纖維布。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之汽車腳踏墊構造,其中該發泡材料層可為交聯聚乙烯發泡板材(XPE)或聚乙烯發泡板材(PE)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物(EVA)或PU發泡板材等材質。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之汽車腳踏墊構造,其中該發泡材料層底部更可加設一止滑層。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之汽車腳踏墊構造,其中該止滑層為一黏扣止滑材料,其構造上設有一編結部及多數延伸凸設於編結部外一特定高度具剛性強度的合成纖維絲。
