Abstract
本發明提供一種洗淨擠壓機、射出成形機器等熱塑性樹脂成形加工機器之內部時的洗淨性與工作性良好之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。該成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物含有(A)烯烴系樹脂、(B)與(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂無相溶性之熱塑性樹脂、(C)用於使(A)烯烴系樹脂與(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂相溶之熱塑性樹脂、(D)脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽、(E)非離子性界面活性劑以及(F)酸性磷酸酯的金屬鹽。
Description
本發明係關於一種用於洗淨擠壓機、射出成形機等成形加工機之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
熱塑性樹脂之成形加工機用之洗淨劑已知有將基本樹脂與其他成分組合者。
日本特開2010-95624號公報、日本特開2010-95625號公報、日本特開2011-46808號公報、日本特開平10-279816號公報及日本特開2007-21765號公報已揭示一種將基本樹脂與陰離子界面活性劑組合之洗淨劑組成物。
本發明之課題在於提供一種成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其係藉由組合基本樹脂與界面活性劑,而更加提高洗淨性能。
本發明發現將基本樹脂成分與界面活性劑組合時,藉由組合非離子界面活性劑,再組合酸性磷酸酯的金屬鹽,而能夠更加提高洗淨性能,亦能夠提升工作
性,而完成本發明。
本發明提供一種成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有:(A)烯烴系樹脂、(B)與(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂無相溶性之熱塑性樹脂、(C)用於使(A)烯烴系樹脂與(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂相溶之熱塑性樹脂、(D)脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽、(E)非離子性界面活性劑、以及(F)酸性磷酸酯的金屬鹽。
本發明提供一種將上述熱塑性樹脂組成物用於成形加工機洗淨之用途。
若利用本發明之洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,則洗淨擠壓機、射出成形機器等熱塑性樹脂成形加工機器之內部時的洗淨性與工作性良好。
<(A)成分>
(A)成分為烯烴系樹脂。
(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂較佳為選自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE及聚丙烯均聚物、乙烯與丙烯的共聚物、乙烯及/或丙烯與能與該等共聚合之單體的共聚物等中的1種以上。
<(B)成分>
(B)成分係與(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂無相溶性之熱塑性樹脂。
(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂較佳為選自AS樹脂、MS樹脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-順丁烯二酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA樹脂中的1種以上。
<(C)成分>
(C)成分係用於使(A)烯烴系樹脂與(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂相溶之熱塑性樹脂。
(C)成分之熱塑性樹脂較佳為選自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1種以上。
組成物中的(A)~(C)成分的比例係:(A)成分較佳為30~90質量%,更佳為40~80質量%;(B)成分較佳為8~60質量%,更佳為15~50質量%;(C)成分較佳為2~20質量%,更佳為5~15質量%。
<(D)成分>
(D)脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽較佳為碳數10~22的飽和或不飽和脂肪酸的Na、K、Li、Cs鹽。脂肪酸可為直鏈,亦可為支鏈。
在此等之中,更佳為碳數12~18的脂肪酸(月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、油酸)的Na鹽。
組成物中的(D)成分之脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽的含有比例係:相對於(A)~(C)成分的合計100質量份,為0.5~10質量份,較佳為1~10質量份,更佳為1~6質量份。
<(E)成分>
(E)成分之非離子性界面活性劑係可列舉選自氧乙烯鏈型界面活性劑、去水山梨醇酯型界面活性劑、甘油酯系(甘油(單、二)脂肪酸酯類)界面活性劑、12-羥基硬脂酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基甘油醚、烷基葡萄糖苷等之中者。
在此等之中,較佳為選自去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、12-羥基硬脂酸酯中的1種以上。
組成物中的(E)成分之非離子性界面活性劑的含有比例係相對於(A)~(C)成分的合計100質量份為0.5~10質量份,較佳為1~10質量份,更佳為1~6質量份。
(D)成分與(E)成分的合計量中的(D)成分的含有比例較佳為30~70質量%,更佳為40~60質量%,(E)成分的含有比例為剩餘比例。
<(F)成分>
(F)成分係酸性磷酸酯的金屬鹽。(F)成分係在併用(D)成分與(E)成分時,用於防止因(F)成分所含有的鹼金屬之作用而使(E)成分分解產生氣體(含有脂肪酸等的氣體)之成分。
(F)成分係可使用例如:日本特開2010-189515號公報的段落編號0021~段落編號0032所記載之通式(I)或(II)所表示之酸性磷酸酯的鹽。
(F)成分較佳為酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鎂鹽(magnesium stearyl acid phosphate)、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鈣鹽、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鋅鹽、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯
的鋁鹽等。
(F)成分係可使用市售品,其可使用例如:酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鋅鹽(堺化學工業(股)製LBT1830)、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鋁鹽(堺化學工業(股)製LBT1813)、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鈣鹽(堺化學工業(股)製LBT1820)、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鎂鹽(LBT-1812)等。
組成物中的(F)成分的含有比例係相對於(D)成分與(E)成分的合計量100質量份,較佳為10~100質量份,更佳為10~80質量份。
<其他成分>
本發明之組成物可進一步含有無機填料。作為無機填料,除了周知的玻璃纖維或金屬纖維以外,可列舉選自日本特開2006-257297號公報所記載之熔化熔渣、鋼鐵熔渣或該等的破碎物、人造礦物纖維之中者,可使用纖維狀者、非纖維狀者(粉末狀、粒狀、破碎物等)。
本發明之組成物可進一步含有日本特開2006-257297號公報所記載之伸烷二醇脂肪酸酯、有機磷化合物、多元醇、金屬皂。
本發明之組成物係藉由使用亨舍爾混合機、滾筒摻合機、揑揉機等混合機將上述各成分預備混合後,以擠壓機混煉,或以加熱輥、班布瑞密閉式混煉機熔融混煉來製造。
實施例及比較例
以滾筒摻合機混合表1所示的組成的各成分後,使用
擠壓機進行熔融混煉,得到丸粒狀的樹脂組成物。使用這些組成物,以下述方法進行洗淨試驗。將結果顯示於表1。
於射出成形機(住友重機械工業公司製「SH100」;圓筒溫度230℃)將1kg的HDPE的紅色著色品(紅色色素濃度0.5%)作為先行使用樹脂進行射出成形。
之後,使用表1的各組成物,重複計量與射出的操作,以紅色消失的時間點作為洗淨結束,並藉由到此為止的組成物的使用量(kg)來評價洗淨性。
又,洗淨結束後,在流洗AS樹脂(DAICEL POLYMER股份有限公司製的CEVIAN N 050SF)時,以確認先行使用樹脂(為前料之HDPE)的紅色是否出現來評價洗淨性(前料有無殘留)。

Claims (7)
- 一種成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有:(A)烯烴系樹脂、(B)與(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂無相溶性之熱塑性樹脂、(C)用於使(A)烯烴系樹脂與(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂相溶之熱塑性樹脂、(D)脂肪酸的鹼金屬鹽、(E)非離子性界面活性劑、以及(F)酸性磷酸酯的金屬鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(D)成分與(E)成分的合計量中的(D)成分的含有比例為30~70質量%、(E)成分的含有比例為70~30質量%,相對於100質量份的(D)成分與(E)成分的合計量,(F)成分的含有比例為10~100質量份。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(F)成分之酸性磷酸酯鹽係選自酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鎂鹽(magnesium stearyl acid phosphate)、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鈣鹽、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鋅鹽、酸性磷酸硬脂基酯的鋁鹽之中者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(E)成分之非離子性界面活性劑係選自去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯中的1種以上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(B)成分之熱塑性樹脂係選自AS樹脂、MS樹脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-順丁烯二酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA樹脂中的1種以上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(C)成分之熱塑性樹脂係選自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1種以上者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂係選自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE及聚丙烯均聚物中的1種以上者。
