Description
(A)ポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、
(B)(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と相溶しない熱可塑性樹脂0〜50質量部、
(C)(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と(B)成分の熱可塑性樹脂とを相容化するための熱可塑性樹脂0.5〜50質量部、
(D)界面活性剤0.5〜15質量部を含有する、洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。
(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂は、単独重合体でもよいし、ブロック共重合体でもよい。ブロック共重合体は、プロピレンとエチレンのブロック共重合体が好ましい。
(B)成分は、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と相溶しない熱可塑性樹脂であり、本発明では必須の成分ではないが、含有することで洗浄性を高める成分である。
(C)成分の熱可塑性樹脂は、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と(B)成分の熱可塑性樹脂とを相容化するための成分である。なお、(B)成分を含有しない場合でも、(C)成分自体が洗浄効果を有しているため、(C)成分を含有することで、組成物としての洗浄性が高められる。
(D)成分の界面活性剤は、アルカンスルホン酸の金属塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸の金属塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸の金属塩から選ばれる1種以上のものを挙げることができる。具体的には、特開2006−257297号公報の段落番号0052〜0058に記載されているものを用いることができる。
(E)成分のポリエチレン樹脂は、洗浄性を高める成分である。(E)成分のポリエチレン樹脂と、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂としてプロピレンとエチレンの共重合体を併用することで、より洗浄性を高めることができる。
(F)成分のエチレン・アクリル系共重合体と、(G)成分の不飽和カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂は、(B)成分及び(C)成分による洗浄性の向上作用を補助する成分である。
本発明の組成物は、さらに無機フィラーを含有することができる。無機フィラーとしては、周知のガラス繊維や金属繊維のほか、特開2006−257297号公報に記載の溶融スラグ、鉄鋼スラグ又はこれらの破砕物、人造鉱物繊維から選ばれるものを挙げることができ、繊維状のもの、非繊維状のもの(粉末状、粒状、破砕物等)を用いることができる。
表1に示す組成物(質量部表示)を用いて、下記の洗浄性試験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
射出成形機(三菱重工業製「三菱射出成形機265/100MSII」;シリンダー温度250℃)に、先行使用樹脂としてポリプロピレン樹脂(プライムポリマー製のプライムポリプロ J-2000GP,MFR21)の赤着色品を用いて、10cm×10cm、厚み2mmの平板を10枚成形した。
上記の洗浄性の試験にて、AS樹脂を1kg流して赤色が出なかった場合、再びポリプロピレン樹脂の赤着色品で成形機を十分置換した後、10cm×10cm、厚み2mmの平板を10枚成形した。その後、表1の各組成物を赤色が消えるまで(目視による確認)流した。その後、着色していないポリプロピレン樹脂(プライムポリマー製のプライムポリプロ J-2000GP,MFR21)を流して、ポリプロピレン樹脂中に、先行して流した各組成物がなくなるまで(成形機から排出される溶融樹脂が透明になったと目視で判断されるまで)のポリプロピレン樹脂の使用量(kg)を評価した。ポリプロピレン樹脂の使用量が少ないほど、続いて成形するポリプロピレン樹脂への置換性が良いことになる。

Claims (5)
- (A)ポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、
(B)AS樹脂、MS樹脂、メタクリル酸メチル-無水マレイン酸−スチレン共重合体及びPMMA樹脂から選ばれる1種以上の熱可塑性樹脂3〜40質量部、
(C)PP樹脂、LDPE樹脂又はEEA樹脂を主鎖として、AS樹脂又は(メタ)アクリル樹脂を含む重合体又は共重合体がグラフトされたグラフト共重合体である熱可塑性樹脂2〜30質量部、
(D)界面活性剤1〜10質量部を含有する、熱可塑性樹脂成形加工機器の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - さらに(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、(E)ポリエチレン樹脂1〜30質量部を含有する、請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂成形加工機器の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- さらに、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、(F)エチレン・アクリル系共重合体3〜30質量部及び/又は(G)不飽和カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂3〜30質量部を含有する、請求項1又は2記載の熱可塑性樹脂成形加工機器の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂が、ポリプロピレンの単独重合体とブロック共重合体の混合物であり、単独重合体とブロック共重合体の重量比が1/9〜9/1である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性樹脂成形加工機器の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (D)成分の界面活性剤が、アルカンスルホン酸の金属塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸の金属塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸の金属塩から選ばれる1種以上のものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性樹脂成形加工機器の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
