Abstract
압출기, 사출성형 기기 등의 열가소성 수지 성형 가공 기기의 내부를 세정할 때의 세정성과 작업성이 좋은 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제공.
(A) 올레핀계 수지, (B) (A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지와 상용성이 없는 열가소성 수지, (C) (A)올레핀계 수지와 (B) 성분의 열가소성 수지를 상용화시키기 위한 열가소성 수지, (D) 지방산의 알칼리 금속염, (E) 비이온성 계면활성제 및 (F) 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염을 함유하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물.
(A) 올레핀계 수지, (B) (A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지와 상용성이 없는 열가소성 수지, (C) (A)올레핀계 수지와 (B) 성분의 열가소성 수지를 상용화시키기 위한 열가소성 수지, (D) 지방산의 알칼리 금속염, (E) 비이온성 계면활성제 및 (F) 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염을 함유하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물.
Description
본 발명은 압출기, 사출성형기 등의 성형 가공기를 세정하기 위한 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
열가소성 수지의 성형 가공기용의 세정제로서 베이스 수지와 다른 성분을 조합한 것이 알려져 있다.
일본 특개 2010-95624호 공보, 일본 특개 2010-95625호 공보, 일본 특개 2011-46808호 공보, 일본 특개 평10-279816호 공보 및 일본 특개 2007-21765호 공보에는 베이스 수지와 음이온 계면활성제를 조합한 세정제 조성물이 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은, 베이스 수지와 계면활성제를 조합함으로써, 보다 세정 성능이 향상된 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다.
본 발명은, 베이스 수지 성분과 계면활성제를 조합할 때, 비이온 계면활성제를 조합하고, 또한 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염을 조합함으로써, 세정 성능이 보다 높아지고, 작업성도 향상되는 것을 발견하고, 본 발명을 완성하였다.
본 발명은,
(A) 올레핀계 수지
(B) (A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지와 상용성이 없는 열가소성 수지,
(C) (A) 올레핀계 수지와 (B) 성분의 열가소성 수지를 상용화시키기 위한 열가소성 수지,
(D) 지방산의 알칼리 금속염,
(E) 비이온성 계면활성제 및
(F) 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염
을 함유하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명은 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형 가공기 세정에 사용하는 용도를 제공한다.
본 발명의 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 의하면, 압출기, 사출성형 기기 등의 열가소성 수지 성형 가공 기기의 내부를 세정할 때의 세정성과 작업성이 좋다.
<(A) 성분>
(A) 성분은 올레핀계 수지이다.
(A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지는 HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE 및 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체, 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌과 그것들과 공중합할 수 있는 모노머와의 공중합체 등으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것이 바람직하다.
<(B) 성분>
(B) 성분은 (A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지와 상용성이 없는 열가소성 수지이다.
(B) 성분의 열가소성 수지는 AS 수지, MS 수지, 메타크릴산 메틸-무수 말레산-스타이렌 공중합체 및 PMMA 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것이 바람직하다.
<(C) 성분>
(C) 성분은 (A) 올레핀계 수지와 (B) 성분의 열가소성 수지를 상용화시키기 위한 열가소성 수지이다.
(C) 성분의 열가소성 수지는 EEA, EMA, EMMA, EBA로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것이 바람직하다.
조성물 중에 있어서의 (A)∼(C) 성분의 비율은,
(A) 성분은 30∼90질량%가 바람직하고, 40∼80질량%가 보다 바람직하고,
(B) 성분은 8∼60질량%가 바람직하고, 15∼50질량%가 보다 바람직하고,
(C) 성분은 2∼20질량%가 바람직하고, 5∼15질량%가 보다 바람직하다.
<(D) 성분>
(D) 지방산의 알칼리 금속염은 탄소수 10∼22의 포화 또는 불포화 지방산의 Na, K, Li, Cs염이 바람직하다. 지방산은 직쇄이어도 되고, 분지되어 있어도 된다.
이것들 중에서도 탄소수 12∼18의 지방산(라우르산, 미리스트산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산, 올레산)의 Na염이 보다 바람직하다.
조성물 중에 있어서의 (D) 성분의 지방산의 알칼리 금속염의 함유 비율은 (A)∼(C) 성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 0.5∼10질량부이며, 바람직하게는 1∼10질량부, 보다 바람직하게는 1∼6질량부이다.
<(E) 성분>
(E) 성분의 비이온성 계면활성제는 옥시에틸렌쇄형 계면활성제, 소비탄에스터형 계면활성제, 글라이세라이드계(글라이세린 (모노, 다이)지방산 에스터류) 계면활성제, 12-하이드록시스테아르산 에스터, 프로필렌글라이콜 지방산 에스터, 수크로스 지방산 에스터, 알킬글라이세릴에터, 알킬글루코사이드 등으로부터 선택되는 것을 들 수 있다.
이것들 중에서도, 소비탄 지방산 에스터, 글라이세린 지방산 에스터, 12-하이드록시 스테아르산 에스터로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이 바람직하다.
조성물 중에서의 (E) 성분의 비이온성 계면활성제의 함유 비율은 (A)∼(C) 성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 0.5∼10질량부이며, 바람직하게는 1∼10질량부, 보다 바람직하게는 1∼6질량부이다.
(D) 성분과 (E) 성분의 합계량 중에 있어서의 (D) 성분의 함유 비율은 30∼70질량%가 바람직하고, 40∼60질량%가 보다 바람직하고, (E) 성분의 함유 비율은 잔부 비율이다.
<(F) 성분>
(F) 성분은 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염이다. (F) 성분은 (D) 성분과 (E) 성분을 병용했을 때, (D) 성분에 포함되는 알칼리 금속의 작용에 의해 (E) 성분이 분해되어 가스(지방산 등을 포함하는 가스)를 발생시키는 것을 방지하도록 작용하는 성분이다.
(F) 성분은, 예를 들면, 일본 특개 2010-189515호 공보의 단락번호 0021∼단락번호 0032에 기재된 화학식 (I) 또는 (II)로 표시되는 산성 인산 에스터의 염을 사용할 수 있다.
(F) 성분으로서는 마그네슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 칼슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 아연스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 알루미늄스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트 등이 바람직하다.
(F) 성분으로서는 시판품을 사용할 수 있고, 예를 들면, 아연스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트(사카이카가쿠고교(주)제 LBT1830), 알루미늄스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트(사카이카가쿠고교(주)제 LBT1813), 칼슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트(사카이카가쿠고교(주)제 LBT1820), 마그네슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트(LBT-1812) 등을 사용할 수 있다.
조성물 중의 (F) 성분의 함유 비율은, (D) 성분과 (E) 성분의 합계량 100질량부에 대하여, 10∼100질량부가 바람직하고, 10∼80질량부가 보다 바람직하다.
<그 밖의 성분>
본 발명의 조성물은 또한 무기 필러를 함유할 수 있다. 무기 필러로서는 주지의 유리 섬유나 금속 섬유 이외에, 일본 특개 2006-257297호 공보에 기재된 용융 슬래그, 철강 슬래그 또는 이것들의 파쇄물, 인조 광물 섬유로부터 선택되는 것을 들 수 있고, 섬유상의 것, 비섬유상의 것(분말상, 입상, 파쇄물 등)을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은 또한 일본 특개 2006-257297호 공보에 기재된 알킬렌글라이콜 지방산 에스터, 유기 인 화합물, 다가 알코올, 금속 비누를 함유할 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은, 상기 각 성분을, 헨쉘 믹서, 텀블러 블렌더, 니더 등의 혼합기에서 예비 혼합한 후, 압출기에서 혼련하거나, 가열 롤, 밴버리 믹서에서 용융 혼련하거나 함으로써 제조한다.

비교예
표 1에 나타내는 조성의 각 성분을 텀블러 블렌더에서 혼합 후, 압출기에서 용융 혼련하여, 펠릿상의 수지 조성물을 얻었다. 이들 조성물을 사용하여, 하기의 방법으로 세정 시험을 행했다. 결과를 표 1에 나타낸다.
사출성형기(스미토모쥬키카이고교사제 「SH100」; 실린더 온도 230℃)에, 선행 사용 수지로서 HDPE의 적색 착색품(적색 색소 농도 0.5%) 1kg을 사출성형 했다.
그 후, 표 1의 각 조성물을 사용하여 계량과 사출의 조작을 반복하고, 적색이 사라진 시점을 세정 종료로 하여, 그때까지의 조성물의 사용량(kg)에 의해 세정성을 평가했다.
또한 세정 종료 후에 AS 수지(다이셀폴리머 가부시키가이샤제의 세비안 N 050SF)를 흘렸을 때에 선행 사용 수지(전 재료인 HDPE)가 적색이 나오는지 아닌지로 세정성(전 재료의 잔류의 유무)을 평가했다.

- (A) 올레핀계 수지,
(B) (A) 성분의 올레핀계 수지와 상용성이 없는 열가소성 수지,
(C) (A) 올레핀계 수지와 (B) 성분의 열가소성 수지를 상용화시키기 위한 열가소성 수지,
(D) 지방산의 알칼리 금속염,
(E) 비이온성 계면활성제 및
(F) 산성 인산 에스터의 금속염
을 함유하고, (F) 성분의 산성 인산 에스터 염이 마그네슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 칼슘스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 아연스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트, 알루미늄스테아릴 액시드 포스페이트로부터 선택되는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(D) 성분과 (E) 성분의 합계량 중에서의 (D) 성분의 함유 비율이 30∼70질량%,(E) 성분의 함유 비율이 70∼30질량%이며,
(F) 성분의 함유 비율이, (D) 성분과 (E) 성분의 합계량 100질량부에 대하여 10∼100질량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(E) 성분의 비이온성 계면활성제가 소비탄 지방산 에스터, 글라이세린 지방산 에스터로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(B) 성분의 열가소성 수지가 AS 수지, MS 수지, 메타크릴산 메틸-무수 말레산-스타이렌 공중합체 및 PMMA 수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(C) 성분의 열가소성 수지가 EEA, EMA, EMMA, EBA로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 가공기 세정용의 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
