背景技术
作为用于热塑性树脂的成形加工机的清洗剂,已知有组合基体树脂和其它的成分而得到的清洗剂。
在日本特开2010-95624号公报、日本特开2010-95625号公报、日本特开2011-46808号公报、日本特开平10-279816号公报及日本特开2007-21765号公报中,公开有一种组合基体树脂和阴离子表面活性剂而得到的清洗剂组合物。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于,通过组合基体树脂和表面活性剂来提供一种清洗性能进一步提高的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物。
本发明发现:将基体树脂成分和表面活性剂组合在一起时,通过组合非离子表面活性剂,进而组合酸性磷酸酯的金属盐,可进一步提高清洗性能,作业性也得以改善,从而完成了本发明。
本发明提供一种用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其含有:
(A)烯烃类树脂;
(B)与(A)成分烯烃类树脂没有相容性的热塑性树脂;
(C)用于使(A)烯烃类树脂和(B)成分热塑性树脂相容化的热塑性树脂;
(D)脂肪酸的碱金属盐;
(E)非离子性表面活性剂;及
(F)酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。
本发明提供一种将上述热塑性树脂组合物用于清洗成形加工机的用途。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的清洗用热塑性树脂组合物,清洗挤出机、注塑成形设备等热塑性树脂成形加工设备的内部时,其清洗性和作业性良好。
<(A)成分>
(A)成分为烯烃类树脂。
(A)成分烯烃类树脂优选选自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE及聚丙烯均聚物、乙烯和丙烯的共聚物、乙烯和/或丙烯和可与它们共聚的单体的共聚物等中的1种以上。
<(B)成分>
(B)成分为与(A)成分烯烃类树脂没有相容性的热塑性树脂。
(B)成分热塑性树脂优选选自AS树脂、MS树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA树脂中的1种以上。
<(C)成分>
(C)成分为用于使(A)烯烃类树脂和(B)成分热塑性树脂相容化的热塑性树脂。
(C)成分热塑性树脂优选选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
对组合物中的(A)~(C)成分的比例而言,
(A)成分优选30~90质量%,更优选40~80质量%,
(B)成分优选8~60质量%,更优选15~50质量%,
(C)成分优选2~20质量%,更优选5~15质量%。
<(D)成分>
(D)脂肪酸的碱金属盐优选碳原子数为10~22的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸的Na、K、Li、Cs盐。脂肪酸可以为直链,也可以为支链。
其中,更优选碳原子数为12~18的脂肪酸(月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸)的Na盐。
相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,组合物中的(D)成分脂肪酸的碱金属盐的含有比例为0.5~10质量份,优选为1~10质量份,更优选为1~6质量份。
<(E)成分>
(E)成分非离子性表面活性剂,可以举出选自氧乙烯链型表面活性剂、山梨糖醇酐酯型表面活性剂、甘油酯类(甘油(单、二)脂肪酸酯类)表面活性剂、12-羟基硬脂酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基甘油基醚、烷基糖苷等的物质。
其中,优选选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、12-羟基硬脂酸酯中的1种以上。
相对于(A)~(C)成分的合计100质量份,组合物中的(E)成分非离子性表面活性剂的含有比例为0.5~10质量份,优选为1~10质量份,更优选为1~6质量份。
(D)成分和(E)成分的总量中的(D)成分的含有比例优选30~70质量%,更优选40~60质量%,(E)成分的含有比例为剩余比例。
<(F)成分>
(F)成分为酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。(F)成分为下述成分:在并用(D)成分和(E)成分时,为了防止(E)成分由于(D)成分所含的碱金属的作用被分解产生气体(含有脂肪酸等的气体)而发挥作用的成分。
(F)成分可以使用例如日本特开2010-189515号公报的段落编号0021~段落编号0032中所记载的通式(I)或(II)所示的酸性磷酸酯的盐。
作为(F)成分,优选酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐等。
作为(F)成分,可以使用市售品,例如可以使用:酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐(堺化学工业(株)制LBT1830)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐(堺化学工业(株)制LBT1813)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐(堺化学工业(株)制LBT1820)、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐(LBT-1812)等。
相对于(D)成分和(E)成分的总量100质量份,组合物中的(F)成分的含有比例优选10~100质量份,更优选10~80质量份。
<其它成分>
本发明的组合物还可以含有无机填料。作为无机填料,除公知的玻璃纤维、金属纤维以外,还可以举出选自日本特开2006-257297号公报中记载的熔渣、钢铁矿渣或它们的破碎物、人造矿物纤维中的填料,可以使用纤维状的填料、非纤维状的填料(粉末状、粒状、破碎物等)。
本发明的组合物还可以含有日本特开2006-257297号公报中记载的亚烷基二醇脂肪酸酯、有机磷化合物、多元醇、金属皂。
本发明的组合物通过亨舍尔混合机、转鼓式混合机、捏合机等混合机将上述各成分预混合后,通过挤出机混炼,或通过加热辊、班伯里密炼机熔融混炼来进行制造。
实施例
实施例及比较例
用转鼓式混合机将表1所示组成的各成分混合后,通过挤出机熔融混炼,得到颗粒状的树脂组合物。使用这些组合物,通过下述的方法进行清洗试验。将结果示于表1。
在注塑成形机(住友重机械工业公司制“SH100”;料筒温度230℃)中,将作为现有使用树脂HDPE的着红色品(红色色素浓度0.5%)1kg注塑成形。
然后,使用表1的各组合物,重复进行测量和注塑的操作,将红色消失的时刻设为清洗结束,根据直至清洗结束时的组合物的用量(kg)评价清洗性。
另外,在清洗结束后,通过流过AS树脂(DAICEL POLYMER株式会社制的CEVIAN N050SF)时是否出现之前使用的树脂(前面的材料即HDPE)的红色来评价清洗性(前面的材料有无残留)。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其含有:
(A)烯烃类树脂;
(B)与(A)成分烯烃类树脂没有相容性的热塑性树脂;
(C)用于使(A)烯烃类树脂和(B)成分热塑性树脂相容化的热塑性树脂;
(D)脂肪酸的碱金属盐;
(E)非离子性表面活性剂;及
(F)酸性磷酸酯的金属盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(D)成分和(E)成分的总量中的(D)成分的含有比例为30~70质量%,(E)成分的含有比例为70~30质量%,
相对于(D)成分和(E)成分的总量100质量份,(F)成分的含有比例为10~100质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(F)成分酸性磷酸酯盐选自酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(F)成分酸性磷酸酯盐选自酸式磷酸硬脂基酯镁盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯钙盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯锌盐、酸式磷酸硬脂基酯铝盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(E)成分非离子性表面活性剂选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯中的1种以上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(E)成分非离子性表面活性剂选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯中的1种以上。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(E)成分非离子性表面活性剂选自山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯中的1种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(B)成分热塑性树脂选自AS树脂、MS树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA树脂中的1种以上。
9.根据权利要求2所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(B)成分热塑性树脂选自AS树脂、MS树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA树脂中的1种以上。
10.根据权利要求3所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(B)成分热塑性树脂选自AS树脂、MS树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA树脂中的1种以上。
11.根据权利要求5所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(B)成分热塑性树脂选自AS树脂、MS树脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物及PMMA树脂中的1种以上。
12.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分热塑性树脂选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
13.根据权利要求2所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分热塑性树脂选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
14.根据权利要求3所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分热塑性树脂选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
15.根据权利要求5所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分热塑性树脂选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
16.根据权利要求8所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(C)成分热塑性树脂选自EEA、EMA、EMMA、EBA中的1种以上。
17.根据权利要求1~16中任一项所述的用于清洗成形加工机的热塑性树脂组合物,其中,
(A)成分烯烃类树脂选自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE及聚丙烯均聚物中的1种以上。
18.一种将权利要求1~16中任一项所述的热塑性树脂组合物用于清洗成形加工机的用途。
