発明の概要
MFRが0.1~1.0g/10分のポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、
(A)エチレン・アクリル系共重合体5~60質量部、
(B)不飽和カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂2~60質量部、
(C)界面活性剤1~10質量部を含有する、成形加工機洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。
また、本発明は、上記熱可塑性樹脂組成物の成型加工機洗浄用途を提供する。
発明の詳細な説明
ポリプロピレン樹脂は、MFRが0.1~1.0g/10分のものであり、好ましくは0.2~0.8g/10分、より好ましくは0.3~0.7g/10分のものである。MFRは、ISO 1133 に記載の方法に従い、測定温度 230℃、荷重 2.16kg の条件で測定した値である。
(A)成分は、エチレン-エチルアクリレート共重合体(EEA)、エチレン-メタクリレート共重合体(EMA)、エチレン-ブチルアクリレート(EBA)、エチレン-メチルメタクリレート共重合体(EMMA)等を挙げることができる。
(B)不飽和カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂としては、マレイン酸変性ポリエチレン、マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレン等を用いることができる。
(C)成分の界面活性剤は、成形加工機洗浄用の洗浄剤の成分として公知の界面活性剤を用いることができるが、アルカンスルホン酸の金属塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸の金属塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸の金属塩から選択される1以上が好ましい。アルカンスルホン酸の金属塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸の金属塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸の金属塩中のアルカン、αーオレフィン及びアルキルベンゼンそれぞれは、炭素数8~20が好ましい。塩となる金属種は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属から選ばれる1種以上である。
本発明の組成物には、洗浄効果を高めるため、更にポリエチレン樹脂を配合することができる。(D)成分の含有量は、ポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し0~30質量部が好ましく、好ましくは0~20質量部、より好ましくは0~10質量部である。
本発明の組成物は、更にガラスファイバー、ロックウール等の公知の無機フィラーを配合することができる。無機フィラーの含有量は、ポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対して0.5~150重量部が好ましく、10~140質量部がより好ましく、20~120質量部が更に好ましい。
実施例
表1に示す組成の各成分をタンブラーブレンダーで混合後、押出機にて溶融混練し、ペレット状の洗浄用樹脂組成物を得た。これらの組成物を使用し、下記の方法で洗浄試験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
射出成形機(三菱重工業製「三菱射出成形機265/100MSII」;シリンダー温度250℃)に、先行使用樹脂としてポリプロピレン樹脂(プライムポリマー製のプライムポリプロ J-2000GP,MFR21)の黒着色品(ドライカラー;カーボンブラック濃度2%)1kgを流した。次に、表1の組成の各洗浄用樹脂組成物を流して黒色が消えるまで(目視で確認)の組成物の使用量による評価をした。
洗浄終了後、ポリプロピレン樹脂(プライムポリマー製のプライムポリプロ J-2000GP,MFR21)を1kg排出し、その後、同ポリプロピレン樹脂で、10cm×10cm、厚み2mmの平板を成形し、平板中に組成物の残留が認められなくなるまでの成形枚数で判断した。

Claims (4)
- MFRが0.1~1.0g/10分のポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し、
(A)エチレン・アクリル系共重合体5~60質量部、
(B)不飽和カルボン酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂2~60質量部、
(C)界面活性剤1~10質量部を含有する、成形加工機洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂が、ポリプロピレンのホモポリマーとブロックコポリマーの混合物であり、ホモポリマーとブロックコポリマーの重量比が1/9~9/1である、請求項1記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (C)界面活性剤が、アルカンスルホン酸の金属塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸の金属塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸の金属塩から選択される1以上である、請求項1又は2記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- さらに、ポリプロピレン樹脂100質量部に対し(D)ポリエチレン樹脂0~30質量部を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
