Abstract
本發明係關於一種具有光控制功能的陽光控制窗膜,其包含:防污層;配置於該防污層下的固化層;配置於該固化層下的陽光控制功能層;第一ITO PET層,其中該第一ITO PET層的頂面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該陽光控制功能層;聚合物分散液晶層,其中該第一ITO PET層的底面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該聚合物分散液晶層;第二ITO PET層,其中該第二ITO PET層的頂面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該聚合物分散液晶層;及下表面聚酯保護性離型層,其中該第二ITO PET層的底面係藉由觸壓黏著劑附著至該下表面聚酯保護性離型層。
Description
本發明係關於用於汽車及建築的玻璃裝飾及能量節約,且更特定言之,係關於一種具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜,其可黏附於汽車或建築玻璃的內表面。使用該太陽控制膜可按需要在不透光至透光的範圍內調整可見光透射,同時屏蔽太陽輻射熱。
如今,隨著能量節約及環境保護意識的增長以及人民生活標準的持續改善,太陽控制膜的應用變得愈來愈流行。膜通常黏附於汽車及建築窗玻璃的內表面以屏蔽太陽輻射熱進入,進而為內部人員提供舒服且適宜的環境,並且根據具有不同透光率的產品提供相應私密度以便滿足內部人員保護其私密的需要。
太陽控制膜為一種經功能處理的薄膜,其具有阻隔太陽輻射熱之功能。
聚合物分散液晶(polymer dispersed liquid crystal,PDLC)膜為液晶液滴均勻地分散於聚合物基質中的光電響應材料。PDLC膜之透明度可在外部電場下在不透光至透光之間變化。
美國專利第20080316381號揭示一種光控制膜,其包含抗污染層、兩個聚合物膜層、液晶光控制層及黏著劑。該光控制膜具有光控制功能及抗污染功能。
美國專利第20080317977號揭示一種光控制膜,其包含
抗污染層、耐磨層、防眩光層、兩個聚合物膜層、液晶光控制層及黏著劑。該光控制膜具有光控制、耐磨、防反射及抗污染功能。
美國專利第005641426號揭示一種光學響應膜,其包含分散於交聯聚合物中的液晶液滴,其中該聚合物包含至少一種類型的乙烯醚。
習知太陽控制膜的主要問題包括:單層太陽控制膜產品的可見光透射率固定且不可改變,並且不能根據人們對亮暗以及對光屏蔽的需要而調整。
習知太陽控制膜產品不能提供理想的私密效果。由習知太陽控制膜產品提供的私密效果將視觀測距離而變化。觀測者在遠距離下無法透過太陽控制膜清楚地看見房間內部,但仍可在近距離下清楚地看見房間內部。
本發明之目標為提供一種具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜,且該膜之透光率可根據使用者需要在不透光至透光之間變化。在不透光狀態下,該膜完全阻隔視線,實現完全阻隔外部觀看以保護私密的作用。
本發明之一個態樣為提供一種具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜,其包含:耐刮磨層;底塗層,其中該底塗層置放於該耐刮磨層下;熱屏蔽層,其中該熱屏蔽層置放於該底塗層下;第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜,其中該第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜的上表面藉由層壓黏著劑黏合於該熱屏蔽層;聚合物分散液晶層,其中該聚合物分散液
晶層藉由層壓黏著劑黏合於該第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜的下表面;第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜,其中該第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜藉由層壓黏著劑黏合於該聚合物分散液晶層的上表面;低表面能聚酯保護性離型膜,其中該低表面能聚酯保護性離型膜藉由壓敏黏著劑黏合於該第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜的下表面。
該熱屏蔽層較佳為多層光學膜。
該熱屏蔽層較佳為經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜。
該熱屏蔽層較佳為經染色之聚酯膜。
該經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜較佳為光學級聚酯膜。
該經染色之聚酯膜較佳為光學級聚酯膜。
該聚合物分散液晶層較佳由聚合物單體、引發劑及向列型液晶液滴之混合溶液經由UV固化方法形成。
該第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜及第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜較佳藉由真空磁控濺鍍法獲得。
根據以下實施例描述結合隨附圖式,本發明之說明性實施例的此等及/或其他態樣及優點將變得顯而易見且較易於理解。
以下為基於具體實例之本發明之具體實施例的描述。熟習此項技術者將能夠容易地根據以下實施例中所揭示之內容瞭解本發明之結構、優點及功能。
以下為結合圖式及具體實施例的本發明的進一步描述。
圖1為本發明之一個實施例中的具有光控制功能的太陽
控制膜的截面簡圖。如圖1所示,本發明之具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜100包含:耐刮磨層101;底塗層102,其中該底塗層102係置放於該耐刮磨層101下;熱屏蔽層103,其中該熱屏蔽層103係置放於該底塗層102下;第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104,其中該第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104的上表面係藉由層壓黏著劑107黏合於該熱屏蔽層103;聚合物分散液晶層105,其中該聚合物分散液晶層105係藉由層壓黏著劑107黏合於該第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104的下表面;第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104,其中該第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104的上表面係藉由層壓黏著劑107黏合於該聚合物分散液晶層105;及低表面能聚酯保護性離型膜106,其中該低表面能聚酯保護性離型膜106係藉由壓敏黏著劑108黏合於該第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104的下表面。
在上述實施例中,耐刮磨塗佈材料可選自以下材料:胺基甲酸酯樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、醇酸樹脂、環氧樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚乙烯醇樹脂(諸如聚乙烯醇或乙烯與乙烯醇之共聚物)、氯乙烯樹脂、偏二氯乙烯樹脂、醯胺樹脂、醯亞胺樹脂、聚(醚碸)樹脂、聚醚醯亞胺樹脂、乙烯吡咯啶酮樹脂、纖維素樹脂、丙烯腈樹脂及其類似物,較佳為胺基甲酸酯樹脂,最佳為丙烯酸胺基甲酸酯。
第一經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104及第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104可藉由真空磁控濺鍍法獲得。
根據本發明之實施例,聚合物分散液晶層105較佳係由聚合物單體、引發劑及向列型液晶液滴之混合溶液經由UV固化方法形成。其中之聚合物單體可為具有單個官能基或多個官能基的丙烯酸系單體或其混合物。單官能單體可選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯及甲基丙烯酸羥丙酯。多官能單體可選自1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DPGDA)、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(NPGDA)、四乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TEGDA)、雙酚A二丙烯酸酯(DDA)、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)及三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)。引發劑可選自1-羥基環己基苯酮、安息香乙醚、安息香丁醚、三溴甲基苯碸及二苯甲酮。向列型液晶可為選自乙炔、聯苯、苯基環己烷、二環己烷、酚酯或其混合物之液晶單體。
層壓黏著劑107及壓敏黏著劑108為具有黏性的透明聚合物,較佳為丙烯酸黏著劑或聚酯黏著劑。在本發明之實施例中,黏著劑塗層的厚度較佳為5-20 μm。塗層可藉由例如噴塗機、滾塗機等施用且可在烘箱中乾燥。
在本發明之一個較佳實施例中,熱屏蔽層103為多層光學膜,且該多層光學膜包含以下多層:具有折射率n1的第一非黏著光學層、具有高於n1之折射率ni的第i非黏著光學層及介於該第一層與該第i層之間的多層光學黏著物,其中該多層光學黏著物層的折射率以自第一層起遞增之次序介於n1與ni之間。
在本發明之另一較佳實施例中,熱屏蔽層103為經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜。更佳可選擇塗有鎳、鉻、金、銀、鈦、鋁、銅及其類似物之光學級聚酯膜,其可藉由真空蒸發沈積、真空磁控濺鍍及其他方法製得。
在本發明之另一較佳實施例中,熱屏蔽層103為經染色之聚酯膜,其更佳為光學級經染色之聚酯膜,可藉由本體染色、提浸染色及其他方法製得。
與習知太陽控制膜相比,本發明之較佳實施例具有以下有利作用中之至少一者。其具有可見光透射率調整功能,且其透明度可在外部電場下在不透光至透光之間變化以實現在屏蔽熱量的同時完全透明或完全掩護私密的作用。其可在簡單切割方法後黏附於現有平坦或彎曲玻璃表面以使得玻璃具有相應的光控制功能。
當實施本發明時,在實驗中獲得以下資料:基於實驗,普通光控制膜之可見光透射率為74.4%,總太陽能阻隔率為38.9%,接近於普通玻璃的熱屏蔽效能。當熱屏蔽層為多層光學膜時,本發明之具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜具有67.7%之可見光透射率,低於普通光控制膜6.7%,且人眼不會感覺出差別並具有明亮視線。總太陽能阻隔率為47%,高於普通光控制膜8.1%且熱屏蔽作用明顯。當熱屏蔽層為經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜時,可見光透射率低於普通光控制膜21.6%,且人眼會感覺輕微模糊及昏暗,且總太陽能阻隔率高於普通光控制膜11.5%且熱屏蔽作用非常明顯。當熱屏蔽層為經染色之聚酯膜時,可見光
透射率低於普通光控制膜21.9%,且人眼會感覺輕微模糊及昏暗,且總太陽能阻隔率高於普通光控制膜5.1%且熱屏蔽作用明顯。
製備本發明之較佳實施例之具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜的方法具有以下步驟:
第一步驟:將層壓黏著劑107塗佈於第一及第二經導電ITO塗佈之透明聚酯膜104上,且將聚合物分散液晶膜105層壓於兩個導電膜之間。
第二步驟:對熱屏蔽膜103進行表面處理,用滾塗機塗佈耐刮磨層101及底塗層102,且進行UV固化。
第三步驟:將層壓黏著劑107塗佈於經處理之熱屏蔽膜103的另一面上,且將已層壓之第一及第二導電膜104及聚合物分散液晶膜105層壓於該面上。
第四步驟:用滾塗機將壓敏黏著劑108塗佈於層壓膜上,且在層壓機上將壓敏黏著層與低表面能聚酯離型膜106層壓在一起。
第五步驟:將具有光控制功能的太陽控制膜切割成所需形狀及尺寸且製成電極。

Claims (8)
- 一種具有光控制功能的陽光控制窗膜,其包含:防污層;配置於該防污層下的固化層;配置於該固化層下的陽光控制功能層;第一ITO PET層,其中該第一ITO PET層之頂面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該陽光控制功能層;聚合物分散液晶層,其中該第一ITO PET層之底面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該聚合物分散液晶層;第二ITO PET層,其中該第二ITO PET層之頂面係藉由層壓黏著劑附著至該聚合物分散液晶層;及下表面聚酯保護性離型層,其中該第二ITO PET層之底面係藉由觸壓黏著劑附著至該下表面聚酯保護性離型層。
- 如請求項1之膜,其中該陽光控制功能層為多層光學膜。
- 如請求項1之膜,其中該陽光控制功能層為經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜。
- 如請求項1之膜,其中該陽光控制功能層為經染色之聚酯膜。
- 如請求項3之膜,其中該經金屬塗佈之聚酯膜係由光學級的聚酯膜製成。
- 如請求項4之膜,其中該經染色之聚酯膜係由光學級的聚酯膜製成。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之膜,其中該聚合物分散液晶層係藉由混合聚合物單體、引發劑及向列型液晶經由UV固化方法製成。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之膜,其中該第一ITO PET層及該第二ITO PET層係藉由濺鍍方法製成。
