本实用新型涉及汽车及建筑玻璃装饰节能领域,具体地,涉及一种调光隔热膜,其可贴于汽车或建筑物玻璃内表面,该隔热膜在隔绝太阳辐射热的同时还可以根据需要从不透明到透明范围内调节可见光的透过率。
背景技术
现在随着节能环保意识的增强、以及人民生活水平的不断提高,玻璃隔热膜使用的越来越广泛,其广泛装贴于汽车玻璃以及建筑玻璃内表面,来阻隔太阳辐射热量进入室内,为室内人员提供舒服适宜的环境,并可根据使用不同的透光率产品,来提供相应程度的私密性功能,以满足室内人员防护自身隐私的要求。
玻璃隔热膜(Solar Control film)是一种通过功能化处理的薄膜,使之具有阻隔太阳辐射热量的功能。
聚合物分散液晶(Polymer dispersed liquid crystals,PDLC)膜是一种光电响应材料,将液晶微滴均匀分散在聚合物基体,通过外加电场使PDLC薄膜由不透明到透明之间变化。
美国专利US 20080316381公开了一种调光薄膜,其由耐污层、两层聚合物薄膜层、液晶调光层、粘胶等结构组成,具有调光,耐污等功能。
美国专利US 20080317977公开了一种调光薄膜,其由耐污层、耐磨层、减反光层、两层聚合物薄膜层、液晶调光层、粘胶等结构组成,具有调光、耐磨、减低反光、耐污等功能。
美国专利US 005641426公开了一种光学响应膜,其构成为液晶分散于交联的聚合物中,这种聚合物至少包括乙烯基醚。
目前玻璃隔热膜存在的主要问题有:
单一玻璃隔热膜产品的可见光的透过率固定不变,不能根据人们对明暗及遮光的需求进行调整。
玻璃隔热膜产品不能提供完全的隐私性效果,现有隔热膜产品所提供的隐私性效果是基于观察距离远近而变化的,距离远观察隔热膜后便看不清室内,而距离近便可以看清室内。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种调光隔热膜,其可以根据使用者的需求从透明至不透明变化,在不透明状态下,视线完全不能通过,实现完全的视线遮蔽效果,借以提供隐私性。
根据本实用新型的一个方面提供一种调光隔热膜,包括:防刮耐磨层,底涂层,所述底涂层设置于防刮耐磨层之下;隔热功能层,所述隔热功能层设置于底涂层之下;第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜,所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的上表面与所述隔热功能层之间以层压胶粘合;聚合物分散液晶层,所述聚合物分散液晶层与所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的下表面以层压胶粘合;第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜,所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的上表面与所述聚合物分散液晶层之间以层压胶粘合;低表面能聚酯离型保护膜,所述低表面能聚酯离型保护膜与所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的下表面以压敏胶粘合。
优选地,所述隔热功能层为多层微附光学膜。
优选地,所述隔热功能层为金属镀层聚酯膜。
优选地,所述隔热功能层为染色聚酯膜。
优选地,所述金属镀层聚酯膜为光学级聚酯膜。
优选地,所述染色聚酯膜为光学级聚酯膜。
优选地,所述聚合物分散液晶层由聚合物单体、引发剂、向列相液晶混合熔液经过紫外固化形成。
优选地,所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜和第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜由真空磁控溅射法制得。

具体实施方式
以下是根据特定的具体实例说明本实用新型的具体实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员可由以下实施例中所揭示的内容轻易地了解本实用新型的构造,优点与功效。
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
图1示出了本实用新型的实施方式的调光隔热膜的截面示意图。如图1所示,根据本实用新型的调光隔热膜100,包括:防刮耐磨层101,底涂层102,所述底涂层102设置于防刮耐磨层101之下;隔热功能层103,所述隔热功能层103设置于底涂层102之下;第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104,所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104的上表面与所述隔热功能层103之间以层压胶107粘合;聚合物分散液晶层105,所述聚合物分散液晶层105与所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104的下表面以层压胶107粘合;第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104,所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104的上表面与所述聚合物分散液晶层105之间以层压胶107粘合;低表面能聚酯离型保护膜106,所述低表面能聚酯离型保护膜106与所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104的下表面以压敏胶108粘合。
其中,防刮耐磨涂层材料可以从以下材料中选择:氨基甲酸酷类树脂、三聚氰胺类树脂、醇酸类树脂、环氧类树脂、丙烯酸类树脂、聚酷类树脂、聚乙烯醇或乙烯、乙烯醇的共聚物等的聚乙烯醇类树脂、氯乙烯类树脂、偏氯乙烯类树脂、酰胺类树脂、酰亚胺类树脂、聚醚砜类树脂、聚醚酰亚胺类树脂、乙烯基吡咯烷酮类树脂、纤维素类树脂、丙烯腈类树脂等,优选氨基甲酸酯类树脂,特别优选氨基甲酸丙烯酸酯。
第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104和第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜104,可由真空磁控溅射法制得。
根据本实用新型的实施方式,优选地,聚合物分散液晶层105是由聚合物单体、引发剂、向列相液晶混合溶液经过紫外固化形成。其中聚合物单体可以为单官能团、多官能团或者单官能团和多官能团混合的丙烯酸类体,单官能团单体可以为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯。多官能团单体含有1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DPGDA)、戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(NPGDA)、三缩四乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TEGDA)、双酚A二丙烯酸酯(DDA)、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)。引发剂可为l-羟基-环己基-苯基-甲酮、苯偶姻乙醚、安息香丁醚、三嗅甲基苯基砜、二苯甲酮。向列相液晶为乙炔类、联苯类、苯基环己烷类、双环己烷类、酚酯类液晶的单体或者混合液晶。
层压胶107以及压敏胶108是具有粘性的透明聚合物,优选地,如丙烯酸类、聚酯类等胶黏剂。根据本实用新型的实施方式,优选地,胶粘剂涂层厚度为5-20μm。涂覆可以用例如喷涂、辊涂机等进行,通过烘箱干燥。
根据本实用新型的优选地实施方式,隔热功能层103为多层微附光学膜,该多层微附光学膜包括多层,具有折射指数n1的第一非粘合剂的光学层,具有大于n1的折射指数ni的第i个非粘合剂的光学层和在第一层与第i层之间的多层光学粘合体,其中多层光学粘合体层的折射指数在n1和ni之间按照从第一层开始的位置顺序增加。
根据本实用新型的又一优选地实施方式,隔热功能层103为金属镀层聚酯膜,更优选地,可选择镀镍、铬、金、银、钛、铝、铜等的光学级聚酯膜,可由真空蒸镀、真空磁控溅射等方法制得。
根据本实用新型的再一优选地实施方式,隔热功能层103为染色聚酯膜,更优选地,其为光学级染色聚酯膜,其可由本体染色、浸染等工艺制得。
根据本实用新型的优选地实施方式,与现有的玻璃隔热膜相比,具有如下有益效果的至少一个方面,其具有调节可见光透过率的功能,在外加电场作用下,可从不透明至透明转变,借以实现在隔热的同时能够完全通透亦可完全遮蔽隐私;可以经过简单的裁切后贴于在现有的平面、曲面玻璃表面,使玻璃具备相应的调光功能。
以下为通过实验对本实用新型进行实施以及测得的数据:
根据实验,对于普通调光膜,可见光透过率74.4%,太阳能总隔断率为38.9%,与普通玻璃隔热效果较接近。根据本实用新型的调光隔热膜,在隔热功能层为多层微附光学膜的情况下,可见光透过率67.7%,较普通调光膜低6.7%,人眼基本感觉不到差异,视野明亮,而太阳能总隔断率为47%,较之高8.1%,隔热效果显著;在隔热功能层为金属镀层聚酯膜的情况下,可见光透过率较普通调光膜低21.6%,人眼感觉略微阴暗,而太阳能总隔断率较之提高11.5%,隔热效果非常明显;在隔热功能层为染色聚酯膜的情况下,可见光透过率较普通调光膜低21.9%,人眼感觉略微阴暗,而太阳能总隔断率较之提高5.1%,隔热效果较显著。
根据本实用新型的优选的实施方式的调光隔热膜的制作方法如下:制作的工艺步骤:
第一步骤:在第一、二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯膜104上涂覆层压胶107,并将聚合物分散液晶膜105层压复合在两层导电膜之间。
第二步骤:对隔热功能膜103表面进行处理,辊涂防刮耐磨层101和底涂层102,并进行UV固化。
第三步骤:在已处理的隔热功能膜103的另一面涂覆层压胶107,并将层压好的第一、二导电薄膜104及聚合物分散液晶膜105层压在其上。
第四步骤:在层压好的膜表面辊涂压敏胶108,并通过覆膜机将压敏胶层与低表面能聚酯离型膜106复合。
第五步骤:将上述具有调光功能的玻璃隔热膜裁切成所需形状和尺寸,并制作电极。
虽然结合附图对本实用新型进行了说明,但是附图中公开的实施例旨在对本实用新型优选实施方式进行示例性说明,而不能理解为对本实用新型的一种限制。
虽然本总体实用新型构思的一些实施例已被显示和说明,本领域普通技术人员将理解,在不背离本总体实用新型构思的原则和精神的情况下,可对这些实施例做出改变,本实用新型的范围以权利要求和它们的等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种调光隔热膜,其特征是,包括:
防刮耐磨层,
底涂层,所述底涂层设置于防刮耐磨层之下;
隔热功能层,所述隔热功能层设置于底涂层之下;
第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜,所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的上表面与所述隔热功能层之间以层压胶粘合;
聚合物分散液晶层,所述聚合物分散液晶层与所述第一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的下表面以层压胶粘合;
第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜,所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的上表面与所述聚合物分散液晶层之间以层压胶粘合;和
低表面能聚酯离型保护膜,所述低表面能聚酯离型保护膜与所述第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜的下表面以压敏胶粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述隔热功能层为多层微附光学膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述隔热功能层为金属镀层聚酯膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述隔热功能层为染色聚酯膜。
5.根据权利要求3所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述金属镀层聚酯膜为光学级聚酯膜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述染色聚酯膜为光学级聚酯膜。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述聚合物分散液晶层由聚合物单体、引发剂、向列相液晶混合熔液经过紫外固化形成。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的调光隔热膜,其中,所述第 一导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜和第二导电ITO镀层透明聚酯薄膜由真空磁控溅射法制得。
