Claims (1)
- 200402411 ⑴ 拾、申請專利範圍 1. 一種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲含有1,2, 基一 2,2,2 —三氟乙基醚(R347)與反式—1,: (tDCE)與碳數1〜3之醇(ROH )之溶劑組 於(R3 4 7 )與(tDCE)與(ROH)之合計量 之含量爲25.0〜7 5.0% (質量基準,以下,含 全爲質量基準),(tDCE)之含量爲15.0〜 r〇H )之含量爲0.1〜10·0%。 2. 一種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲含有 1, 乙基一2,2,2 -三氟乙基醚(R347)與反式— 烯(tDCE )與甲醇(MeOH )之溶劑組成物 R3 4 7 )與(tDCE )與(MeOH )之合計量,( 量爲35.0〜55.0%、 (tDCE)之含量爲39.0〜 MeOH)之含量爲4.0〜6.0%。 3. 一種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲含有 1, 乙基—2,2,2-三氟乙基醚(R3 4 7 )與反式一 烯(tDCE )與乙醇(EtOH )之溶劑組成物 R3 4 7 )與(tDCE )與(EtOH )之合計量,( 量爲39.0〜59.0%, (tDCE)之含量爲37.5〜 EtOH )之含量爲1.5〜3.5%。 4. 一種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲含有 1, 乙基—2, 2,2 —三氟乙基醚(R3 4 7 )與反式-烯(tDCE )與丙醇(IPA )之溶劑組成物,其 )與(tDCE)與(IPA)之合計量,(R347 2.2— 四氟乙 2 ——氯乙j:希 .成物,其對 ,(R347) •量之數値係 74.9 %,( 1 , 2,2 —四氟 1.2— 一氯乙 ,其對於( R3 47 )之含 :61 .0%,( 1,2 5 2 —四氯 1,2 —二氯乙 ,其對於( R3 4 7 )之含 ^ 59.5% 5 ( 1,2,2 —四氟 1,2 —二氯乙 對於(R347 )之含量爲 -24 - (2) 200402411 40.0 〜60.0%, (tDCE)之含量爲 39.0 〜59.5%, )之含量爲〇·1〜]·〇%。 5. —種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲1,1,2,2 -四氟乙 2,2,2 —三氟乙基醚.(R3 4 7 )與反式—1,2 —二氯乙 tDCE )與甲醇(Me OH )製成之溶劑組成物,其對 R3 4 7 )與(tDCE )與(MeOH )之合計量,(R347) 量爲 44.9%, (tDCE)之含量爲 50.0%, (MeOH) 量爲5 . 1 %。 6. —種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲1,1,2 52 —四氟乙 2,2,2—三氟乙基醚(R3 4 7 )與反式一1,2 —二氯乙 tDCE )與乙醇(EtOH )製成之溶劑組成物,其對 R3 4 7 )與(tDCE)與(EtOH)之合計量,(R3 4 7 ) 量爲 49.0%, (tDCE)之含量爲 48.5%, (EtOH) 量爲2.5 %。 7. —種溶劑組成物,其特徵爲1, 1,2,2—四氟乙 2,2,2 —三氟乙基醚(R347)與反式一 1,2 —二氯乙 tDCE )與2 -丙醇(IPA )製成之溶劑組成物,其對 R3 4 7 )與(tDCE)與(IPA)之合計量,(R3 4 7 )之 爲 49.7%, (tDCE)之含量爲 50.5%, (IPA)之含 0.3% 。 ;IPA 基― 燃( 於( 之含 之含 基一 烯( 於( 之含 之含 基— 烯( 於( 含量 里爲 -25- 200402411 柒、(一) (二) 、本案指定代表圖為:無圖 、本代表圖之元件代表符號簡單說明: Μ 荆、本案若 式: 有化學式時,請揭示最能顯示發明特徵的化學
