Abstract
Bir mükemmel hedef ürün verimi ve mükemmel katalizör sürtünme direncine sahip silika destekli katalizör üretmek için. Propanın bir buhar fazı katalitik oksidasyonu veya amoksidasyonunda kullanılacak Mo, V, Nb ve bir bileşen X (Sb ve/veya Te) içeren bir silika destekli katalizörün üretilmesine yönelik bir yöntem, şu adımları içermektedir: (I) Mo, V, Nb, bileşen X, bir silika çözeltisi ve suyun karıştırılmasıyla bir ham malzeme karışım çözeltisinin hazırlanması; (II) ham malzeme karışım çözeltisinin kurutulmasıyla bir kuru tozun elde edilmesi; ve (III) kuru tozun kalsine edilmesiyle bir silika destekli katalizörün elde edilmesi, burada silika çözeltisi SiO2'ye bağlı olarak nitrat iyonlarının ağırlıkça 10 ila 270 ppm'ini içermektedir.
