Abstract

Bu bulus, piperazin halka içeren bilesikler,özellikle mirtazapinin hazirlanmasi için yönteme dogrultulmustur. Bu bulus uyarinca, mirtazapin ara maddesi 1-(3-karboksipiridil-2)-4-metil-2-fenil-piperazin, 1-(3-sianopiridil-2)-4-metil-2-fenil-piperazin molü basina yaklasik olarak 12 mole kadar baz oraninda mevcut bir baz ile 1-(3-sianopiridil-2)-4-metil-2-fenil piperazin, 1-(3-sianopiridil-2-4-metil-2-fenil-piperazin) ile potasyum kloridin oda sicakliginda en az yaklasik 130 oC de hidrolizi ile yapilabilir. Bu bulusun yöntemi ayni zamanda 2-1mino-3-hidroksimetil piridinin N-metil-1-fenil-2, 2'-iminodietil klorid ile 1-(3- hidroksimetilpiridil-2)-4-metil-2-fenil piperazin olusturmak için tepkimesi ve mirtazapin olusturmak için 1-(3-hidroksimetilpiridil-2)-fenil-4- metilpiperazine sülfürik asit eklenmesini içerir. Bu bulus ayrica ham mirtazapinden mirtazapinin yeniden krisallestirilmesi için yeni bir yöntem ile ilgilidir.
