Abstract

Saf melamin üretimine yönelik bir yöntem olup, bu yöntemde, yüksek basinç süreci içerisinde, üreden üretilen melamin eriyigi, amonyak ilavesi ile söz konusu amonyak basincina bagli melamin erime noktasinin yaklasik 1 ila 50 oC üzerinde bulunan bir isida sogutulur, ve bunun üzerine, ya a) su veya sulu, amonyak ve/veya melamin içeren çözelti veya süspansiyon ile söndürme islemi uygulanir ve melamin katilastirilir - ya da b) soguk sivi veya gaz halindeki amonyak ile söndürme islemi uygulanir; ve bu islem sirasinda melamin katilastirilir, ve ikinci bir asamada su veya sulu amonyak ve/veya melamin içeren bir çözelti veya süspansiyon ile sogutulmaya devam edilir ve c) buna müteakiben melamin izole edilir.
