LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA LA PREPARACION DE MELAMINA MEDIANTE LA ALIMENTACION DE UREA FUNDIDA Y DE GAS DE AMONIACO CALIENTE EN UN REACTOR QUE TIENE UNA PRESION DE ENTRE 50 Y 150 BARAS Y A UNA TEMPERATURA DE ENTRE 360 Y 430 (GRADOS) C, CON LO QUE SE OBTIENE UN PRODUCTO DE REACCION QUE CONTIENE UNA MASA FUNDIDA DE MELAMINA LIQUIDA Y UNA MEZCLA DE GAS. LA MEZCLA DE GAS SE SEPARAD DE LA MASA FUNDIDA DE MELAMINA LIQUIDA, Y LA MASA FUNDIDA DE MELAMINA LIQUIDA ASI OBTENIDA SE DIRIGE A UN VAPORIZADOR DENTRO DEL CUAL SE VAPORIZA, Y EL GAS QUE CONTIENE MELAMINA OBTENIDO EN EL VAPORIZADOR SE REFRIGERA EN UN EXTINTOR, EN CUYO CASO LA MELAMINA SE CRISTALIZA EN UN ESTADO MUY PURO, EN DONDE LA PUREZA ES NORMALMENTE COMO MINIMO DEL 99,9%.
