Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 融解した尿素と高温のアンモニアガスを、気圧50バール以上150バー ル以下の範囲、温度360℃以上430℃以下の範囲の反応装置に供給すること によって尿素からメラミンを生成し、液状のメラミン溶融物とガス混合物を含む 反応生成物を製造する方法において、前記ガス混合物を液状メラミン溶融物から 分離し、得られた液状メラミン溶融物を蒸発装置を用いて蒸発させ、蒸発装置か ら得られるガス含有メラミンを冷却することによってメラミンを高純度な状態に 結晶化させることを特徴とするメラミンの製造方法。 2. メラミンの純度が少なくとも99.9%であることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載のメラミンの製造方法。 3. 蒸発装置中で、減圧、温度上昇、蒸発装置内へのアンモニアの供給、或い はこれら3つの方法の中の2つ或いは全部を用いてメラミンを蒸発させることを 特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のメラミンの製造方法。 4. 蒸発装置内のメラミンの保持期間が30分未満、好ましくは10分未満で あことを特徴とする上記のいずれかの請求項に記載のメラミンの製造方法。 5. ガス含有メラミンを液状冷却剤に直接接触させることによって、130℃ 未満の温度、及び40バール未満の気圧で冷却することを特徴とする上記のいず れかの請求項に記載のメラミンの製造方法。 6. 前記の冷却剤がアンモニアまたは水であることを特徴とする請求項5に記 載のメラミンの製造方法。
