Claims (1)

  1. ки дл  шарика 2 (фигЛ-пунктиром) и внутреннюю вогнутую сферическую поверхность 3, взаимодействующую с соответствующей выпуклой поверхностью сепаратора 4, который имеет частично цилиндрическую,внутреннюю поверхность и частично вогнутую сф рическую поверхность 5, которой он взаимодействует с соответствующей сферической выпуклой поверхностью внутреннего элемента 6. Сепаратор имеет отверсти  дл  шариков, накло ненные под углом к плоскости, перп дикул рной оси, и смещенные относи тельно центра его сечени  в сторону внутренней вогнутой части (фиг.2), но так, чтобы один край отверсти  проходил через внутреннюю цилиндрическую часть,   второй - через вогн тую сферическую,при этом центр внут ренней вогнутой поверхности сепарат ра 02 и центр внешней выпуклой его поверхности 0 наход тс  по разные стороны от центра линии расположенных диаметрально противоположно шар ков (фиг.1 и 2); причем рассто ние Og-O меньше, чем . Продольные канавки дл  шариков ча внутренней поверхности внешнего элемента в развертке выполнены под углом (Ь к линии, перпендикул рной его оси (фиг.З), а канавки на внешней поверхности, внутреннего элемента так же в развертке направлены к линии, перпендикул рной оси этого элемента под углом fbg меньшим, чем |Ъ , при этом сами элементы установлены относительно друг друга так, что их продольные оси пересекаютс  в центре и образуют между собой угол с6 / при этом шарики располагаютс  по пересечении канавок внутреннего и внешнего элемента по линии, расположенной внутри угла сС , и образуют с осью внешнего элемента угол f, приблизительно равный половине угла ai , Такое выполнение шарнира позвол ет повысить статическую погрузочную способность при улучшении синхронности движени  шариков. Формула изобретени  Универсальный шарнир,, содержащий внешний цилиндрический полый элемент с внутренними продольными канавками дл  шариков и вогнут ой сферической или цилиндрической поверхностью между канавками, внутренний элемент, устанавливаемый на торце рабочего вала и имеющий наружную сферическую поверхность, на которой выполнены продольные канавки дл  шариков, сепаратор с частично сферической вогнутой внутренней поверхностью, взаимодействующей, с наружной поверхностью внутреннего элемента, и со сферической выпуклой наружной поверхностью, взаимодействующей с внутренней поверхностью наружного элемента, а так же имеющий отверсти  дл  расположенных в них шариков, по количеству, равному количеству канавок во внутреннем и наружном элементах, отличающийс  тем,- что, с целью повышени  нагрузочной способности шарнира и надежности его работы при угловом смещении соедин емых рабочих валов, центры вогнутой-сферической поверхности сепаратора и его наружной поверхности расположены по разные стороны от центра между расположенными диаметрально противоположно шариками, причем центр внутренней поверхности сепаратора ближе к цент- ру между шариками, чем центр наружной его поверхности, а отверсти  дл  шариков в сепараторе смещены относительно центра его поперечного сечени  в сторону вогнутой внутренней поверхности, при этом канавки дл  шариков в наружном и внутреннем элементах выполнены под углами к их оси, 9 также друг к другу, и сами элементы установлены под заданным углом один относительно другого так, что шарики располагаютс в обоих канавках по пр мой линии внутри указаннрго угла 11сточники информации, прин тые во вншлание при экспертизе 1.Патент США №3656318, кл.64-21, 1970.
