Claims (1)

  1. пелыю ж  канавки дл  шариков 4. Внутренний элемекг 2 имеет также параллельные оси канавки дл  шариков 4 на наружной поверхности. В -паре сопр женных канавок установлено по одному шарику 4. Сепаратор 3 выполнен с наружной сферическо понерхносгью 6, взаимодействующей с внутренней сф рической поверхностью 7 внешнего элемента 1. Внутренн   поверхность 8 сепаратора 3 вьшолнена также сферической, взаимодействующей с ответной наружной сферической поверхностью 9, управл ющей обоймы 5, установленной на наружной поверхности 10 внутреннего элемета 2 шарнира. Центр Oi внутренней сферической поверхности 8 и центр 0 наружной поверхности 6 сепаратора 3 расположены с разных сторон от плоскости, проход щей через цешры п)огиволежащих шариков и центр шарнира О, а (хи БВ отеерстий дл  шариков в сепараторе 3 расположены под углом о. к этой плоскости. Шарнир уплотнен манжетами 11 и 12. Внутренний элемен и пап 13 вьтолнены за одно целое. При этом 11ов..рхносгь 14 отверстий дл  шариков 4 наклоиену под углом Q к средней плоскости, а иротирдлюложиые поверхности 15 выполнены паpajiiie .Mwio иоверхнос ш 14. lljHi работе шарнира с перекосом осей валов внут(Хнний элемент поворачиваетс  в течение каждого оборота относительно внешнего элемента, причем сепаратор проворачиваетс  на угол, несколько меньший Г1олно1-о угла сгиба, а паход шдес  в удлиненных отверсти х сепаратора шарики 4 перемещаютс  при относительном движении внешнего и , 2 внутреннего элe жнтoв при сгибе в радиальном направлении между сепаратором по поверхности 14 отверстий в направлении к гомокинетической плоскости . Этим обеспечиваетс  автоматическа  оптимальна  самоустановка шариков и синхро1ша  работа шарнира. Формула изобретени  Универсальный шарни}), содержащий внепший полый элемент с внутренними продольными канавками дл  шариков, внутренний элемент с наружной сферической поверхностью с канавками на ней дл  шариков , установленный между ними сепаратор с участком сферической вогнутой внутренней поверхности и со сферической наружной выпуклой поверхностью, имеющий отверсти  дл  шариков, количество которых равно числу канавок на сферических поверхност х внешнего и внутреннего элементов, а цешры сферических вогнутой и выпуклой поверхностей расположены по разные стороны плоскости, проход щей через центры противолежащих шариков, о тличающийс  тем, что, с целью обеспечени  удержани  шариков в гомокинетической. (синхронной ) плоскости, проход щей через биссектрису угла .между ос ми внешнего и внутреннего элементов , и повышени  эф()ективкости работы шарнира, оси отверстий дл  шариков в сепараторе pactiojioжены под углом к плоскости, проход щей через цешры противолежащих шариков.
