Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени , в частности к шарнирным соединени м деталей машин.
Известны шарнирные соединени с синхронным вращением, содержащие полый внешний и сплошной внутренний элементы с дорожками качени дл расположенных между ними в сепараторе шариков, причем внешний элемент имеет цилиндрическую форму, а сепаратор выполнен со сферическими наружной и внутренней поверхност ми, центры которого расположены на одинаковом рассто нии от плоскости, проход щей через центры шариков 1.
Такие шарнирные соединени позвол ют п эоизводить как наклон, так и продольное перемещение внутреннего элемента во внешнее.
Однако при относительном увеличении размера перемещени внутреннего элемента внутри наружного и одновременном наклоне его оси шарики частично выпадают из гнезд сепаратора , что недопустимо и может привести к выходу из стро шарнирного соединени .
Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение угла наклона внутреннего элемента относительно наружного при
максимальном рассто нии между центральными пунктами сферических внешних и внутренних поверхностей сепаратора.
Дл этого в предлагаемом соединении сепаратор имеет радиально направленные выступы, выполненные в зоне его окошек.
На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемое шарнирное соединение, разрез; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид в плане, разрез.
Шарнирное соединение состоит из цилиндрического полого внешнего элемента 1 с продольными канавками дл тел качени 2 его внутренней поверхности и внутреннего элемента 3 с продольными канавками 4 на его наружной поверхности, а в канавках между внешним 1 и внутренним 3 элементами раслоложены шарики 5, установленные в сепараторе 6, имеющем наружную сферическую поверхность 7 и внутреннюю сферическую поверхность 8, взаимодействующую с соответствующей поверхностью управл ющих элементов 9, закрепленных на поверхности внутреннего элемента 3.
