Abstract
【解決手段】対向軌道継ぎ手の形における等速固定ボール継ぎ手が外方継ぎ手部材と、内方継ぎ手部材と、外方軌道および内方軌道からなっている軌道対に収容されるトルク伝達ボールと、ボールが共通平面内に保持されかつ前記継ぎ手が連接されるとき角度2等分平面上に案内されるケージ窓を有するボールケージを含んでおり、第1外方軌道が、第1内方軌道とともに、第1軌道対を形成し、その軌道が内方継ぎ手部材の接続端部に向かって第1軸方向に走行する互い異なりかつ第1ボールを保持し、第2外方軌道が、第2内方軌道とともに、第2軌道対を形成し、その軌道が外方継ぎ手部材の接続端部に向かって第2軸方向に走行する互いから異なりかつ第2ボールを保持し、第1軌道対が第1軌道対と反対に半径方向に位置決めされそして第2軌道対が第2軌道対と反対に半径方向に位置決めされる。

Description
叙上のごとく、本発明は、対向軌道継ぎ手の形における等速固定ボール継ぎ手において、外方軌道を有する外方継ぎ手部材、内方軌道を有する内方継ぎ手部材、前記外方軌道および前記内方軌道からなっている軌道対に収容されるトルク伝達ボール、および前記ボールが共通平面内に保持されかつ前記継ぎ手が連接されるとき角度2等分平面上に案内されるケージ窓を有するボールケージを含んでおり;第1外方軌道が、第1内方軌道とともに、第1軌道対を形成し、その軌道が前記内方継ぎ手部材の接続端部に向かって第1軸方向に走行する互い異なりかつ第1ボールを保持し;第2外方軌道が、第2内方軌道とともに、第2軌道対を形成し、その軌道が前記外方継ぎ手部材の接続端部に向かって第2軸方向に走行する互いから異なりかつ第2ボールを保持し;第1軌道対が第1軌道対と反対に半径方向に位置決めされそして第2軌道対が第2軌道対と反対に半径方向に位置決めされる構成としたので、改良された制御特性を有する対向軌道継ぎ手を備えた等速固定ボール継ぎ手を提供することができる。

Claims (1)
- 対向軌道継ぎ手の形における等速固定ボール継ぎ手において、外方軌道(16)を有する外方継ぎ手部材(11)と、内方軌道(26)を有する内方継ぎ手部材(21)と、前記外方軌道および前記内方軌道からなっている軌道対に収容されるトルク伝達ボール(36)と、前記ボールが共通平面内に保持されかつ前記継ぎ手が連接されるとき角度2等分平面上に案内されるケージ窓(34)を有するボールケージ(31)とを含み、第1外方軌道(161)が、第1内方軌道(261)とともに、第1軌道対を形成し、その軌道が前記内方継ぎ手部材(21)の接続端部に向かって第1軸方向(R1)に互いから離れて延びかつ第1ボール(361)を保持し、第2外方軌道(162)が、第2内方軌道(262)とともに、第2軌道対を形成し、その軌道が前記外方継ぎ手部材(11)の接続端部に向かって第2軸方向(R2)に互いに離れて延びかつ第2ボール(362)を保持し、前記第1軌道対(161,261)が該第1軌道対(161,261)と反対に半径方向に位置決めされ、前記第2軌道対(162,262)が該第2軌道対(162,262)と反対に半径方向に位置決めされることを特徴とする等速固定ボール継ぎ手。
