Description
(54) УСТРОЙСТВО 1ШЯ ПЕРЕМЕШИВАНИЯ И НАСЫЩЕНИЯ ЖИДКОСТИ
ГАЗОМ
по проходаому сечению входного патрубка 3, при этом п{ж обтекании жидкостью трубок 6 возникает ударно-отражательный эффект движени жидкости у их наружный стенок, которьй способствует увелизднию эффекта диспергащш газа в жидкости и ее перемешиванию Чем больше трубок 6 имеетс в различных плоскост х, тем лучше смешиваетс газ с жидкостью. Дисперси , образующа с таким образом , протекает через рабочее колесо 2 и еще раз получает ускорение. Следовательно, здесь образуетс дисперси воздуха в жидкости прежде, чем эта предварительна дисперси будет захвачена рабочим колесом, и прежде, чем будет произведено собственно интенсивное смещение газа с эщкостью . Благодар тому, что эффекты складываютс , создаетс отлична аэраци дл роста многих микроорганизмов с высоким потреблением кислорода .

- Формула изобретениУстройство дл перемешивани и насыщение жидкости газом, например питательной среды, при выращивании микроорганизмов, состо щее из укрепленного на валу рабочего колеса с коаксиально расположенным входным патрубком в виде сопла Вентури, наход щимс над рабочим колесом, и обечайки, установленной над входным патрубком , отличающеес тем, что, с целью увеличени количества засасьгааемого газа, оно шабжено камерой, имеющей р д труб дл предварительного диспергировани газа в жидкости, укрепленных в ее стенках, и газ(И1одвод щую трубу.Источники информации, прин тые во внимание при экспертизе:i; Патент Швейцарии №545651, В О F 5/16, 15.02.74.8jL.иг.1:s11
