Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the drafting efficiency and the rate of oxygen transfer in a tower-type umlti-stage cultivation vessel, by providing a plurality of partition walls in the draft tube of the vessel, thereby giving turbulence to the ascending flow of gas-liquid mixture.
