Claims (18)

1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pripravo fleksibilne pene z reakcijo predpolimera z vrednostjo NCO 3-15 mas.%, ki je reakcijski produkt, dobljen z reakcijo prebitne količine poliizocianata s polieter poliolom ali z zmesjo takih poliolov, pri čemer ima omenjeni poliol ali zmes povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost od 2 do 6, povprečno hidroksilno ekvivalentno maso od 500 do 5000 in vsebnost oksietilena vsaj 50 mas.%, z vodo, pri čemer je količina vode od 15 do 500 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera, označen s tem, da je na začetku reakcije temperatura predpolimera 10-50°C in je temperatura vode 10-50°C višja od temperature pred-ipolimera.
2. Postopek za pripravo fleksibilne pene po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je na začetku reakcije temperatura vode 25-90°C.
3. Postopek po zahtevkih 1 in 2, označen s tem, da je temperatura predpolimera 15-30°C, temperatura vode je 40-70°C, pri čemer je temperatura vode 20-45°C višja od temperature predpolimera.
4. Postopek po zahtevkih 1-3, označen s tem, da ima predpolimer vrednost NCO 3-10 mas.% in je reakcijski produkt, dobljen z reakcijo prebitne količine poliizocianata, ki vsebuje vsaj 65 mas.% 4,4’-difenilmetandiizocianata ali njegove variante in ima poliol ali zmes poliolov povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost od 2,5 do 3,5, povprečno hidroksilno ekvivalentno maso od 1000 do 3000 in vsebnost oksietilena od 50 do 85 mas.% in je količina vode 30-300 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
5. Postopek po zahtevkih 1-4, označen s tem, da reakcijo med predpolimerom in vodo vodimo v prisotnosti 0,01-10 masnih delov poliola (2) na 100 masnih delov predpolimera, pri čemer ima poliol (2) povprečno molekulsko maso 500-10000 in povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost 2-6, in je ta poliol polioksietilen-polimer ali polioksietilen polioksipropilen blok sopolimer z vsebnostjo oksietilena vsaj 30 mas.%.
6. Postopek po zahtevku 5, označen s tem, da ima poliol (2) povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost 2 in vsebnost oksietilena 35-70 mas.%. 2
7. Postopek po zahtevku 5, označen s tem, da ima poliol (2) vsebnost oksietilena vsaj 70 mas.% in je količina uporabljene vode vsaj 40 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
8. Postopek po zahtevkih 1-7, označen s tem, da reakcijo med predpolimerom in vodo izvedemo v prisotnosti superabsorbirnega polimera.
9. Postopek po zahtevku 8, označen s tem, da superabsorbirni polimer uporabimo v količini od 10 do 70 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
10. Postopek po zahtevkih 8-9, označen s tem, da superabsorbirni polimer izberemo izmed superabsorbimih polimerov na osnovi akrilnih ali metakrilnih kislin, njihovih estrov, nitrilov, amidov in/ali soli; superabsorbimih polimerov na osnovi polisaharida in superabsorbimih polimerov na osnovi anhidrida maleinske kisline.
11. Postopek za pripravo fleksibilne pene z reakcijo predpolimera z vrednostjo NCO 3-15 mas.%, ki je reakcijski produkt, dobljen z reakcijo prebitne količine poliizocianata s polieter poliolom ali zmesjo takih poliolov, pri čemer ima omenjeni poliol ali zmes povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost od 2 do 6, povprečno hidroksilno ekvivalentno maso od 500 do 5000 in vsebnost oksietilena vsaj 50 mas.%, z vodo, pri čemer je količina vode od 15 do 500 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera, označen s tem, da reakcijo predpolimera in vode vodimo v prisotnosti superabsorbirnega polimera.
12. Postopek po zahtevku 11, označen s tem, da ima predpolimer vrednost NCO 3-10 mas.% in je reakcijski produkt, dobljen z reakcijo prebitne količine poliizocianata, ki vsebuje vsaj 65 mas.% 4,4’-difenilmetandiizocianata ali njegove variante in ima poliol ali zmes poliolov povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost od 2,5 do 3,5, povprečno hidroksilno ekvivalentno maso od 1000 do 3000 in vsebnost oksietilena od 50 do 85 mas.% in je količina vode 30-300 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
13. Postopek po zahtevkih 11-12, označen s tem, da reakcijo med predpolimerom in vodo vodimo v prisotnosti 0,01-10 masnih delov poliola (2) na 100 masnih delov predpolimera, pri čemer ima poliol (2) številčno povprečno molekulsko maso 500-10000 in povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost 2-6, in je ta poliol poliok- 3 sietilenpolimer ali polioksietilen polioksipropilen blok sopolimer z vsebnostjo ok-sietilena vsaj 30 mas.%.
14. Postopek po zahtevku 13, označen s tem, da je količina poliola (2) 0,05-3 masne dele na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
15. Postopek po zahtevkih 13-14, označen s tem, da ima poliol (2) povprečno nominalno hidroksilno funkcionalnost 2 in vsebnost oksietilena 35-70 mas.%.
16. Postopek po zahtevkih 13-14, označen s tem, da ima poliol (2) vsebnost oksietilena vsaj 70 mas.% in je količina uporabljene vode vsaj 40 masnih delov na 100 'masnih delov predpolimera.
17. Postopek po zahtevkih 11-16, označen s tem, da superabsorbimi polimer uporabimo v količini od 10 do 70 masnih delov na 100 masnih delov predpolimera.
18. Postopek po zahtevkih 11-17, označen s tem, da superabsorbirni polimer izberemo izmed superabsorbirnih polimerov na osnovi akrilnih ali metakrilnih kislin, njihovih estrov, nitrilov, amidov in/ali soli, izmed superabsorbirnih polimerov na osnovi polisaharida in superabsorbirnih polimerov na osnovi anhidrida maleinske kisline.
