Abstract

Un proceso para preparar una espuma flexible mediante la reaccion de un prepolímero que posee un valor de NCO de 3-15% por peso, que es el producto dereaccion obtenido mediante la reaccion de una cantidad excesiva de un poliisocianatoc on un poliol de polieter o una mezcla de tales polioles, dichopoliol o mezcla posee una funcionalidad de hidroxilo nominal promedio de desde 2 a 6, un peso equivalente de hidroxilo promedio de desde 500 a 5000 y uncontenido de oxietileno de porlo m enos 50% por peso, con agua, siendo la cantidad de agua 15-500 partes por peso por 100 partes por peso de prepolímerocaracterizado porque la reaccion del propolímero y el agua es llevada a cabo en la presencia de un polímerosuperabsorbente.
