Claims (20)

  1. STRUKTURNI SKLOP IN METODA SESTAVE LE-TEGA PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Sklop, ki vsebuje prvi sklopni člen (10) in drugi sklopni člen (20), ki sta pritrjena drug na drugega prek vezne ureditve, ki vsebuje prvi povezovalni element (34) in drugi povezovalni element (32); prvi povezovalni element (34) fiksno sprejme prvi segment znotraj prvega sklopnega člena (10) in sprejme drugi segment znotraj drugega sklopnega člena (20); drugi povezovalni element (32) sprejme vsaj povezovalni segment znotraj omenjenega drugega sklopnega člena (20); pri čemer drugi segment prvega povezovalnega elementa (34) vsebuje eno ali več vdolbin (36), ki so konfigurirane za sprejem in medsebojno povezavo z ustreznim delom povezovalnega segmenta drugega povezovalnega elementa (32), da se prepreči odklop med prvim sklopnim členom in drugim sklopnim členom z omejevanjem izvlečenja prvega povezovalnega elementa (34) iz drugega sklopnega člena (20), označen s tem, da je prvi sklopni člen krmilna cev kolesa (10) in drugi sklopni člen je okvir kolesa (20) in oba člena sklopa sta narejena iz kartona.
  2. 2. Sklop po zahtevku 1, pri čemer se vsak od povezovalnih elementov (34) nadaljuje vzdolž vzdolžne osi in omenjeno povezovanje blokira osno izvlečenje le-teh.
  3. 3. Sklop po zahtevku 1, pri čemer so drugi povezovalni elementi (32) podaljšani, osi prvih (34) in drugih (32) povezovalnih elementov ali vsaj njihovih imaginarnih podaljškov se križajo druga z drugo ali imajo vsaj en štrleči del, pri katerem se zdi, da se križajo druga z drugo.
  4. 4. Sklop po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri čemer presečna oblika ene ali več vdolbin (36) po obliki in velikosti ustreza presečni obliki povezovalnega elementa (32) ki gre tja notri.
  5. 5. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-3, pri čemer je presečna oblika povezovalnih elementov, gledano navpično na vzdolžno os, oblike pravilnega večkotnika.
  6. 6. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-3, pri čemer je presečna oblika povezovalnih elementov, gledano pravokotno na vzdolžno os, krožna ali ovalna.
  7. 7. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-6, pri čemer prvi povezovalni element (34) štrli iz prvega sklopnega člena, medtem ko je drugi povezovalni element (32) v celoti sprejet znotraj drugega sklopnega člena (20).
  8. 8. Sklop po zahtevku 7, pri čemer je prvi povezovalni element (34) oblikovan z vdolbino, ki je konfigurirana za sprejem dela drugega povezovalnega elementa (32).
  9. 9. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-8, pri čemer ima prvi sklopni člen (10) set prvih povezovalnih elementov (34) in drugi sklopni člen (20) ima ustrezni set drugih povezovalnih elementov (32), ki so konfigurirani za spajanje s setom prvih povezovalnih elementov (34).
  10. 10. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-9, pri čemer je vsaj eden od prvih (34) in drugih (32) povezovalnih elementov narejen iz organskega materiala.
  11. 11. Sklop po zahtevku 10, pri čemer je organski material les.
  12. 12. Sklop po zahtevku 10, pri čemer je organski material karton.
  13. 13. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-12, pri čemer je drugi sklopni člen (20) vnaprej oblikovan s prvim setom odprtin (27), ki so konfigurirane za to, da sprejmejo set prvih povezovalnih elementov (34), in drugim setom odprtin (28), ki so konfigurirane za to, da sprejmejo drugi set povezovalnih elementov (32).
  14. 14. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-12, pri čemer so drugi povezovalni elementi (32) konfigurirani za to, da oblikujejo odprtine (28) znotraj drugega sklopnega člena (20) med sestavljanjem.
  15. 15. Sklop po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-12, pri čemer, ko so povezovalni elementi medsebojno povezani, in se vsaj povezovalnim elementom, ki so oblikovani z vdolbinami (36), prepreči odstranitev vzdolž vzdolžne osi le-teh.

Metoda za sestavljanje strukture, ki vsebuje sledeče korake: - priskrbimo krmilno cev kolesa (10) in okvir kolesa (20), tako krmilna cev (10) kot tudi okvir (20) sta narejena iz kartona; - na krmilno cev (10) pritrdimo enega ali več prvih povezovalnih elementov (34), tako da je prvi segment sprejet v krmilno cev (10) in drugi segment štrli iz krmilne cevi (10); vsaj eden izmed enega ali več prvih povezovalnih elementov (34) vsebuje vdolbino (36); - vstavimo drugi segment enega ali več prvih povezovalnih elementov (34) v okvir (20), tako da je ena ali več vdolbin (36) sprejeta vanj; - vstavimo enega ali več drugih povezovalnih elementov (32) v okvir, da so sprejeti znotraj ustreznih ene ali več vdolbin (36) prvih povezovalnih elementov (34).
  18. 18. Metoda po zahtevku 17, vključujoč vnaprej oblikovane odprtine (27, 28) vsaj znotraj okvirja.
  19. 19. Metoda po zahtevku 17 ali 18, pri čemer ima vsak prvi povezovalni element (34) prvo vzdolžno os in vsak drugi povezovalni element (32) ima drugo vzdolžno os, tako da pri sestavljanju prva os in druga os sekata druga drugo ali je vsaj videti, da sekata druga drugo.
  20. 20. Metoda po katerem koli od zahtevkov 17-19, vključujoč to, da se priskrbi pokrivalni člen (50), ki objema del krmilne cevi (10) in del okvirja (20).
