Abstract

Reiv.1 Un artículo absorbente desechable con una línea central longitudinal y una línea central lateral, una región de cintura delantera con un extremo de cintura delantero, una región de cintura posterior con un extremo de cintura posterior, una región de entrepierna dispuesta entre la regiones de cintura delantera y posterior y dos extremos laterales longitudinales separados que unen el extremo de cintura delantero al extremo de cintura posterior, caracterizado porque comprende un ensamble de componentes que incluyen: a) Un lienzo superior; b) Un lienzo inferior por debajo del lienzo superior; c) Un núcleo absorbente dispuesto entre el lienzo superior y el lienzo inferior, en donde el núcleo absorbente comprende al menos uno de una cubierta del núcleo, una capa de protección contra el polvo, una capa de captación, una capa de distribución y un miembro de almacenamiento; d) Al menos un componente adicional seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: i) Un sistema de sujeción apara unir la región de cintura delantera a la región de cintura posterior cuando el artículo absorbente se encuentra en uso; ii) Dobleces de barrera ubicados adyacentes y hacia el interior de uno de los extremos laterales longitudinales; iii) Dobleces obturadores ubicados entre el extremo lateral longitudinal y el doblez de barrera; iv) Orejas delanteras dispuestas en la región de cintura delantera; v) Orejas posteriores dispuestas en la región de cintura posterior; y vi) Un miembro de recepción; y e) Una composición de adhesivo termofundido adecuada para unir al menos componentes del artículo absorbente entre sí, en donde el adhesivo comprende: i) Una composición de poliolefina amorfa; y ii) Una composición de poliolefina heterofásica que comprende un carácter amorfo y bloques cristalinos. Reiv.15 Un método para ensamblar un artículo absorbente caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) Proporcionar una composición de adhesivo termofundido en donde el adhesivo comprende: iii) Una composición de poliolefina amorfa; y iv) Una composición de poliolefina heterofásica que comprende un carácter amorfo y bloques cristalinos; b) Proporcionar una pluralidad de componentes de artículos absorbentes; y c) Unir al menos uno de los componentes del artículo absorbente con otro de los componentes del artículo absorbente que usan el adhesivo para ensamblar el artículo absorbente.
