Abstract
Description
吸収性物品に関連する「使い捨て」は、洗濯する、あるいは別の方法で吸収性物品として復元するか再利用することが一般に意図されない(すなわち、単一回の使用の後で廃棄する、好ましくはリサイクルする、堆肥化する、あるいは環境に適合する方法で廃棄することが意図される)吸収性物品を意味する。
・コアカバーのダスティング層への接合、
・バックシート26のコア28への接合、
・バリアカフ60又はガスケッティングカフ70形成のため、弾性部材64の不織布及び/又はフィルムへの接合、
・バックシート26形成のため、不織布の蒸気透過性フィルムへの接合、
・バリアカフのトップシート24への接合、
・受入部材54のトップシート24への接合、
・耳部40、42のバックシート26への接合、
・コア基材層のコア吸収性ポリマー材料への接合、が挙げられる。
接着剤は、実質的に非晶質又はランダム重合したポリマー材料を含むポリオレフィンを含む第1ポリマー、及びヘテロ相ポリマーを含む第2ポリマーを含む。

式中、nは15〜75である。ポリイソブチレン材料は、分子量が約200〜20,000、約200〜5,000、又は約500〜2,000の粘性の液体である。好ましい材料は、100℃で約100〜20,000のセイボルトユニバーサル秒(SUS)粘度を有する。ポリイソブチレンに特有の特徴は、ガス透過性が低く、酸、アルカリ、及び塩溶液の作用に対する耐性が高いことに加えて、誘電率が高いことである。これらの特徴は、太陽光又は紫外線の作用下で徐々に低下する(カーボンブラックを添加することによりこの過程は遅くなる)。産業においては、ポリイソブチレンは、−80℃〜−100℃の温度でモノマーのイオン重合(AlCl3触媒)により製造される。これらは、ゴム産業で通常使用されている装置を使用して加工される。ポリイソブチレンは、天然又は合成ゴム、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、及びフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂と容易に混ざり合う。

・コアカバーをダスティング層に接合するための、スロットコーティングを使用する構造接着剤の塗布、
・コアをバックシートに接合するための、らせんスプレーにおける構造接着剤の塗布、
・カフを備える不織布材料を、バックシートを備える不織布材料に接合するための、らせんスプレーにおける構造接着剤の塗布、が挙げられる。
ホットメルト接着剤組成物を下記の通り溶融混練することによって配合した。特定の成分及び成分量を次の表2に示す。
Claims (15)
- 長手方向中心線及び横方向中心線、前側腰縁部を有する前側腰部領域、後側腰縁部を有する後側腰部領域、前記前側腰部領域と前記後側腰部領域の間に配置された股領域、及び前記前側腰縁部と前記後側腰縁部とを接合する2つの離間した長手方向側縁部を有する使い捨て吸収性物品であって、
a)トップシートと、
b)前記トップシートの下のバックシートと、
c)前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置され、コアカバー、ダスティング層、捕捉層、分配層、及び貯蔵部材の少なくとも1つを有する吸収性コアと、
d)
i)前記吸収性物品が装着された際に、前記前側腰部領域と前記後側腰部領域とを接合する締結システムと、
ii)前記長手方向側縁部のうちの1つの内周側に隣接して配置されるバリアカフと、
iii)前記長手方向側縁部と前記バリアカフとの間に配置されたガスケッティングカフと、
iv)前記前側腰部領域内に配置された前耳部と、
v)前記後側腰部領域内に配置された後耳部と、
vi)受入部材と、から成る群から選択された少なくとも1つの追加要素と、
e)少なくとも2つの吸収性物品構成要素を一体に接合するのに好適なホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、前記接着剤が
(i)非晶質ポリオレフィン組成物と、

(ii)非晶質特性及び結晶性ブロックを含むヘテロ相ポリオレフィン組成物と、を含む、工程と、
b)複数の吸収性物品構成要素を供給する工程と、
c)前記接着剤を使用して、前記吸収性物品構成要素の少なくとも1つを、前記吸収性物品構成要素の他の1つに接合して、前記吸収性物品を組み立てる工程と、を含む方法。
