Claims (13)
- EP 2 839 049 BI Jeklena pločevina, opremljena s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, postopek za izdelavo izdelka z uporabo takšne pločevine in tako pridobljen kos Patentni zahtevki1. Jeklena pločevina, opremljena s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, ki obsega 5 mas. % do 50 mas. % cinka, od 0,1 mas. % do 15 mas. % silicija in po izbiri do 10 mas. % magnezija ter do 0,3 mas. %, kumulativna vsebnost, dodatnih elementov, in ki nadalje obsega zaščitni element, ki je izbran izmed kositra v masnem odstotku med 0,1 % in 5 mas. %, indija v masnem odstotku med 0,01 % in 0,5 % in kombinacij le-teh, preostanek pa tvorijo aluminij in preostali elementi, od katerih je od 2 mas. % do 5 mas. % železa, ali neizogibne nečistote.

- 8. Jeklena pločevina, opremljena s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 7, katere obloga ima debelino med 10 pm in 50 pm.
- 9. Jeklena pločevina, opremljena s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 8, katere obloga je dobljena z vročim potapljanjem.
- 10. Postopek izdelave jeklenega dela, opremljenega s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, ki obsega naslednje stopnje, vzete v tem vrstnem redu in ki sestojijo iz: - zagotovitev jeklene pločevine, po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 9, ki je bila predhodno obložena po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 9, nato - rezanje navedene pločevine, da dobimo surovec, nato - segrevanje navedenega surovca pod neprotektivno atmosfero do avsteniziacijske temperature Tm med 840 °C in 950 °C, nato - vzdrževanje navedenega surovca pri navedeni temperaturi Tm za trajanje tm med 1 minuto in 8 minutami, nato - vroče vtiskovanje navedenega surovca, da dobimo obložen jekleni del, ki ga ohlajamo s takšno hitrostjo, da mikrostruktura navedenega jekla obsega vsaj eno sestavino, izbrano izmed martenzita in bainita, - temperatura Tm, čas tm, debelina predhodne obloge in njena vsebnost zaščitnega elementa cinka in po izbiri magnezija so izbrani tako, da je končna povprečna vsebnost železa v gornjem delu obloge navedenega dela manjša od 75 mas. %.
- 11. Postopek po zahtevku 10, pri katerem je debelina predhodne obloge večja ali enaka od 27 μηι, je njena vsebnost kositra večja ali enaka od 1 mas. % in je njena vsebnost cinka večja ali enaka od 20 mas. %.
- 12. Jekleni del, opremljen s katodno zaščitno žrtveno oblogo, ki se jo da dobiti po postopku po zahtevkih 10 ali 11.
