Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة المعالجة السطحية surface treatment لركيزة معدنية metal substrate ، مناسبة للاستخدام كدعم قطب كهربائي electrode في العمليات الكهروكيميائية electrochemical ، والتي تشتمل على الخطوات التالية: أ-غمر الركيزة المعدنية metal substrate المذكورة وإلكترود electrode مضاد واحد على الأقل في إلكتروليت electrolyte مختار من حمض الهيدروكلوريك hydrochloric acid ، حمض النيتريك nitric acid ، حمض البوريك boric acid أو حمض الكبريتيك sulfuric acid بتركيز وزن يتراوح بين 10-40%؛ ب-تطبيق كثافة تيار أنوديك anodic current density على الركيزة المعدنية metal substrate المذكورة بين 0.1 و30 أمبير/ديسيمتر مربع (م2) لمدة تتراوح بين 0.5 و120 دقيقة. ويتعلق الاختراع أيضًا بقطب كهربي electrode لتحرير الغاز في العمليات الكهروكيميائية electrochemical التي تم الحصول عليها من ركيزة معالجة مماثلة.
