Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتحضير زيوليت zeolite ZSM-5 . يوفر الاختراع الحالي طريقة لتحضير زيوليت zeolite ZSM-5 تشتمل على الخطوات التالية: تحضير محلول solution أول في حالة محلول من خلال تسخين خليط يشتمل على مصدر للسيليكا silica source ومصدر ألومينا alumina source وعامل تحييد ونواةZSM-5 البلورية crystalline ZSM-5 nucleus ؛ تحضير سائل التفاعل الأم عن طريق خلط محلول ثانٍ يشتمل على أملاح في المحلول الأول؛ وهي تتبلور باستمرار من خلال الإمداد المستمر لمفاعل تخليق مائي حراري hydrothermal synthesis reactor بسائل التفاعل الأم reaction mother liquid ، حيث يتم تحقيق الصيغة [1] أدناه. الصيغة [1] 0.40 ≤ Wa / Wb ≤ 0.20 شكل 1.
