Abstract
Description
(式中、R1及びR2は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立にC1−8アルキル、好ましくはC1−4アルキル、より好ましくはC1−2アルキルを表す)により表される化合物、その四級アンモニウム塩及びその四級水酸化アンモニウムから選択され、好ましくは4−ジメチルアミノピリジンである方法。
本発明によれば、SFE構造を有するモレキュラーシーブを製造するための方法は、先行技術と比較して大幅に簡略化され、これにより、SFE構造を有するモレキュラーシーブの製造がさらに容易になり、したがって、さらに工業的に実現可能である。
有機テンプレート4−ジメチルアミノピリジン 10.995g、水 54.0g、ホウ酸 0.470g、シリカゾル(SiO2 40重量%を含む) 22.5gを、均質になるまで混合し、以下の比(モル比)の混合物を得た:
SiO2/B2O3=40
4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=25
次いで、ステンレス製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、摂氏175度で3日間結晶化し、結晶化が完了したら、濾過、洗浄、乾燥してモレキュラーシーブ前駆体を得、次いでこれを空気中、摂氏650度で6時間焼成してモレキュラーシーブを得た。
有機テンプレート4−ジメチルアミノピリジン 36.651g、水 45g、二酸化ゲルマニウム 3.488g、ホウ酸 1.336g、シリカゾル(SiO2 40重量%を含む) 75gを、均質になるまで混合し、以下の比(モル比)の混合物を得た:

4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=10
次いで、ステンレス製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、摂氏180度で2日間結晶化し、結晶化が完了したら、濾過、洗浄、乾燥して合成型のモレキュラーシーブを得た。
有機テンプレート4−ジメチルアミノピリジン 109.95g、水 540g、ホウ酸 3.131g、水酸化アルミニウム 1.313g、シリカゾル(SiO2 40重量%を含む) 225.0gを、均質になるまで混合し、以下の比(モル比)の混合物を得た:

4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=25
次いで、ステンレス製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化し、結晶化が完了したら、濾過、洗浄、乾燥し、次いで前駆体を空気中、摂氏650度で6時間焼成してモレキュラーシーブを得た。
(SiO2+GeO2)/B2O3=40、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で70時間結晶化した以外は実施例2と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=39、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.3、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=200、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.2、H2O/SiO2=30、摂氏170度で80時間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=50、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=17.5、摂氏170度で2日間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=70、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.5、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で50時間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=45、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.36、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で2日間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
硫酸アルミニウムをアルミニウム源として使用し、SiO2/(Al2O3+B2O3)=40、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化した以外は実施例3と同様。
硝酸アルミニウムをアルミニウム源として使用し、SiO2/(Al2O3+B2O3)=100、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.3、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化した以外は実施例3と同様。
HFをフッ素源として導入し、SiO2/B2O3=45、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.5、F/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で48時間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
チタン酸テトラ−n−ブチルをチタン源として加え、SiO2/B2O3=40、SiO2/TiO2=50、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=25、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化した以外は実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=40、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.06、H2O/SiO2=5、摂氏170度で3日間結晶化し、結晶化が完了したら、濾過、洗浄、乾燥してモレキュラーシーブ前駆体を得、次いで前駆体を空気中、摂氏650度で6時間焼成してモレキュラーシーブを得た以外は実施例1と同様。
粉末の形態の実施例3において製造されたモレキュラーシーブ 30gを、硝酸アンモニウム水溶液(濃度1mol/L)により4回イオン交換して濾過し、摂氏110度で乾燥し、空気中、摂氏500度で6時間焼成した。次に、焼成したモレキュラーシーブ 1.5gを100mlステンレス製反応器に入れ、さらにそこにイソプロピルナフタレン 35gを入れ、反応器を閉じた。200rpmで撹拌下、250℃で48時間反応させた。反応が完了したら、系を室温まで冷却し、そこからモレキュラーシーブ粉末を遠心分離後、反応生成物をAgilent 19091N−236ガスクロマトグラフで分析したところ、イソプロピルナフタレン変換率22.82%、目的生成物2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレン及び2,7−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレンに対する全選択性79.88%を示した。
Claims (11)
- SFE構造を有するモレキュラーシーブを製造するための方法であって、第1の酸化物源、第2の酸化物源、有機テンプレート及び水を含む混合物を結晶化して前記SFE構造を有するモレキュラーシーブを得るステップと、場合により、前記得られたモレキュラーシーブを焼成するステップとを含み、前記有機テンプレートが、以下の式(A)
(式中、R1及びR2は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立にC1−8アルキル、好ましくはC1−4アルキル、より好ましくはC1−2アルキルを表す)により表される化合物、その四級アンモニウム塩及びその四級水酸化アンモニウムから選択され、好ましくは4−ジメチルアミノピリジンである方法。 - 前記第1の酸化物源が、ケイ素源及びゲルマニウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、好ましくはケイ素源であり、前記第2の酸化物源が、アルミニウム源、ホウ素源、鉄源、ガリウム源、チタン源、希土類源、インジウム源及びバナジウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、好ましくはホウ素源、又はホウ素源と、アルミニウム源、鉄源、ガリウム源、チタン源、希土類源、インジウム源及びバナジウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つとの組み合わせであり、より好ましくは、ホウ素源、ホウ素源とアルミニウム源との組み合わせ、又はホウ素源とチタン源との組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の酸化物源(前記第1の酸化物として)、前記第2の酸化物源(前記第2の酸化物として)、前記有機テンプレート及び水の間のモル比が、1:(0〜1/2):(0.01〜2.0):(4〜50)、好ましくは1:(0.001〜1/3):(0.01〜1.6):(4〜40)、より好ましくは1:(0.002〜0.25):(0.01〜1.0):(4〜40)、より好ましくは1:(0.004〜0.1):(0.01〜1.0):(4〜30)、より好ましくは1:(0.004〜0.05):(0.01〜0.9):(4〜30)、さらに好ましくは1:(0.004〜0.025):(0.01〜0.8):(4〜30)、さらに好ましくは1:(0.005〜0.02):(0.02〜0.8):(4〜30)、さらに好ましくは1:(0.01〜0.02):(0.04〜0.7):(4〜26)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結晶化が結晶化条件下で実施され、前記結晶化条件が、摂氏130〜210度、好ましくは摂氏140〜190度の結晶化温度、10時間〜10日、好ましくは10時間〜5日、より好ましくは1〜3日の結晶化期間を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がフッ素源を含み、前記第1の酸化物源(前記第1の酸化物として)に対する前記フッ素源のモル比が、(0.1〜2.0):1、好ましくは(0.1〜1.0):1、より好ましくは(0.1〜0.6):1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の酸化物源及び前記第2の酸化物源が、前記第1の酸化物及び前記第2の酸化物を同時に含む同じモレキュラーシーブに由来する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記SFE構造を有する前記モレキュラーシーブが、式「第1の酸化物・第2の酸化物」により表されるような化学実験式を有し、前記第2の酸化物に対する前記第1の酸化物のモル比が、2〜500、好ましくは3〜500、より好ましくは10〜400、より好ましくは20〜250、より好ましくは40を上回り、250を下回り、より好ましくは50〜200、より好ましくは50〜100であり、前記第1の酸化物が、シリカ及び二酸化ゲルマニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、好ましくはシリカであり、前記第2の酸化物が、アルミナ、酸化ホウ素、酸化鉄、酸化ガリウム、酸化チタン、希土類酸化物、酸化インジウム及び酸化バナジウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、好ましくは酸化ホウ素、又は酸化ホウ素と、アルミナ、酸化鉄、酸化ガリウム、酸化チタン、希土類酸化物、酸化インジウム及び酸化バナジウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つとの組み合わせであり、より好ましくは酸化ホウ素、酸化ホウ素とアルミナとの組み合わせ、又は酸化ホウ素と酸化チタンとの組み合わせであり、前記SFE構造を有する前記モレキュラーシーブが、好ましくはSSZ−48モレキュラーシーブである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式「SiO2・Al2O3」により表されるような化学実験式、式「SiO2・B2O3・Al2O3」により表されるような化学実験式、又は式「SiO2・B2O3・TiO2」により表されるような化学実験式(式中、SiO2/Al2O3=1:(0〜1/2)、好ましくはSiO2/Al2O3=1:(0.002〜0.1)、より好ましくはSiO2/Al2O3=1:(0.004〜0.05)、より好ましくはSiO2/Al2O3=1:(0.004〜0.025)、より好ましくはSiO2/Al2O3=1:(0.005〜0.02)、より好ましくはSiO2/Al2O3=1:(0.01〜0.02)、又は、SiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0〜1/2)、好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0.002〜0.1)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0.004〜0.05)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0.004〜0.025)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0.005〜0.02)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=1:(0.01〜0.02)、又はSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0〜1/2)、好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0.002〜0.1)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0.004〜0.05)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0.004〜0.025)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0.005〜0.02)、より好ましくはSiO2/(B2O3+TiO2)=1:(0.01〜0.02)である)を有する、前記SFE構造を有するモレキュラーシーブ。
- 請求項1に記載の方法にしたがって製造されるモレキュラーシーブ、又は請求項8に記載のモレキュラーシーブ、及びバインダーを含むモレキュラーシーブ組成物。
- 吸着剤、又は有機化合物を変換するための触媒としての、請求項1に記載の方法にしたがって製造されるモレキュラーシーブ、請求項8に記載のモレキュラーシーブ、又は請求項9に記載のモレキュラーシーブ組成物の使用。
- 有機化合物を変換するための前記触媒が、アルカン異性化触媒、オレフィンと芳香族との間のアルキル化のための触媒、オレフィン異性化触媒、ナフサ分解触媒、アルコールと芳香族との間のアルキル化のための触媒、オレフィン水和触媒及び芳香族不均化触媒からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項10に記載の使用。
