Abstract
【解決手段】化学組成;「第1の酸化物・第2の酸化物」で表され、第2の酸化物に対する第1の酸化物のモル比は40未満好ましくは3−40未満、より好ましくは5〜30であり、第1の酸化物は、シリカ及び二酸化ゲルマニウムから1以上選択され、第2の酸化物は、アルミナ、酸化ホウ素、酸化鉄、酸化ガリウム、酸化チタン、希土類酸化物、酸化インジウム及び酸化バナジウムから1以上選択され、前記モレキュラーシーブは、特定のXRDパターンを有するSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ。第1の酸化物源と、第2の酸化物源と有機テンプレート及び水を混合して、結晶化してモレキュラーシーブを得て、更に焼成して得る、SCM−10モレキュラーシーブの製造方法。前記モレキュラーシーブ4−アミノ−ピリジンである前記製造方法。

Description
産業において、多孔性無機物質が触媒及び触媒担体として広く用いられてきた。これらの多孔性物質には一般に、非晶質多孔性物質、結晶性モレキュラーシーブ及び変性多層物質が含まれる。任意の2物質間の構造におけるわずかな違いが、触媒性能及び吸着能といった特性におけるそれらの間の有意な違い、並びに形態、比表面積又は細孔径といった、それらを特徴づけるのに用いられる利用可能なパラメータにおける更なる違いを示す場合がある。
本発明者らは、従来技術に基づき、SFE構造を有する新規なモレキュラーシーブを見出し、更にその有益な特性を同定した。
に示すX線回折パターンを有する、SCM−10モレキュラーシーブ。
(式中、R1及びR2は、互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよく、各々独立に、C1−8アルキル、好ましくはC1−4アルキル、より好ましくはC1−2アルキルを表す)
で表される化合物、その4級アンモニウム塩及びその4級アンモニウム水酸化物からなる群より選択され、好ましくは4−ジメチルアミノピリジンである、方法。
本発明によれば、SCM−10モレキュラーシーブは、SFE構造を有するが、当該分野において以前には得られていない化学組成を有する。
以降、次の具体的な実施形態を参照して本発明を詳細に説明する。ただし、本発明の保護範囲は、これらの具体的な実施形態に限定されると解されるべきではなく、むしろ添付の特許請求の範囲によって決められるべきものであることに注意されたい。
で表される化合物、その4級アンモニウム塩又はその4級アンモニウム水酸化物、好ましくは4−ジメチルアミノピリジンであってよい。
以下の実施例は、本発明を限定するというよりも、本発明を説明するものである。
有機テンプレートの4−ジメチルアミノピリジン10.995g、水54.0g、ホウ酸1.879g、シリカゾル(SiO240重量%を含有)22.5gを均一になるまで混合して、次の比率(モル比):
SiO2/B2O3=10
4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=25
を有する混合物を得、次いでこれをステンレス鋼製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、175℃で3日間結晶化させ、結晶化が完結したら、濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させてモレキュラーシーブ前駆体を得、次いで、前記前駆体を、空気中650℃で6時間焼成して、モレキュラーシーブを得た。
有機テンプレートの4−ジメチルアミノピリジン36.651g、水45g、二酸化ゲルマニウム3.488g、ホウ酸3.34g、シリカゾル(SiO240重量%を含有)75gを均一になるまで混合して、次の比率(モル比):
(SiO2+GeO2)/B2O3=20
4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=10
を有する混合物を得、次いでこれをステンレス鋼製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、180℃で2日間結晶化させ、結晶化が完結したら、濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させて、合成形態のモレキュラーシーブを得た。
有機テンプレートの4−ジメチルアミノピリジン109.95g、水540g、ホウ酸9.394g、水酸化アルミニウム3.939g、シリカゾル(SiO240重量%を含有)225.0gを均一になるまで混合して、次の比率(モル比):
SiO2/(B2O3+Al2O3)=15
4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=25
を有する混合物を得、次いでこれをステンレス鋼製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、170℃で3日間結晶化させ、結晶化が完結したら、濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥させ、次いで前記前駆体を、空気中650℃で6時間焼成して、モレキュラーシーブを得た。
SiO2/GeO2=19.2、(SiO2+GeO2)/B2O3=35.2、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で70時間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例2と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=27、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.3、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で3日間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=20、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.2、H2O/SiO2=30とし、170℃で80時間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=10、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=17.5とし、170℃で2日間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=5、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.5、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で66時間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
SiO2/B2O3=35、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.36、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で3日間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
アルミニウム源として硫酸アルミニウムを用い、SiO2/(Al2O3+B2O3)=20、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で3日間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例3と同様。
フッ素源としてHFを添加し、SiO2/B2O3=15、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.5、F/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で60時間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
チタン源としてチタン酸テトラ−n−ブチルを添加し、SiO2/B2O3=10、SiO2/TiO2=30、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=25とし、170℃で3日間結晶化させたことを除き、実施例1と同様。
実施例3で製造した粉末状のモレキュラーシーブ30gを、硝酸アンモニウム水溶液(濃度1mol/L)で4回イオン交換し、濾過し、110℃で乾燥し、空気中500℃で6時間焼成した。次いで、焼成したモレキュラーシーブ1.5gを100mLステンレス鋼製反応器に入れ、そこへ更にイソプロピルナフタレン35gを導入し、反応器を閉じた。200rpmでの撹拌下、250℃で48時間反応を行った。反応が完結したら、系を室温まで冷却し、そこから遠心でモレキュラーシーブ粉末を単離した後、反応生成物をAgilent 19091N-236ガスクロマトグラフで分析し、これはイソプロピルナフタレン転化率26.82%と、目的生成物2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレン及び2,7−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレンに対する総選択性74.88%を示した。
Claims (10)
- 式「第1の酸化物・第2の酸化物」で表される実験化学組成を有するSCM−10モレキュラーシーブであって、第2の酸化物に対する第1の酸化物のモル比は、40未満、好ましくは3〜40未満の範囲、より好ましくは5〜30の範囲であり、第1の酸化物は、シリカ及び二酸化ゲルマニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種、好ましくはシリカであり、第2の酸化物は、アルミナ、酸化ホウ素、酸化鉄、酸化ガリウム、酸化チタン、希土類酸化物、酸化インジウム及び酸化バナジウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種、好ましくは、酸化ホウ素、又は酸化ホウ素と、アルミナ、酸化鉄、酸化ガリウム、酸化チタン、希土類酸化物、酸化インジウム及び酸化バナジウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種との組み合わせ、より好ましくは、酸化ホウ素、又は酸化ホウ素とアルミナとの組み合わせ、より好ましくは、酸化ホウ素であり、焼成された形態にある前記モレキュラーシーブは、本質的に下記表:
に示すX線回折パターンを有する、SCM−10モレキュラーシーブ。 - 前記混合物がアルカリ源を含まない、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がフッ素源を含まない、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がpH=6〜14、好ましくはpH=7〜14、より好ましくは8〜14、より好ましくは8.5〜13.5、より好ましくは9〜12、より好ましくは9〜11を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の酸化物源が、ケイ素源及びゲルマニウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種、好ましくはケイ素源であり、前記第2の酸化物源が、アルミニウム源、ホウ素源、鉄源、ガリウム源、チタン源、希土類源、インジウム源及びバナジウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種、好ましくは、ホウ素源、又はホウ素源と、アルミニウム源、鉄源、ガリウム源、チタン源、希土類源、インジウム源及びバナジウム源からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種との組み合わせ、より好ましくは、ホウ素源、又はホウ素源とアルミニウム源との組み合わせ、より好ましくは、ホウ素源であり、前記第1の酸化物源(第1の酸化物として)、前記第2の酸化物源(第2の酸化物として)、前記有機テンプレート及び水の間のモル比が、1:(0.025〜1/3):(0.01〜1.0):(4〜50)、好ましくは1:(1/30〜1/3):(0.02〜0.9):(4〜40)、より好ましくは1:(1/30〜1/5):(0.04〜0.8):(4〜30)であり、ただし、前記第2の酸化物源(第2の酸化物として)に対する前記第1の酸化物源(第1の酸化物として)のモル比が、40未満、好ましくは30未満である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ又は請求項3に記載の方法に従って製造されたSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ、及び結合剤を含むSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ組成物。
- 吸着剤、又は有機化合物を変換するための触媒としての、請求項1に記載のSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ、請求項3に記載の方法に従って製造されたSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ又は請求項8に記載のSCM−10モレキュラーシーブ組成物の使用。
- 前記有機化合物を変換するための触媒が、アルカン異性化触媒、オレフィンと芳香族化合物との間でのアルキル化用触媒、オレフィン異性化触媒、ナフサクラッキング触媒、アルコールと芳香族化合物との間でのアルキル化用触媒、オレフィン水和触媒及び芳香族化合物不均化触媒からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項9に記載の使用。
