Description
(式中、R1及びR2は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立してC1−8アルキル、好ましくはC1−4アルキル、より好ましくはC1−2アルキルを表す。)により表される化合物、その四級アンモニウム塩及びその四級水酸化アンモニウムから選択され、好ましくは4−ジメチルアミノピリジンである、局面1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
脱イオン水 3.6g、有機テンプレート4−ジメチルアミノピリジン 3.665g、二酸化ゲルマニウム 1.046g、水酸化アルミニウム 0.378g、シリカゾル(SiO2 40重量%を含む) 7.5g、HF 1.501gを、均質になるまで混合し、以下の比(モル比)の混合物を得た:
SiO2/GeO2=5
(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=25
4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6
F/SiO2=0.6
H2O/SiO2=10
次いで、ステンレス製反応器に入れ、撹拌下、まず摂氏100度で24時間、次いで摂氏125度で24時間、最後に摂氏150度で5日間結晶化し、結晶化が完了したら、濾過、洗浄し、摂氏110度で乾燥し、空気中、摂氏550度で6時間焼成してモレキュラーシーブを得た。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=10、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=30、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.8、F/SiO2=0.3、H2O/SiO2=20であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏100度で36時間、次いで摂氏145度で7日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=10、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=40、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.3、F/SiO2=0.4、H2O/SiO2=25であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏110度で18時間、次いで摂氏145度で6日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=7、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=15、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.2、F/SiO2=0.25、H2O/SiO2=15であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏105度で30時間、次いで摂氏150度で5日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=4、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=35、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.5、F/SiO2=0.45、H2O/SiO2=15であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏110度で24時間、次いで摂氏130度で24時間、最後に摂氏150度で3日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=3.5、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=15、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.7、F/SiO2=0.7、H2O/SiO2=25であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏95度で36時間、次いで摂氏125度で1日間、最後に摂氏155度で4日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=8、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=40、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6、F/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=30であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏95度で36時間、次いで摂氏155度で5日間結晶化した。
実施例1と同様にして(ただし、SiO2/GeO2=10、(SiO2+GeO2)/Al2O3=35、4−ジメチルアミノピリジン/SiO2=0.6、F/SiO2=0.8、H2O/SiO2=30であったことを除く。)、まず摂氏105度で36時間、次いで摂氏115度で1日間、最後に摂氏150度で6日間結晶化した。
粉末の形態の実施例3において生成したモレキュラーシーブ 80gを、硝酸アンモニウム水溶液(濃度1mol/L)により4回イオン交換し、濾過し、乾燥し、次いでアルミナ 20gと完全に混合し、そこに5重量%硝酸溶液を入れ、混練し、押出によりφ1.6×2mmストリップに成形し、次いで摂氏110度で乾燥し、空気中、摂氏500度で6時間焼成し、これにより所望の触媒を得た。
粉末の形態の実施例3において生成したモレキュラーシーブ 80gを、硝酸アンモニウム水溶液(濃度1mol/L)により4回イオン交換し、濾過し、摂氏110度で乾燥し、空気中、摂氏500度で6時間焼成した。次に、焼成したモレキュラーシーブ 1.5gを100mlステンレス製反応器に入れ、更にそこにイソプロピルナフタレン 35gを入れ、反応器を閉じた。200rpmで撹拌下、250℃で6時間反応を行った。反応が完了したら、系を室温まで冷却し、そこからモレキュラーシーブ粉末を遠心分離後、反応生成物をAgilent 19091N−236ガスクロマトグラフで分析したところ、イソプロピルナフタレン変換率32.28%、及び、目的生成物2,6−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレン及び2,7−ジ(イソプロピル)ナフタレンに対する全選択性79.83%を示した。
Claims (13)
- 比表面積300〜650m2/g及びミクロ孔容積0.06〜0.30cm3/gを有する、請求項1又は3に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- 8員環〜14員環の範囲の環孔路を有し、(アルゴン吸着法による)孔径0.54〜0.80nmを有する、請求項1又は3に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- そのUVラマン分光法において、波数384±10及び波数487±10に、顕著なシグナルピークが存在する、請求項1又は3に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- 多段階結晶化条件下で、第1の酸化物源、第2の酸化物源、有機テンプレート、フッ素源及び水を接触させてモレキュラーシーブを得る工程と、
場合により、得られたモレキュラーシーブを焼成する工程と、を含む、
SCM−11モレキュラーシーブを製造するための方法であって、
該第1の酸化物源がケイ素源であり、
該第2の酸化物源が、ゲルマニウム源とアルミニウム源との組み合わせであり、
前記多段階結晶化条件が、まず摂氏90〜110度で12〜36時間、次いで摂氏125〜135度で4〜36時間、最後に摂氏140〜155度で1〜5日間結晶化することを少なくとも含み、
前記ケイ素源が、ケイ酸、シリカゲル、シリカゾル、テトラアルコキシシラン及び水ガラスからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記ゲルマニウム源が、テトラアルコキシゲルマニウム、二酸化ゲルマニウム及び硝酸ゲルマニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記アルミニウム源が、水酸化アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、アルミニウム塩、アルミニウムアルコキシド、カオリン及びモンモリロナイトからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記有機テンプレートが、以下の式(A)
(式中、R1及びR2は、互いに同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ独立してC1−2アルキルを表す。)により表される化合物であり、
前記第1の酸化物源(前記第1の酸化物として)、前記第2の酸化物源(前記第2の酸化物として)、前記有機テンプレート、前記フッ素源(Fとして)及び水の間のモル比が、1:(0.001〜1/3):(0.1〜1.0):(0.1〜1.0):(4〜40)である、方法。 - 前記多段階結晶化条件が、まず摂氏110度で18〜30時間、次いで摂氏130度で12〜36時間、最後に摂氏150度で1.5〜3日間結晶化すること、を少なくとも含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウム塩が、硫酸アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウム、炭酸アルミニウム、リン酸アルミニウム、塩化アルミニウム及びミョウバンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記アルミニウムアルコキシドが、アルミニウムイソプロポキシド、アルミニウムエトキシド及びアルミニウムブトキシドからなる群より選択される少なくとも1つであり、
前記有機テンプレートが、4−ジメチルアミノピリジンである、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の酸化物源(前記第1の酸化物として)、前記第2の酸化物源(前記第2の酸化物として)、前記有機テンプレート、前記フッ素源(Fとして)及び水の間のモル比が、1:(0.0025〜0.25):(0.1〜0.8):(0.1〜1.0):(4〜40)である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のモレキュラーシーブと、バインダーとを含む、モレキュラーシーブ組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のモレキュラーシーブ、又は請求項12に記載のモレキュラーシーブ組成物の使用であって、吸着剤、アルカン異性化触媒、オレフィンと芳香族との間のアルキル化のための触媒、オレフィン異性化触媒、ナフサクラッキング触媒、アルコールと芳香族との間のアルキル化のための触媒、オレフィン水和触媒又は芳香族不均化反応触媒としての使用。
