Claims (23)

1. Барьерная покрывная композиция, включающая
– 30–70 вес.% стирол–(мет)акрилатного сополимера, который полимеризуется в присутствии стабилизатора и который имеет температуру стеклования Tg ≤20°C, предпочтительно ≤10°C,
– 30–70 вес.% поливинилового спирта, и
– не более 5,0 вес.% сшивающего реагента, который реагирует с НО– или НООС–группами.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение стирол–(мет)акрилатного сополимера к поливиниловому спирту составляет от 1:2 до 2:1.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что стирол–(мет)акрилатный сополимер имеет температуру стеклования в диапазоне –40–20°С, предпочтительно –30–15°С, более предпочтительно –20–10°С.
4. Композиция по пп. 1, 2 или 3, отличающаяся тем, что стирол–(мет)акрилатный сополимер полимеризуется в присутствии стабилизатора, который выбирается из крахмала или поливинилового спирта, предпочтительно крахмала.
5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–4, отличающаяся тем, что стирол–(мет)акрилатный сополимер имеет средневзвешенную молекулярную массу <100000 г/моль, предпочтительно <75000 г/моль.
6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–5, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает сшивающий реагент в количестве 0,1–5 вес.%, предпочтительно 0,1–4 вес.%, более предпочтительно 0,5–3 вес.%.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–6, отличающаяся тем, что сшивающий реагент выбирается из карбоната аммония–циркония, карбоната калия–циркония, глиоксаля или лимонной кислоты.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–7, отличающаяся тем, что поливиниловый спирт имеет молекулярную массу ≤50000 г/моль, предпочтительно 13000–50000 г/моль.
9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–8, отличающаяся тем, что поливиниловый спирт является по меньшей мере частично гидролизованным, предпочтительно со степенью гидролиза 85–98%.
10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–9, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает пластификатор в количестве 0,1–15 вес.%, предпочтительно 1–10 вес.%, более предпочтительно 2–7,5 вес.%.
11. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–10, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает 0,1–5 вес.%, предпочтительно 0,1–2 вес.%, более предпочтительно 0,1–1 вес.%, натурального загустителя, такого как ксантановая камедь, гуаровая камедь или гуммиарабик, или синтетического загустителя, такого как щелочные растворимые/набухающие эмульсионные (ASE) загустители и гидрофобно–модифицированные щелочные растворимые эмульсионные (HASE) загустители.
12. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–11, отличающаяся тем, что композиция не содержит частицы неорганических минеральных пигментов.
13. Композиция по любому из пп. 1–11, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает частицы неорганических минеральных пигментов.
14. Листовидное изделие, включающее
– подложку, включающую лигноцеллюлозные волокна и имеющую первую и вторую параллельные большие поверхности, и

15. Изделие по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что подложка имеет граммаж 25–800 г/м2, предпочтительно 30–700 г/м2, более предпочтительно 40–500 г/м2.
16. Изделие по п. 14 или 15, отличающееся тем, что барьерный покрывной слой имеет максимальный удельный вес 12 г/м2, предпочтительно 10 г/м2.
17. Изделие по пп. 14, 15 или 16, отличающееся тем, что изделие имеет значение KIT–теста по меньшей мере 8, значение HVTR барьерной характеристики против минерального масла <100 г/м2/день и/или значение WVTR барьерной характеристики против водяного пара <100 г/м2/день.
18. Применение листовидного изделия по любому из пп. 14–17 для изготовления упаковки для пищевых продуктов.
