Claims (10)
1. Sustav premaza koji se može zavariti toplinom prikladan za brtvljenje različitih vrsta podloga, koji sadrži disperziju koja stvara film, naznačen time što navedena disperzija sadrži
između 10% i 60 masenih % poliestera ili smjese poliestera kao polimera tipa A,
između 10% i 60 masenih % poli(met)akrilata kao polimera tipa B,
između 1% i 20 masenih % cijepljenog kopolimera polimera tipa A i polimera tipa B kao polimera tipa AB, između 1% i 30 masenih % poliolefina kao polimera tipa C, i
između 1 i 35 masenih % cijepljenog kopolimera kao polimera tipa CD, sastavljenog od polimera tipa C i poli(met)akrilata kao polimera tipa D,
u svakom slučaju na temelju ukupne mase polimera tipa A, B, C, AB, i CD,
da je udio polimera tipa C, uključujući udjele u polimeru tipa CD, na temelju navedene ukupne mase, između 5 i 40 masenih %, da su od 10% do 40% ugljika u glavnom lancu polimera tip C tercijarni atomi ugljika, da komponenta C sadrži udio između 20 i 70 masenih % ponavljajućih etilenskih jedinica, i njegova prosječna molekularna težina Mw je između 10 000 i 250 000,
i da je sadržaj krutine u disperziji između 25 i 70 masenih %.
2. Sustav za premazivanje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je polimer tipa A smjesa poliestera A1 s brojčanom prosječnom molarnom masom Mn između 700 i 5000 g/mol, proizveden ko-polikondenzacijom itakonske kiseline, i poliestera A2 s brojčanom prosječnom molarnom masom Mn između 5000 i 50 000 g/mol koji nema dvostruke veze, pri čemu polimer tipa AB sadrži isključivo poliester A1 kao polimer tipa A, i gdje je prosječna brojčana molarna masa Mn određena postupkom navedenim u opisu.
3. Sustav za premazivanje prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je prosječna brojčana molarna masa Mn poliestera A1 između 2000 i 4000 g/mol i prosječna brojčana molarna masa Mn poliestera A2 je između 10 000 i 35 000 g/mol, te da sustav premaza sadrži, na temelju ukupne mase polimera tipova A, B, C, AB, i CD, uključujući udjele poliestera A1 u polimeru tipa AB, između 1 masenih % i 15 masenih % poliestera A1 i između 10 masenih % i 50 masenih % poliestera A2, i gdje je brojčana prosječna molarna masa Mn određena postupkom navedenim u opisu.
4. Sustav za premazivanje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je polimer tipa A u cijelosti ili u određenoj mjeri poliester proizveden ko-polikondenzacijom itakonske kiseline.
5. Sustav za premazivanje prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačen time što je polimer tipa A ili A1 koji sadrži itakonsku kiselinu poliester čiji je udio itakonske kiseline, temeljen na ukupnoj količini korištenih polikarboksilnih kiselina, između 0,1 mol% i 20 mol%.
6. Sustav za premazivanje prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 5, naznačen time što je polimer tipa A ili A1 poliester čiji je udio itakonske kiseline, temeljeno na ukupnoj količini korištenih polikarboksilnih kiselina, između 2 mol% i 8 mol%.
7. Sustav za premazivanje prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je polimer tipa AB cijepljeni kopolimer s poliesterskim glavnim lancem i poli(met)akrilatnim bočnim lancima.
8. Sustav za premazivanje prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je komponenta C, EPM, hidrogenirani polibutadien ili kopolimer etilena i α-olefina koji ima od 4 do 12 ugljikovih atoma.
9. Sustav za premazivanje prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što, se radi proizvodnje cijepljenih kopolimera AB i CD istovremeno provodi cijepljenje polimera tipa B na polimer tipa A i polimera tipa D na polimer tipa C, te polimer tipa B i polimer tipa D imaju isti sastav.
10. Postupak za brtvljenje poliesterskih folija ili folija presvučenih PET-om s obzirom na polistiren, poliester i polivinil klorid, naznačen time što je folija obložena sustavom prevlake prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, prevlaka se suši, a presvučena strana folije postavlja se na materijal koji se brtvi, izrađen od polistirena, poliestera ili PVC-a, te se brtvi na temperaturi između 160 i 220°C i pri tlaku između 2 i 6 mPas tijekom razdoblja od između 0,1 i 1 s.
