Claims (15)
1. Устройство разделения текучих сред, включающее мембрану для разделения текучих сред, протяженную в одном направлении и имеющую поперечное сечение в форме замкнутой кривой, причем мембрана для разделения текучих сред имеет толщину от 0,1 мм до 2 мм, и наружный диаметр от 60 мм до 360 мм, когда поперечное сечение приведено к круглой форме.
2. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором длина мембраны для разделения текучих сред в направлении протяженности составляет от 500 мм до 5000 мм.
3. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором толщина (d), диаметр (R1) и длина (L) удовлетворяют следующему соотношению:
S ∝ d/(L x R1) ≥ 1/3000000.
4. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором мембрана для разделения текучих сред включает силоксановый полимер.
5. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором первая ширина поперечного сечения мембраны для разделения текучих сред в первом направлении больше, чем вторая ширина поперечного сечения мембраны для разделения текучих сред во втором направлении.
6. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 5, дополнительно включающее мембранный разделитель, расположенный в мембране для разделения текучих сред так, что направление ширины мембранного разделителя соответствует первому направлению.
7. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 6, в котором мембранный разделитель включает множество стержневых частей и сетчатую часть, которая расположена в пространстве между стержневыми частями, и включает множество отверстий, образованных в направлении толщины, при этом, стержневые части включают полую вертикальную стержневую часть, протяженную в направлении длины мембраны для разделения текучих сред, и вертикальная стержневая часть включает множество отверстий.
8. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором мембрана для разделения текучих сред включает опорную часть, которая включает множество отверстий, открытых в направлении толщины, и часть разделительной мембраны, которая заполняет эти отверстия, при этом, толщина части разделительной мембраны, расположенной в центре каждого отверстия между областями опорной части, меньше, чем части разделительной мембраны, расположенной вокруг опорной части.
9. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором мембрана для разделения текучих сред включает множество поверхностных углублений и выступов и множество внутренних пор и не включает сквозных отверстий, пронизывающих какую-либо поверхность и другие поверхности мембраны для разделения текучих сред в направлении толщины.
10. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 9, в котором объем внутренних пор составляет от 0,1 до 20% общего объема мембраны для разделения текучих сред.
11. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 1, в котором мембрана для разделения текучих сред включает первую трубчатую разделительную мембрану и вторую трубчатую разделительную мембрану, вставленную в первую разделительную мембрану для перекрывания первой разделительной мембраны.
12. Устройство разделения текучих сред по п. 11, дополнительно включающее
первый разделитель, который расположен между первой разделительной мембраной и второй разделительной мембраной; и
второй разделитель, который расположен во второй разделительной мембране.
