Claims (10)
- [ⅰ] 중공사막을 통해 여과된 여과수가 집수되는 여과수 집수부(3)와 여과수 출구(7)를 갖는 두개의 모듈헤더(2,2`), [ⅱ] 양말단부가 상기 모듈헤더(2,2`) 상단부에 수직방향으로 연결되고 공기주입구(12)를 갖는 상부 지지관(9), 양말단부가 상기 모듈헤더(2,2`) 하단부에 수직방향으로 연결되고 공기주입구(12)와 산기구멍(13)을 갖는 하부 지지관(9`) 및 상기 지지관(9,9`)들과 수직으로 연결되어 모듈헤더(2,2`)와의 거리가 1~20㎝이고 중공사막 다발 속에 위치하며 산기구멍의 직경이 모듈 하부로 내려갈수록 바로 위에 위치하는 산기구멍의 직경보다 10~100%씩 증가하는 산기구멍(13)을 갖는 두개의 산기관(11,11`)으로 이루어져 상기 두개의 모듈헤더(2,2`)들을 일정거리를 유지한 상태로 고정시키는 산기부(8) 및 [ⅲ] 양말단부가 상기 모듈헤더(2,2`)내부에 집수공간이 형성되도록 모듈헤더 내부에 접착제(6)로 고정되고, 중공사막의 중공부 말단(5)이 여과수 배출면(4)과 평행하도록 위치하면서 열려있는 중공사막(1) 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 삭제
- 1항에 있어서, 산기구멍(13)의 직경이 2~8㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 삭제
- 3항에 있어서, 하부 지지관(9`)에 위치한 산기구멍(13)의 직경이 산기관(11,11`)에 위치한 최소 산기구멍의 직경 대비 1.5~2.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 1항에 있어서, 중공사막 다발을 이루는 중공사막(1)의 인장강도가 1kg/1가닥 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 1항에 있어서, 중공사막 다발을 이루는 중공사막(1)이 편조물에 의해 보강되어 인장강도가 10kg/1가닥 이상인 복합 중공사막인 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 삭제
- 1항에 있어서, 1항에 기재된 침지형 중공사막 모듈 2개를 직렬로 결합할수 있는 연결 부재가 산기부 및 모듈헤더 각각에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
- 9항에 있어서, 연결부재는 서로 직렬로 결합된 2개의 모듈헤더 및 산기관 사이에 여과수 및 공기가 유통되도록 하는 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 침지형 중공사막 모듈.
