Claims (15)
1. Безопасно используемый стент клапана, содержащий:
трубчатый поддерживающий сетчатый каркас, и
раструбную часть, присоединяемую к соответствующему концу поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса,
отличающийся тем, что указанная раструбная часть соединена с каждым из концевых узлов, находящихся на соответствующей стороне поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса.
2. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная раструбная часть расположена на предшествующем раскрытом конце стента клапана.
3. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что внешний край указанной раструбной части сформирован множеством изогнутых поддерживающих дужек, а все концевые узлы поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса, соответствующие местоположениям поддерживающих дужек, присоединены к поддерживающим дужкам.
4. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что концевые узлы пересекают поддерживающие дужки или присоединены к поддерживающим дужкам по касательной и перекрещиваются с направляющими дужками.
5. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что каждая направляющая дужка постепенно отклоняется в сторону от поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса вдоль участка, пролегающего от соответствующего концевого узла к соответствующей поддерживающей дужке.
6. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что внутренний угол, образованный линией, соединяющей два конца пролегающего участка, и осью стента клапана, находится в диапазоне от 0 до 70 градусов.
7. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что внутренний угол, образованный линией, соединяющей два конца пролегающего участка и осью стента клапана, находится в диапазоне от 20 до 60 градусов.
8. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что угол пересечения, образованный между направляющей дужкой и поддерживающей дужкой в точке пересечения, является острым углом.
9. Безопасно используемый стент клапана по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что часть поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса является переходной частью, а соотношение между осевой длиной переходной части перед сжатием к осевой длине переходной части после сжатия равно 1.
10. Устройство для замены клапана, содержащее:
стент клапана по любому из пп. 1-9; и
протезируемый клапан, закрепленный внутри поддерживающего сетчатого каркаса.
